I went to several body shops in town for estimates before choosing Calhoun's. I selected this shop strictly because of the help Christine gave me when giving me a quote. She didn't try to get overly technical or talk down to me and she showed me the process of how she was building the quote and gave me helpful information to take along to the other shops. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The work was completed expeditiously and my car was returned to me sparkling clean!Thank you again!

Excellent service! Great people.Took my Chevy there, and within hours the gentleman called me and was very upfront about my options. Laid it all out in a way I could understand (I have limited knowledge of cars). We discussed what needed done. And the prices that were required of the services my car needed were great! He had my car done in a couple of weeks. Two and half of that was waiting on the part to get there. Not Calhoun's fault. GM's. I will never trust any of my vehicles to anyone else. 1 star is 1 too many. If you are thinking about taking your car to this place for repairs, be ready for HORRIBLE quality and service. You might as well start smashing your head against the wall now.I took my car here and when I got it back, there were multiple things that they neglected to repair.1. They did not replace the exterior hood latch.2. The passenger side wheel well panel was not installed.3. The driver side wheel well panel had multiple screws missing and came apart the first day I got it back and started hitting my tire on the interstate.4. The driver side top fender bolt was barely tightened.5. The damaged horn was not replaced (even after I took it back the 2nd time).6. They did not wash the car (unbelievable).7. When I took my car back and complained, it took them over a month to order the rest of the parts.8. The hood was hitting the brand new headlight that was installed and damaged it. I suggested that they readjust the hood and believe it or not, they bent the corner of the hood up, damaging the hood.9. The manager kept saying, "This car has been in a wreck before, and did not want to fix the damages from the recent car accident."10. Even after I returned the car, for the repairs they missed, they still did not wash my car. What auto body/paint shop does not wash the car they are fixing?RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!NEVER AGAIN!!

I live in NY but got in a car accident in Georgia January 4th. My insurance provider and I could not find another shop that could take us in until the end of February but we eventually found this one. We were surprised that they could take us in so quickly but now I know why. They did the work and I was happy to finally be able to pick up my car February 21st. When I picked up the car - the inside had a lot of smudges but I was willing to overlook it because I was just happy to finally have my car back. What set me over however were the ants that started biting as I made my journey back to NY. I first reached out to my insurance provider but we looked at the timeline of things. The only place the car could ve gotten the ants was at this body shop. I called them twice and after initially accusing me of leaving food in my car - which I didn t and had video evidence to prove this. Not to mention the fact that fire ants (as they explained to me are the biting ants) are not native to NY but rather native to GA. All I asked was for them to take care of the cost of getting rid of the ants and they refused. We popped open the hood of the car and there were ants in the hood area as well.I sincerely wish I had just waited and given my car to a different body shop as I now had to pay for a deep car detail to get rid of ants.They were extremely rude too.AVOID THIS PLACEServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I went to Calhoun for my body damage after a wreck.(I paid out of pocket) my original quote was $4,653. When I dropped my car off I was told the parts cost had actually dropped and it would be less money and take one week. I got my car back a MONTH EXACTLY later was never called with an update and it was actually $5,015. No big deal. I had $5,000 put back to be safe. Until I received a receipt for $4,550, my passenger side door doesn t work from the inside, and my hood is crooked.Before realizing my hood was crooked I took it back for the passenger door and was told it would take a few days to get the part. It s now going on 2 months and I hadn t heard anything so I went back today (after noticing the amounts and the hood) and was told they d look into it and now magically the receipt they sent out was wrong. And they can t have my parts in until October 19th. Keep in mind the parts for my door were supposedly ordered a month and a half ago.I no longer have my copy of the paper receipt as I gave it to the owner, Richard, this morning.I didn t even get to tell them about the entire tank of gas that was gone when I got it back, nor the ants nor the oil issue. (I purposely dropped it off with a full tank of gas, a fresh oil change , and had spent 6 hours detailing every little bit of it so it would feel like a brand new car upon pick up P.S not claiming they caused the oil issue but it wasn t happening until they touch my car.)MY ADVICE? Go ANYWHERE else and spend the extra money. It s not worth the stress.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

where do I begin... I was recommended this shop by a close family member and chose to utilize it due to it being near my family s home where I would stay during the time of my repair. While in town and getting my vehicle repaired, this shop gave me multiple false deadlines of when my car would be repaired. Even after I payed and turned in the rental they still were having miscommunications in completing finishing touches on my car.Each time I called, I received different answers and multiple errors were made on the front end for ordering parts for my vehicle since day one.I also received incorrect work done! Two different headlights were installed, and the slot where one of my headlights should align, sadly do not.. Again I was told this would be fixed but was constantly given pushed back deadlines on when they could complete this.Eventually I told them I would no longer be allowing any more work done to my vehicle and had to leave to return to my home (Florida.) after giving them 2 weeks to correct what I was informed would have been done two weeks ago..Highlighting one gentleman that in the ladder part of my experience was extremely kind and candid with me was deshawn.Please consider my review before leaving your vehicle in their trust. I don t write negative reviews unless it calls for a beware for others. This was the most unprofessional, stressful experience I ve ever had and will never recommend anyone here in the future.Service: Painting

Took my truck here to get my doors fixed as they don't close correctly. Was quoted a decent price. Took an extra day because the part had to be ordered no big deal but when I pick my truck up only half the work was done that I was quoted and not all parts that I was quoted where installed. The body guy that worked on my truck proceeded to argue with me and then start yelling at me trying to cover his own because he obviously knew he was in the wrong. But the gentleman that works in the office was very kind and took care of me and gave me the proper refund. The man in the office is very friendly and very nice I can't say much about the rest of the shop besides one of the gentleman that came around to help alleviate the argument. He seems very kind as well. But the gentleman that drives the blue bronco. Stay away from him he has an attitude problem.

Auto body work done on my vehicle was very great. Price slightly high, but worth the cost. Recommend using their services if you want good customer service and excellent auto body work.

Do not I repeat do not waste your money very unprofessional broke my car down without permission wanted me to pay thousands of dollars to put it back together when they had no permission to break down only came for a estimate also made me pay hundreds of dollars just to get my car back wish I could give a negative 5 Stars and I definitely didn't agree to have my car tore apart. Getting a estimate and getting car tore apart is 2 different things

Had a delay in getting my car repaired but the new owner did a great job after an almost 2.5 week delay. He also made a wonderful concession when I paid cash for the repair.

My alternator went out about a week ago when I called them to have a look and see what they could do. They got me in and out within a few hours. Very professional and friendly service.

We are so beyond happy we found Calhouns!! We had a minor incident on the highway coming from Chicago. Tommy and the guys saw how stressed we were and fixed our problem in 15 minutes. We re so grateful!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE BEST BODY SHOP!! We appreciate you
