This family business is very well run with the most excellent customer service, constant communication, great work, honest evaluations, and the best bang for your buck especially if you're paying out of pocket! They explain plainly what needs to be repaired and don't give you maximal quotes up front which is so rare and valuable in a business where they have all the knowledge and the customer is at an inherent disadvantage. Just great people and a great shop!

We were so pleased with Chandler s!!They repaired our 2013 vehicle at a very reasonable price and in record time. All employees were helpful and courteous. Special shout out to Garrett Goff for his help in our repair!

Had to get my brand new 4Runner bumper replaced (sadly) and they had the part shipped in and fixed up my car quicker than expected! It looks like brand new again :) They are also very friendly on the phone and in person. Recommend to anyone needing body work in the area.

Chandler did an amazing job fixing our car. It took longer than we wanted because of backordered parts but we were kept well informed and they by it it fixed as fast as they could, while still providing a quality service.

Did not want to write this review. Was hoping I had put this horrid experience behind me. Recommended by my boss. Worst mistake ever made regarding my car. took my car in because i hit some road trash on the interstate. Bumper damage under bottom right side. Required new bumper and fog light. the 1st time i was called to pick up my car, the bumper was installed incorrectly, front wind diffuser installed upside down and broken pieces reinstalled on the bumper. 2nd time called to pick up my car, diffuser not installed and the front emblem way left of center. They also tried to tell me the emblem was that way when I brought it in. it wasn't, but even if it was it was brought in for them to fix my car not attempt to convince me it was always like that. One guy, forget his name CJ, BJ, whatever, went so far as to say i had to have bought my car used and that the damage had always been there. Bought that car brand new. Have done all required work and modifications myself. I know my car inside and out. 3rd time called for pickup, everything seemed pretty good. Finally! The diffuser not being installed not much of a problem, told them I could install it myself. Was assured no holes had been drilled in the underside of the bumper because they were worried about installing the diffuser incorrectly. Yet, there was missing hardware and smashed bushings from an attempt. they did replace the missing and damaged hardware. Couple of weeks later finally had the time to install the diffuser and find the hardware is stripped and/or missing holding parts of the bumper and to the protective skid plate underneath the car. After finding half the holes had already been drilled in my new bumper I was livid. Did not care it was Sunday called Eric Chandler on his personal cell phone. My day had been ruined and he need to know about it. He claimed he took my call because he knew my boss. Did not care that a business with his name on it had done an absolute horrible job on someone's vehicle. The following morning he asked for pictures. I never responded. I was done with Chandler Collision. Ordered the hardware i needed put my car back together and moved on. Well, at least the paint job looks pretty good. Or so I thought. It's been less than a year and the clear coat is already peeling. Several coats is what they told me. This the worst body shop in all of Central GA. They lie and do just enough to hope you don't notice, never taking into account that some people actually take care of their vehicles and may discover issues created by their "work" or lack there of. And what kind of idiot uses high torque power tools on the plastic parts of a car? If you need a body shop I urge you to look else where. They take no pride in their work and treat you like a nuisance for pointing out their mistakes. I just wanted my car fixed. What i got was headache, frustration and now more money out of my pocket to get my front end repainted.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Chandler Collision. They were the first of 5 places I received estimates. The gentleman who gave me my estimate offered to pop the dent out a little so I could open and close the drivers side door. When I arrived I had to get out of the passenger side! It made my life so much easier with just that little kindness. Their estimate was fair and in the middle range of the others I received. Because of the kindness I decided to go with them. I am so glad I did. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. As often happens when they took off quarter panel that needed to be replaced they noticed a couple brackets that were damaged. Not a big deal! It was about $80 more than the estimate. And it meant parts had to be ordered. They can't control things like this. It took a few days longer because of that. They were very communicative and made sure I was set with transpiration in the meantime. That was the only increase in price from the estimate. When I picked up my car I couldn't believe how good it looked. And they detailed it inside and out. I've had my car professionally detailed before and it didn't look this good!!I could not give a higher recommendation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very nice people and my car looks great but the communication from them was nonexistent. When I dropped my car off they told me three times they would call me when they started to give me an estimate on how long it may take. This was on a Wednesday. After not hearing anything for days, I had to call that following Tuesday to check on my car. My car was finished on Friday and I still never got a single phone call from Chandler Collision. Communication is HUGE for me so please work on that with future customers. Update: and you all left a loose screw and two PPG mixing cups in the back seat

Had a prior accident early this year and this repair was one of 3 that was available.. so I went to google for reviews and choose Chandler Collision and Im glad I did. Once in the shop, it only took abt a month to repair, they negotiate with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered and fixed not just the surface. They were patient and kind and always kept me informed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Car came bk perfect, service was Great and as promised. My insurance utilizes this company's service as one of the highly recommended and "approved" shops to fix vehicles. They worked with the insurance company, the rental company, and kept us all in loop with the process of my vehicle repair. My vehicle was fine within the week and I was back in my own vehicle with no additional issues. I am glad they were my first choice!Service: Painting

Well I have done business with Chandler Collision two times in the last 8 months. Neither time was any fault of my own. The first time was when a very intoxicated lady backed into the front of my new truck and the second time was when a very stupid human decided to sandblast the front of my truck with a pressure washer and both times I took my truck here for the repairs and I can not say enough about how wonderfully I was treated and the impeccable service and repairs done to my truck. This is a wonderful establishment with wonderful people who take pride in the work they do and are great at it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chandler replaced and painted a dented fender for me. It took a little longer for them to get good parts than planned, but they were making sure that I got good parts. The people I delt with were professional, helpful, and efficient. The paint job was well done and the associated trim looks great. The only con is that they must have spilled something inside the door that took two weeks for the smell to dissipate.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my BMW 535I to Chandler for some collision repair as a result of a minor incident with a box in the middle of the road. They repaired the area on schedule as promised. In noticed that a small area had been missed when I picked it up. They immediately made me another appointment, fixed the area at no charge and did a great job. All of my contacts with them were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. Great customer service and great results.
