Just went to have my lug bolts tightened on my rims that came from Discount Tire. Evelyn was extremely rude and was trying to debate me . I told her that I have never seen her in the store . Her attitude was very unpleasant. I am going to contact the home office . Customer Service is everything and accommodating your customer is why I went there .. I have always had very good customer service. But not from Evelyn .. She has a very bad Attitude and does not need to be dealing with the public ..

I hate to say this because the people that work there are very kind And they do a good job. But they are incrediblyyyy slow!! This is the second time I've found this to be the case. I stood in line for 25 minutes and it never moved. I had an appointment but the person at the desk just kept taking phone calls instead of Servicing the people in front of her who had appointments and took the time to come in that day.Again, not a bad place, but. They should definitely work on efficiency.

Edit. I can't click the link to give information. But our 2014 jeep GC was torqued so badly the next shop broke 3 studs removing the lugs, our Jaguar had to have 7 lug nuts broken off in a similar way, and now this. I was on the interstate with a flat and actually bent my tire iron in half trying to loosen it. The road assistance guy snapped an impact socket trying to break them loose and it damaged my rim trying to loosen it. Oh and all while semis were blowing by dangerously close. So I'm out a $165 tow bill, a $2000 damaged rim on my Lexus, and now have to buy a set of 10 lug nuts to replace all of them on my back wheels which is $103 from Lexus. I would say it's a one off, but it happened to all 3 cars we took here for new tires.Do not trust this place. All 3 cars we brought here had the lugs torqued so bad it caused damage. This is my Lexus lug nuts we have to replace. 0/10.

Amazing group of workers. Needed to replace all 4 wheels and 2 tires because of pothole incident and was panicked over the situation. Evelyn walked me through the process and what would be my best options and was just so patient and kind with me on the phone and in person. Will definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know.

It has taken them over 3 hours to do a tire rotation on my car. I had a 12:30 appt and it's now 3:25 and they haven't even started on my vehicle! What is the point of an appointment if I'm going to have to wait this long!

Five stars!! A big thank you to Josiah and the whole team At Discount Tire in Warner Robins! He recommended a tire for me I had not considered. The guys in the shop are very professional and treat you right!! I am super happy with the new tires and they ride good too !

TLDR- came in for a free repair , given the professional opinion that I needed four new tires. Will never use this company again. Pretty sure they give this standard response frequently.Set up an appointment for the day after thanksgiving to have a nail removed and patched on my tire. I had one previous repair on the same tire but it shouldn t have been an issue. When I arrived at the store I was greeted politely and promptly attended to. The tech checked all of the tread on my tires and the repair needed. We went inside and he gave me a time estimate and told me the nail was in a very repairable zone and shouldn t be an issue .After 45 minutes I received a call from the store and one of the technicians said the previous repair on the tire was done improperly and that since I would need a new tire on that side I would need four new tires according to my manufacturer s recommendation . I m not a tire professional, nor a mechanic. That s why I try to take my car to a reputable shop. I took the technician at his word and gave the okay to purchase four new tires. I was given a 30-35 minute estimate for the tires to be changed out.When I arrived the car was coming off the jacks just as quoted. I paid for my new tires and then left the store. This is where the problems started. I gave my new tires a once over and noticed I was missing two valve stem caps. I went back inside and politely asked for them back. The tech apologized and put them on.Then I got into my car and noticed the low tire pressure light was on. I pulled up the screen to see how low they were and they were UNDER INFLATED BY 10 PSI. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove around a couple parking lots. Sometimes it takes a while to update the pressure sensors. It never updated. I went back to the shop again and asked to have my tires inflated to the correct pressure. I actually had the same tech approach me and he asked did they not even fill your tires all the way up? . I m responded no . He inflated them and I was finally leaving.My problem with this place is if they can t even get SIMPLE things that I can do, like put a valve stem cap on, or inflate tires to the correct pressure. Then did they even bother to look at the repair I asked for in the first place? I seriously doubt it. The staff are polite and the store is clean. However they seem incompetent at best and downright liars at worst. I feel duped into buying four new tires I most likely didn t need so they could make a sale. I will never go to this business again and will actively encourage friends and family not to go as well.

The sales tactics they use are of the utmost extreme/overbearing. I do not want a credit card. I do not want the most expensive tire possible. I do not want to purchase 5 new tires when I only need 1.

Drove in while on trip from Texas with a slow leak in tire. No appointment. 1 1/2 hours later driving out with tire fixed. Friendly staff, clean waiting area. Will use again if in need when back out here.

This place was hopping when we pulled in to the lot with a screw in one of our tires and no appointment, but Jossiah, Omar, and the crew did not skimp on customer service and work quality!There were so many customers ahead of us that we had an hour and a half wait for our turn to fix the tire. Jossiah reassured us that would get our tire patched that day even if it meant working past closing time.We were allowed to walk across the street to the shops to finish the task that had brought us to the other side of town, as long as we returned before closing, since they lock the waiting room doors as their sign they would take no more customers.You could see all the mechanics working nearly nonstop, but Omar, our assigned mechanic was still smiling at the end of a long day as he did the free tire patch and gave us our car back.Both Jossiah and Omar were great and I'm going to make sure that my family and friends know that this place is a great place to go for your tire needs.My only regret is that we don't carry cash and the surprisingly free patch job meant we couldn't tip Jossiah and Omar for their hard work and great customer service.

While on the road we had to have an emergency tire change. I rolled into Discount shortly before closing. They got us taken care of quickly and professionally. I wish we had one in our area.

