Let me say if your car has been SeverelyDamage this is the place to go, I got into a accident and chose Five Star Collision Center to get the job done and I was amazed, it's like nothing ever happened, they'll have your car looking like it came out 2024 lol,but yes they did a amazing job, there are holes in the back seat of my car that I didn't even notice until I left and then I returned to point it out, somebody must have put something back there, but it was no problem they vacuum the mess and they said will give me a new seat and they apologized, very kind people,and they get the job done the right way, hopefully my car will never get damaged again, but if it does needless to say I will be back!!!

after calling around to numerous collision places around town 5 star collision was the one with the fastest service wait. dropped off my car july 5th (on very short notice) and got it fixed within 10 days ! customer service lady in the front (Logan) was very sweet and helpful. anytime i had a question i called and got a quick answer and friendly conversation. the guys in the back did an excellent job fixing up my car and making it look brand new again!! 10/10 recommend. before and after photos shownService: Auto body & trim repair

Dropping the 2017 Nissan Rogue off was a smooth process. When I picked it up Tuesday April 15, I noticed there were 20 more miles on my car. Also while driving home my front right turn signal was inop. It was left disconnected and two studs that secured the new bumper came out with my hand. The panel behind the bumper was not fully secured either. Not please and State Farm has being notified of the poor quality of work.

I took my car in with rear damage to back bumper, exhaust system, and other minor damage. It did take a couple of weeks to be able schedule an appt for the repairs. The staff did a fantastic job. It looks brand new and drives great. The repairs were completed faster than expected. The customer service team is very friendly and polite. I will use Five Star Collision again if repairs are needed.

My car is currently there for collision damage after a wreck it was involved in.So far these guys have been up front, honest and courteous as well as knowledgeable and have treated me respectfully by taking time to work with me from having a tow come pick my car up because it's not drivable and it being taken to their shop, to answering any questions my husband or I have had regarding the process and what we we can expect moving forward thus far.David has been fantastic to deal with so far, and I'm looking forward to dealing with Patrick or whomever else I might have to speak with throughout the process.This shop was recomended by my insurance company and though they are busy like most all other recommended shops within 50 miles from me they were able to get my car in within a week rather than 2 weeks or even 2 months like those other places.

Five-star done an absolute flawless job on my truck repair. They were done a week earlier than initially anticipated and the truck looks brand new. Someone always answered the phone when I called, they were always considerate, and addressed my concerns immediately. I will use Five-star Collision anytime I have a vehicle body repair need. These guys and gals are top-shelf professionals all the way. Holy cow, just picked up my truck and noticed they also did a full inside and outside detail. I am more than satisfied. I went to have my rear bumper fixed after being rear ended. Initially it looked good, but after a few days it was clear that the fit was not correct. I sent in pictures and videos showing the areas that were rubbing together. I mentioned that it was an issue with the fit. They quickly got me back in but they only rePAINTED the bumper... So the problem was never resolved... I found out they got the bumper from a scrapyard (which is okay, if it works) but they refused to replace it. They stopped taking my calls and even the insurance adjuster in the building would not return calls or respond to my messages.Hope they do it right the first time, because otherwise they'll ignore you. Oh also, they returned the car to me in dirty condition. Sweat marks from dirty hands were evident in the interior handles as well as the stick shift and steering wheel. They'll work really hard for that insurance check but they won't fix their mistakes. Avoid like the plague, the progressive adjuster is friends with the owner, so that explains the coordinated efforts to avoid fixing the problem.

This was a thoroughly positive experience. The claim was efficiently handled, and the rental with Enterprise was seamless. They kept us apprised of the schedule, and everything was on time. Worked with Nationwide like butter!! Great!

The paint job looks good. But on the inside, it wasn't clean. You guys left paint chips, dust and flecks of paint inside the car. You guys should have done better cleaning my car. Before anyone does an eye roll, the paint was peeling off the roof. Manufacturer issue. They had to remove the windshield to make the repairs. So yes I keep my car clean, you should have done better.

