**** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ****I had two tires replaced and had the oil changed on 2 Jan. I brought my truck back on 4 Jan to have them reset the tire psi (see picture).The guy said that he would get this fixed. Then proceeded to tell me it just needed air. (Incorrect!) The sensor needed to be reset.He asked me to step out and they would get on this. I asked if he had an estimated time. His smart butt reply was, I don't have a clue. I informed him that I had somewhere 2 be and couldn't wait another 3 and 1/2 hours like I did on 2 Jan.His smart butt comments were enough for me to leave.I know how to add air to a tire buddy. This wasn't about just adding air!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION!!!! Management should have a talk with this guy!Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

I come here all the time so I m guessing that the young lady Casey is a new employee? Well I would just like to say that this young lady went above and beyond to make my experience here the best one yet by far!! You men better watch this chick she s definitely got it going on, a keeper for sure!! Thanks Casey, I ll be back to see you for all my express needs a very satisfied customer!

I was interested in the fact a young lady was working in a so called male field of service but noticed she was well knowledgeable about the work! Kudos to Casey! Thank you for the professional attitude and answering questions! Been going there for years with all of our vehicles never had a problem!

I would like to start off by saying, the patience I had today was outstanding. For starters I am a WOMAN and decided to take my car for an oil change. The guy gave me the total which was $88 I m already thinking it s a lot of money. He adds the filter and discounts which made the total of $104. Now, I m in a bind because I m only thinking it will be cheaper because he added discounts. I proceeded to ask why is it more than what you just told me. He explains. I tell him to take off the filter and I ll get it at a later date. He then proceeds to tell me the new total will be $124. Now I m even more confused and starting to realize he s trying to get one on me because I am a female. Which isn t okay. I ended up calling my brother in law and he tells me no they re definitely overcharging. He ends up speaking with the guy over the phone and whatever words were exchanged, he then drops the price to $93. I was infuriated in the inside and tried not to show it on my face. But come on, us women already work hard and we don t need anyone trying to take advantage. It s not right. In the end I ended up paying the total he originally said which was $88. In the future, I would not recommend this place nor ever come back.

Arrived here and they were very polite greeting me and seeing what I needed to get done. I very much like how they guide you to your car bay as opposed to driving it themselves (I occasionally have an issue where somewhere else doesn t have someone who knows how to drive a manual and it becomes problematic). While performing the oil change they also checked my light bulbs for driving, my other fluids, and even my tire wear. Under 30 minutes everything was done and ready to continue on my day. 100% definitely recommend them!

Brandon was great. Helped us find the tires we wanted, lower price, and even waited for us to cancel at the other tire place. Only could get 2, but he made sure he had the other 2 when we were able to get them. Great staff and professionalism. Been going for 15 + years and will continue

My tech was Brandon. He was very charismatic and upbeat despite the cold weather. Brandon has a very positive attitude and displayed professionalism as well as knowledgeable help. I will be back to get my tires! Thank you Brandon for a wonderful experience!!

Got a good deal on some Cooper endeavor plus all-weather truck tires for my F150. Lifetime rotation and plug\patch. Pretty aggressive tread pattern for an all-weather tire

If I could give 100 stars I would. This is the only place I get my car serviced and will keep it that way. Brandon was amazing and had an amazing personality which made this early morning expedition for an oil change enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

Awesome service! Very pleasant, Katie is incredible! Changed my wiper blades( which were decrepit, lol sorry about the spiders,too) She's definitely a professional! Great asset to the team!

I have used this location to get my servicing done for all our cars because they are reliable and friendly.This morning Liz helped me and did a great job. I had a new company car that had not been serviced here before and she help me quickly negotiate the process of getting approval. I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change. Normally I do my own but due to moving everything is packed up. Express Oil Change was a pleasant surprise. No issues using a specific filter I brought. The place was clean and everyone was in a great mood despite the heat. I worked with a very nice young lady named Casey. She gave exemplary customer service, listened, and asked questions when she needed to. Absolutely zero issues with Ms. Casey or any of the other staff from the pit to the manager. Don't put off your oil change, give these folks a try.Service: Oil change

I've been coming here since I moved to Ga. Mr. Joe was always wonder and took great care of me. Like many before their was a wait but not very long. Everyone was sweet and kind. They worked together and proficiently. I appreciate your services gentlemen.

Was visiting the area and needed an oil change! I pulled up to this location on Sept 22 around 3:30! Black guy came to my car and told me to go to #3! I m transgender! After he left my car he immediately went to the other workers started whispering and cackling! I felt uncomfortable and don t trust people like that touching my car so I eventually backed up and pulled off! If you re trans and happen to need an oil change in this area I wouldn t recommend this location!
