Eric, my service advisor, kept me informed of my vehicle progress every step of the way. He s awesome and has great customer service skills. The technician and the service manager were great too and did a fine job repairing my vehicle as quickly as possible. They are the best and I recommend them to everyone needing their vehicles serviced.

Vehicle breakdown at 575 miles of a 850 mile trip is every travelers nightmare. The service staff were very accommodating, informative, and went above and beyond to make this as painless as possible. Can t thank them enough.

A really great experience dealing with this shop. Service Advisor (Eric Daniels) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They're service video of my vehicle provided vivid details of my issue and their recommended actions. Definitely will be using these guys for any further service... Thanks again Eric.

I broke down 2.5 hours away from home and got my truck towed here. They put everything on hold and had a mechanic aware of my situation and waiting for me to arrive. Immediately got to work to find the problem and within the hour told me what the issue was. Luckily they had every part I needed in stock and had the mechanic start immediately. It took a few hours to fix but everyone checked on me multiple times to make sure I was ok since they knew I was far away from home. They fixed it, made sure nothing else was a problem and got me back on the road! Definitely a great experience and everyone was kind and sympathetic. It s rare to find a dealership that just wants to fix the problem and not add on other things to get more money!

I had an Awesome experience taking my car for service here. They were friendly with professional customer service, efficient and sent me text messages throughout my visit. In addition to this, they had a coupon that I could use so I was able to afford it! I love this place!

I had my vehicle serviced @ Five Star Cadillac on March 19, 2024. Eric Daniels was my Service Advisor & he provided top notch professional service from start to finish. Eric promptly updated me on the issues found with my vehicle and kept me informed of the status. He also coordinated with my Warranty Company to ensure all covered maintenance was paid. In addition, he made sure my vehicle received a complimentary wash & shine!

I always go to Five Star Chevrolet for my Tahoe, but I went to Five Star Nissan for my Altima and he said we only take appointments. I drove right off and went to Five Star Chevrolet with my Altima. Tony walked up and asked how can he help. I told him I needed an oil change. He was very honest and said they didn't have a Nissan filter in stock, but it could be 10 minutes to an hour before they would have one delivered. I told him that was no problem. Almost an hour later, he came and said, "we have you ready." I've been going to Five Star Chevrolet for two years and will continue to patronize them!!! Thanks again Tony!!!

We worked with Joey or Joe but he was absolutely great! Our car was towed there after it broke down. He patiently explained what could be the problem and explained he would try his best to get to it as soon as possible. He kept us informed the whole time. Even though they were swamped with other cars he never made us feel unimportant. They fixed our car fast and our appreciate all he and his team did for us. It was an absolute pleasure. Thanks

Let me tell y all something about my Service Advisor . He is the best in the business. Jason is the ONLY person i allow to help me. I am a service advisor myself- so i know how the job should be performed and he is the standard. He is professional, respectful, and most of all knowledgeable. He knows what I m going to ask before i ask it - and any problems will be handled before it progresses. He sent me a video multi-point inspection upon my vehicles arrival and made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. THANK YOU JASON FOR BEING SO AMAZING TO MY BLAZER!

Was getting a recall done on my truck.It was ready by the time specified. Which was fine and to be expected.I want to make a comment/ suggestion here.It used to be that if you brought your car into the dealership, they went above and beyond to show the customer they are appreciated.Even going so far as to wash the vehicle before returning it. Not detailed or anything, just a simple wash. This is how you get repeat customers and loyal customers. In this world where everything is tied to the bottom line, it would be refreshing to see a dealership where the customer sees a little appreciation.Were it not for the customer, you guys wouldn't be in business.Just a thought.

The employees are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I didn't have an appointment but Joey took real good care of me. I was in and out quickly. I'm completely satisfied with the work done on my vehicle.

The service assistant was incredible and definitely will reach out to him for any further work. Just wish the wait wasn t so long. I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. But the gentleman Eric was incredibly polite and checked on me several times.

I feel like I get honesty when I go here. I used to go to another dealership. I feel better going here. The other one doesn't have a nice waiting area. I don't feel I was getting honest recommendations from the other dealership. Also I like the mechanics service better here.

Would like to thank Tony A. For taking me in when he did. The attention to detail he gave our vehicle. He wanted to make sure my family is as safe as his. I really enjoyed talking to Brad about soccer . It was a great experience. That was the first time I've waited. I should have been waiting all the other times . Really nice folks there. Everyone even the gentleman opening and closing the door made you feel at home.Thank you.

I came in January 9th,2024 without an appointment to get my lube oil change and filter, 4wheel alignment, coolant service, and 3 wiper blades replaced no problem getting me right in. Very happy with my service. I will go back very nice people.

The men at the service department at Five Star Chevrolet GMC of Warner Robins on Watson took care of my Trailblazer and informed me of what services they provided and what was recommend for my next scheduled maintenance. The only negative was not being able to get my truck washed and detailed due to being understaffed, but I understood. I will come back for the next service needed. This was my first visit to five star Chevrolet, I just replaced my front suspension on my Challenger and needed a good alignment.I was professionally greeted by Ryan Donahue, nothing over the top just a warm welcome.It seems to be difficult to find good customer service anymore for this visit was a breath of fresh air.Ryan was very knowledgeable in the products And services he was selling. It was easy to tell that he truly cared about your vehicle as much as you did.Ryan is the reason why I would consider buying a vehicle from five star Chevy.Ryan Donohue convinced me to do my business at five star Chevy from now On, solely off of how he treated my visit.Thank you ryanRespectfullyWilliam Sheridan ( New customer)

I drove to the dealerships service department so that I could schedule my first service on my 2023 Corvette Stingray R. I was greeted by a gentleman named Eric in the service department. There's not many people who take pride in their jobs anymore. This young man was eager to help in every way. I really appreciated the kindness because I was having a bad day before then. Eric got me scheduled 2 days out because my car had to stay overnight. He assured me that it would be safe. When I brought my car to them, once again he took care of that. He told me that they have the best service technician working on it and that he was a good guy. The next morning right before noon, I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up. I like working with the same service advisor each time I visit Five Star. Joey Jackson knows my vehicle and always gives me excellent advice about what I need to do to keep my Equinox in great condition without trying to me to purchase extra services I don t need. I appreciate that honesty and integrity in a dealership. I highly recommend Five Star and don t use anyone else for my car service needs.

I spent over 3k for work and my car is worse than when I originally came in for an oil change. It was noted my gaskets needed to be resealed. My car is leaking oil bad (mini pool in my garage) and shaking. I have called and left messages for the service manager. This is unacceptable I definitely should have taken the other comments into more consideration however the advisor Eric assured me they are by the book. This will be my last time utilizing this establishment. I honestly wish I could give ZERO STARS!

Worked with service advisor Mr. Eric Daniels and scheduled a appointment to have a GMC Accessory Tonneau cover installed.