Im giving 3 stara only because the first few weeks communication n updates..I don't even know where to start..it started put good..communication was good..till it wasn't. Im only gonna get into what really upset myself and hubby and family it inconvenienced..They claimed my car was finally ready after being told it would be by certain date then not 2 other times..then get ..drive and hit 45 mph and feels like my front right passenger tire gonna come off..shook so bad ... you could hear in my voice . was quivering trying to speak. I was told good to go and put me in a dangerous position with my baby in the car..then the guys sent the women out to me n they explained it was progressive fault for writing reconditioned part that should have been new..which i communicated with progressive repairs n they were beyond shocked they even got the blame..took it back and told me it'd jus take 30 min once they get the right part and ended up taking several more days to just replace my wheel. With no communication for days when I was originally told it'd be 30 min once had the part happend on friday..closed on weekend got part monday n didnt have ready till end of week. Thank God I got the rental. Was missing few bolt things where rims go on but by time I got car back the last time had only 1. Think they could just replace those ..but nope. The 2 girls in the office are most pleasant out of all of them and try to be accommodating when you call ..but communication fell off. Felt like I was dismissed and put off. Hope I never have to deal with them again honestly.

Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful in making sure my vehicle was repaired as soon as possible. They dealt with insurance and rental car personnel on my behalf. They made the whole experience as easy as possible.

Five Star has been amazing compared to how my insurance company handled the repair to my truck. Even with all the difficulties the insurnace company presented, Five Star stayed on top of the issues presented.

I had to edit my review from 5 stars to 3 after the body work was completed and the customer service I received when the warranty work was questioned.After the repair was complete I was told by their receptionist that all their work is guaranteed. After getting home and upon closer inspection I saw that the paint was bubbly and ran between gaps. My parking sensor was also missing the O ring. This wasn t right and should not have been given back to me like this.When I sent an email and photos of the repair to the shop I was asked why I didn t check it before leaving that rubbed me the wrong way. A guarantee is a guarantee and it sounded like they didn t want to uphold to their standard.They re promising to make it right. Patrick and Candice were extremely professional and handled my vehicles collision repair in a speedy and timely manner! I d recommend anyone who has had the misfortune of being in a wreck to take their vehicle to 999 Russell PKWY. See either one of these two at Five Star Collision and they will make the best of a bad experience.

First request to pick up my vehicle had to be rejected as the liftgate was not the color of the vehicle therefore needed to be redone. Today a second pick up reveals the backup cam isn't working. Required to return the car on Monday Feb 5th, 2024

Awesome place of business. Had my car finished (with extra touches) before estimated repair time and always kept me up to date. If I ever need repairs on any of my vehicles again they will be the only place I go.

I have an issue with my hood that needs attention and was told I would receive a call back but still no call yet. They also didn t put all my parts back on my vehicle with claims of pieces being on back order. This piece has been on back order for 1 year now. Mr Patrick Sullivan told me he would take care of me but I m still waiting to be taken care of. Thanks five star.

If you have any type of damage to your vehicle and need it fixed. This is the place to go.Pros: Candace greeted me the moment I arrived with my vehicle and was very thorough with explaining what the process was. She handled everything and updated me almost daily with the status of my vehicle. When it was completed which was timely and a day earlier than expected I was greeted at the door just like before and the checkout process was easy. The front desk girl was polite and professional and appeared to really enjoy her job. The head guy in charge up there really has his employees working together. You notice small details like that about a business and to me it shows up in the work ethic and effort put into the outcome of what they provide. My vehicle looked brand new which is what you would expect from a place calling themselves 5 Star collision repair. I thought it was blind arrogance when I first saw the company name but they live up to it in every single way. Also I don t know the name of the guy who does the detail work before you get your vehicle however that man is on a different level. I have had many vehicle detail jobs done including me doing my own and they don t even come close to the perfection that this man has. I will take my vehicle to him forever because of the showroom level status detail work he did cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle.Cons: Candace dresses like a third grader.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Auto detailing
