I have taken my car to Calhoun's Automotive Repair and they have always done OUTSTANDING work. The mechanics have always been honest and straight forward with me and have always given top notch work. I highly recommend this repair shop and thank you Calhoun's for your great work!

Calhouns handled my car with amazing care! I originally came in for a clicking problem, which turned out to be an air filter put in completely wrong by jiffy lube! I also needed new rear brakes and rotors, and the price they quoted me was amazing! My car had also been leaking a little bit of oil, which turned out to be a broken head gasket valve cover. Even with a busy day my car was done within 12 hours, and drives like a dream! Kevin even included a copy of the scans (before and after maintenance) and some pictures/videos throughout the process of fixing my car! Great customer service, and right in the heart of Warner Robins!

Very good place to take your car or truck for repairs. Very knowledgeable mechanics and friendly staff. 5 stars all the way. If you re new to the area don t hesitate to take your vehicle there . They aren t the cheapest nor the most expensive , but they do a good job with out wasting a lot of time.

10/10 recommend the transmission shop for all your transmission needs!Ray and Brandy in the transmission shop were the most helpful and nicest people to work with! They replaced my transmission and had me back driving in no time! They also stayed on constant contact and kept me inform of what was going on with my car!Affordable prices and great work!

Really impressed with honesty and quality of service. They diagnosed the transmission issue with my daughters car and repaired it in just a few days. Car runs and drives perfectly; taking a lot of stress off this dads mind. Additionally, their price was less than I expected. My new go-to repair shop. Thanks Ray and Brandy.Update April 2024 - Daughters car again needed work. We went straight back to Ray and Brandy. Ray quickly diagnosed the issue (bad wheel hub). Picked the car up a couple days later, good as new. I just can't get over the quality of workmanship and professionalism demonstrated by Calhoun automotive. Ray and Brandy are personally some of the nicest and most honest people I know. In this day and age, that is so refreshing. A breath of fresh air in the automotive repair industry. They were very professional and got my car fixed in a timely manner.Only thing that sucked was paying an extra $60 for using my debit card, due to transaction/processing fees. It didn't show on the receipt, but It showed in my bank account.5/5, it s better than getting over charged at a dealership.

My first impression started at the front door with the good morning greeting that made me feel welcome. That let me know I was at the right place. They were courteous and explained in detail what was the problem with my vehicle and what it would take to fix it, even showed me the schematics . My vehicle was repaired and I m back on the road. Great crew. Great service. Reasonably priced. Kevin was straight forward and to the point without overcharging me. That's hard to find in a mechanic for a woman these days.Since I wrote this I have taken all of my vehicles to Kevin. He keeps me informed of the progress as well as any issues he finds as he's making repairs. Love this crew. You have made a lifetime loyal customer.

Great customer service. Great mechanics. They worked on my truck transmission and I am very pleased with it. Brandy is very good about letting you know the prices and what was done. Ray is an excellent mechanic and answered all my questions.

Ray, Transmission Specialist, by far was the best interaction I have experienced with a mechanic (especially during what I considered a crisis) which is refreshing in this industry. He provide my brother and I quality customer service, clear communication, and provided an explanation of what we needed to do during our trip back home which placed us at ease. We now have a new trustworthy and dependable mechanic, thanks, Ray!

First experience with Calhouns...left me very pleased.First the mechanic Kevin took time to explain in detail what was wrong with 2007 Tahoe. After repairs were done, Kevin showed me what work was done and what to look for next. I can honestly say they are worth every penny if you're looking to make your car last.

Amazing service. took my truck in with a dead transission. a week later, i'm driving it like i stole it. a complete transmission rebuild turned out perfect and at a reasonable price. Everybody was friendly and a pleasure to interact with. totally satusfied.

Not many shops around that would go the extra to help a customer,,, Ms. Kristy got my repair down from $800 dollars to $329 dollars after my aftermarket warranty company wouldn't cover cost of repair I'm retired Veteran that's disabled and that cost savings was a blessing,,take your vehicle to Calhouns,, you wont regret it, excellant customers service and care

Ford focus running great.ran out of gas.put gas in it. it was running very bad..Took it to Calhoun's He said that i needed a new engine .I replace the purge valve car runs fine why would they tell me that?I have no idea

Best service experience I ve had with my vehicle in years! Kevin and his staff went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. I could only come up on a specific day and they made that work out also! It was supposed to be a simple ac service & oil change, but when he got under the hood there were some other items contributing to my engine problems. Kevin called me into the shop, showed me the unforeseen items BEFORE HAND to make sure I wanted those issues corrected and made sure I understood how that would affect my bill. They let me know which things could wait without causing more damage, as he knew I was on a tight budget. There were even a few things he corrected that he didn t up-charge me for as a single woman with a very limited engine understanding, he was very thorough in his explanations and patient with all my questions. His pricing is very reasonable and I felt a real bargain for what I received. This has not always been my experience at other shops. I will definitely take the added travel time necessary to come see Kevin an his crew for future repairs and regular services on my car. Thanks guys! I ll be back! Grateful lady driver from Americus!

I went by Calhoun today and spoke with Kevin. He reached out to me on Facebook about the issue I was having with my truck invited me to swing by which I did today. He was super cool checked out some things for me and gave me an idea of the direction to go with this odd situation on my truck. I will certainly use them. I believe they really care about taking care of people rather than just charging ridiculous amount of money just for the sake of making money.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My experience with Calhoun s and their team has been amazing. Calhoun s has worked on my vehicle, my mothers vehicle and multiple friends vehicles. Calhoun s sold me a vehicle years ago and is still running. I would and do recommend Brian and Calhoun s to anyone needing to service their vehicle. The customer service is the best and their willingness to work with the customers to get into the solution is admirable.The transmission shop also seems to be doing well. I was referred to Calhoun's for a transmission problem. New transmission in today and my pathfinder is home, where she belongs. So happy with the work, the staff and the outcome. I was able to return my rental a day early. Thanks Ray!! You guys are awesome :)

Took both of my cars to Kevin and the crew and they got me squared away to the teee!! Less than a grand for work done on both and they offer military discount. Took my car back for some battery issues and they took care of me and sent me on my way cause it was still under warranty! Came to Calhoun s with a used vehicle purchase for a complete diagnostic. Kevin and the team did a complete inspection, head-to-toe and everything checked out. They hooked it up to the computer, did physical inspection of brakes, steering, CV axles, suspension, transmission and drivetrain. Kevin performed computer resets and relearns. The team is thorough and fully explain everything. If you want honesty come to Calhoun Automotive. They won t steer you wrong!

Took my wife's car in for a fuel injection clean and Brian and Hope took care of us for a great price and got us in and out they also noticed I had a nail in my tire and took care of it as well , super nice people