What happened to efficient service?! If I drop $700 with your business I expect promptness. I understand things happen, but when I leave my vehicle with you at 8:15 am and tell me it will be ready to pick up at 10:15 I expect 10ish maybe 11, not for you to tell me it ll be another hour and a half wait! I will not be bringing my business back here. If your time is valuable, then why is mine not?

Awesome place to buy tires. Great service! Jordan gave me a quote over the phone and was very helpful. Jordan was awesome helpful! !! They helped me in the store to get the tires I need and installed. It only took about 30 minutes to get them installed.

I've been coming to Discount Tire for about a decade. I've spent probably $10,000 in tires on 20 or so vehicles over the years and I'll continue to do so. Everyone that comes in here is treated with the same level of respect and I've never seen anyone rushed into a decision or a purchase. The tires I got today are BF Goodrich G-Force Comp A/S 2 to replace my Pirelli P-Zero Nero stock tires.

Absolutely horrible service, I came on a Monday at 1600 sharp and am still waiting for my car and was told it would be done at 1815. Two hours of waiting without a courtesy car or any accommodation is very frustrating. Will not be coming back to this location.

I called the store and spoke with Justin. As a woman it s intimidating working with car repairs. Justin made this process so easy. He was able to order the tires I wanted and have them at the store in less than a week. My appointment was seamless, Justin was friendly and efficient. My car was ready in less than 30 minutes, best experience ever!!Thank you for having great employees.

This place has the best customer service of anywhere I ve ever been. I ve been using them since they opened. Located at Watson and Collins, in front of Goodwill, across from Fried Green Tomatoes.

It should not take 4 hours to rotate some tires, especially when I made an appointment and then I get there and they say they don t have an appointment under that name or phone number. Appointment or not for something that takes 15-30 minutes tops Smh

Bought my tires here a few years back. Had a nail in a tire and needed rotate and balance. No charge! Super nice! Had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Will buy my next set here. Great customer service.

This Discount Tire has the best team! I came in today with my 10 month old son for just an air check on my tires, and as i spoke with a couple of team members AND the manager, the manager understood that my budget was tight and so worked within my budget to give me the best most affordable service ever ! They're so so friendly! A couple of team members came by as i was waiting to play with my son, and to make him laugh and feel comfortable. They're also very QUICK with their work. I would highly reccomend to anyone, this was my first time ever going to a tire shop, and honestly everyone made it so comfortable, and worthwhile! I will most definitely be back!

What is going on with this location?I switched from a local tire shop due to poor service. I buy a lot of tires. I ve been in there 6 or 7 times in the past two years and always had great service. 3 sets of tires, set of sensors, some tire/wheel swaps, and 2 repairs: Yes, sometimes I have to wait because they are busy. I get it.But today, 7/10/23 was not acceptable. I had an emergency and brought ONE tire in for a plug/patch and waited over two hours while several after me were in & out. My tire was sitting repaired and they never called my name. I think I d still be there, 5 hours later, if I didn t ask.Everyone was new. I didn t recognize a single person today that I ve been working with for two years.No organization.Likely going back to my local company.

We were traveling home from Florida to Tennessee on a 12 hour drive and got 2 flats after hitting a pothole. Omar helped us out so much. He was so kind and patient and treated us like his own daughters! Was very stressful but with Omar s help it made things a little better. Thank you Omar for your kindness and help. We appreciate you so much!!!!!

This place is the best place in town for tires and the crowds sure it too. I was there twice and they were packed with people waiting it buying tires. They have free WiFi and water so it helps the long wait for the best toes at a great price!

I was just there today. My husband (who is away due to military) called and spoke to Hunter about getting my TPMS sensor in my Spare Tire (Rav 4) replaced. My husband is also a mechanic and already serviced my vehicle before he left. Hunter told him that I could swing by and that they could work me in to get it replaced and charge about 60-80.00 (Part and labor). There was a line when I arrived and a gentleman named Omar came up to me and asked me what I needed done today. I told him about how my husband called and asked for Hunter and how I need a sensor in my spare tire replace. We both walked to my vehicle and he then asked me if it was just the spare tire or all the tires. I explained to him it was just the spare tire which he then replied with. "Well how do you know it's just the spare? Did you check the other tire?" Which I then replied that my husband checked, he questioned me again whether or not my husband checked correctly with a sensor device. Which I replied with yes.... He is very accustomed to mechanic work... then Omar looks at my windshield wipers and tries to get me to replace them buy purchasing new ones at 60 ish dollars. I said no that I could replace them myself. He walks me back to the waiting area and looks at my vehicle and proceeds to check my other tires and bring another gentleman. (Tall/bald man didn't catch his name) so they walk around my car multiple times looking at each tire. Omar comes back inside and says that they can't service my tires because they were over 6 years old and that they wouldn't be able to put a new sensor in unless I purchase 5 brand new tires. My tires did not have dry rot, they had alot of tread in them. But the age of my tires were an issue. So I informed Omar that my tires are fine and I'm not interested in buying tires and that I just need the sensor. He proceeded to "mansplain" to me and ridiculed me and my husband. I informed Omar that I was just at the oil express right across the street to get my oil and tires rotated and he exclaimed, "Not to be rude but they don't know anything about tires, we work on them all day, they don't know absolutely anything" At this point I asked for my keys and walked out. My husband was on the phone the entire time and was upset at how I was treated and how unprofessional Omar was towards me.We were able to find a different Educated mechanic who could replace the sensor with no issues with the "age of the tire" and at a lower price.Will not come back.
