Cruising south on I75, when one of the tires in my trailer blows . It s 7:54 AM on a Friday, and I m a long way from my destination in Florida (7 hours away).I pull off the exit, check the map, and Discount tire opens in 5 minutes. I limp over to the store hoping they have can help with my spare or put a new tire on. In addition to the blown tire, it s clear I ve got 2 more tires on the trailer that are not in good shape. Should ve paid more attention before I left.They were immensely helpful, changed out 3 of my tires (not just the blown one) and I was heading south again by 9. What could ve been a bad stop turned out to be a minor delay of only an hour!Thank you! Great service!

Amazing customer service!!! Every customer greeted, thanked etc. I watched each staff member interact with customers and they were ALL pleasant, friendly, and just extremely customer service oriented. This type of treatment doesn t exist most places these days but these guys know how to do it! They earned my business long term for sure!

Can't really say I was supposed to receive an email link to an estimate for wheels and tires since I did not I took matters into my own hand and what elsewhere purchasing my needs online as suggested I would save by the guys who I actually had installed what I purchased for my car I'm quite pleased with service that was provided to me elsewhere. Had I received the estimate promised I might have had a different turnout so I'm kind of glad they didn't provide the estimate just not happy about having my time going in there to get an estimate in the first place wasted. The staff was extremely nice, at least the gentleman that I dealt with. I guess electronically, things can get lost and happen. I'm a believer that things happen for a reason. So when I didn't receive the estimate is promised I took that as a sign I needed to look elsewhere to get my wheels and tires I did look around though to Compare costs and these guys are pretty inexpensive if they have in stock or can get for you what you need, or desire.

Absolutely amazing service.. very impressed by the staff I had the pleasure of dealing with this morning.. didn't catch his name will update it once I get it but he went above and beyond made sure I was taken care and within a reasonable price did not gouge me at all. Wish they did more then tires trust these guys 1000% if you got tires issues DEFINITELY take it here you'll leave happy...P.s the guy who helped me was Kyle if you're looking for a good experience ask for him he'll take care of all your issues... UPDATE... Had a minor issue after installation brought it back up to the store didn't even have to explain anything they took my keys an fixed the problem no questions askedA++ service

This place is always awesome. Old time customer service. The kind that goes above and beyond. Mr. Paul the manager is great. Only drawback is sometimes they're too full. Recommend appointments.

Great experience. Friendly, fast, and honest. I dealt with Kyle more than anyone else and he was great. But everybody there was great. Best experience I ve had at a tire place in my life. Will definitely come back.

Fast service! Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly! Went into this establishment in a panic due to something being stuck in my tire and Discount Tire took care of me! I even purchased brand new pair of wiper blades! Shout out to an employee named Moses! Thanks for everything!

This shop normally takes care of my sprinter fleet when I need new tires. Today I went in to have them either fix a leak in my rim or replace the wheel with the spare if they couldn't. When I picked up I stood waiting while Josiah found everything else to do other than greet me. As soon as Lonnie was done with his phone call and began to help me with the pickup process, Josiah is instantly not busy as another customer walks in and assists them lol. Lonnie tells me they could not get the spare off because they could not access it and just replaced the valve stem leaving me with a leak still in the rim. I get home and google it, it took me less than 2 mins to get the spare tire out of the cage it's housed in. Went to Mavis Tire who switched out the wheel for me in 20 mins and done. Very unfortunate as I tried to make this a destination for my vehicles, looks like Mavis it is. I will say that Lonnie did give great service and don't fault him, but the message was incorrect and it really seemed like they just didn't want to service my vehicle. Time wasted that I can't get back

Fast courteous service. They were so busy and the phones were ringing off the hook but they kept their friendly customer service attention focused on the customer in front of them. I was impressed. Will definitely be back

Was very pleased with the purchase of four new tires. All the employees were very knowledgeable about the tires and installation. After shopping around at several tire stores I got the best deal with Discount Tire.

Very helpful techs. They are mindful of your vehicle. Good group of techs at my store anyway. Price matched a set of Cooper discoverer stt pro LT285/75/16 for less than internet prices, mounted and balanced with lifetime rotations and flat repairs. 5 from me....

I stopped and had my tires balanced and rotated the day before a trip.There was an issue, but Paul Nicolasi, the store manager went over and above any customer service.His service and personal integrity is outstanding.He is a truly blessed man.I can t express my gratitude enough.May the LORD, continue to bless him and the crew.Thank you so much from my family.

Wow! Driving from Florida to MN, we had a massive puncture that could not be fixed. We have a Discount Tire membership so we called the Warner Robbins shop which we found along our route, 60 miles away. They didn't have our tire in the shop but Josiah was able to locate it in a nearby warehouse and said he could have it in an hour... PRFECT timing! We drove on our spare and immediately on arrival, they had reserved a bay for us and had the tire ready! We were in and out in 15 minutes.Thank you, Josiah and the friendly staff at Warner Robbins. You made what could have been a nightmare into a super easy adventure.

Stopped in because a tire of mine was low and seemed to have a leak. Took care of us completely and patched up the tire with no cost. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome..Same me alot of money on a set of 4 tires..Employees were very knowledgeable and my vehicle was ready with in the time they told me it would be...They were super busy Saturday and still worked me in as I walked in.

Took my f350 to have tires rotated and driver front tire has slow leak dropped off this am told it would be ready by 4 pm so far so goodWhen picking up I asked if the tire was checked for slow leak guy at the service did not write this on the ticket therefore still had a tire with a slow leak just a different location on the truck mgr say the new American saying sorry about that and asked if I still anted it checked of coarse I didThey checked and gave me the keys to my truck and walked away telling what they foundAs I drove away I checked the tire pressure on all four wheels they were all wrong pressure passenger front was at 58 psi the other 3 were 71 psiI am just frustrated they have no quality control where is management when we need themNo one is watching the hen house

I will not shop anywhere else for tires!! They totally stand behind their warranty they sell on their tires. This is rare to find these days. They handled my tire issues very efficiently and I didn t have to wait for hours to get it done. I would say that they should hire a person just to answer all the phone calls they get and can t answer as they are attentive to the customer they are serving :)

One of the best tire places I have ever been to. I always have get service. Staff goes out of their way to serve you. Great prices and have never been dissatisfied with any of my purchases. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I always get great service from Discount Tire...the only place I buy tires for my vehicle. The manager and workers there are courteous, professional, and prmpt.
