Great service and honest/reasonable rates!Asked for quote for transmission replacement. Owner stated he would check to make sure that is what I needed. Within 1/2 hour he confirmed transmission required replacing and had car ready for pick-up within 4 days. They even provided oil change. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Nowadays, it's not an easy task to find car repair service that does attempt to take advantage of females. Much appreciated!!

Called talked to Tony. Told him the air bags on my 2006 Lexus was leaking. He told me they had never done a Lexus. While holding he looked up and said he found a kit to replace with coil springs. Would run a 1000 dollars. I told him okay to go ahead and order it.i called a couple of times and left voicemail mails said I would bring the car the next day.well my wife got sick with the flu and I was unable to take the car as she would have to pick me up. When I finally took the car John at the front desk talked to me like I was a red headed step child because I had not brought the car after I had called. Tried to explain my wife had been sick and I didn't have anybody to pick me up. He continued to lector me and said I should make you pay up front.o told him if you can't do it I'll take the car back. He said no we have the parts just leave it. The next day they say the car is ready. I pick it up and start to Atlanta. About two thirds of the way there the car starts riding like a bucking bronco.when I stop and take a look the its setting on the rear axle. When I get back to Macon I called and talked to John and told him they didn't fix the problem . He said they replaced the shocks. I told him I didn't ask for shocks I ask for a coil spring kit to replace air bags.we went round and round and still said I ask for shocks.charged me 997.00 for two shocks which I never ask for. I told Tony the air bags were leaking and I needed coil spring kit replacement. You know by him saying they had never done a Lexus we weren't talking about shocks. Anynody with any sense could replace shocks.also when I did finally look at bill said they checked for leaks. I ask to talk to Tony and he wouldn't get Tony to the phone.so I paid a 1000 dollars for nothing. Car had same problem when I picked it up. They were closed when I picked it up so I didn't even bother to look at it as I had already paid over.the phone. I had always had pretty good service with Tony. Tony needs to be on the counter and John in the shop as Johny is rude and inconsiderate. Tried calling several times. Didn't answer or return my voicemails. Maybe John did this to punish me not bringing the car on time.

Would not recommend! Very rude! Went in for a repair (squeaky belt), which I was told they could easily diagnose/fix it, if I would be willing to leave my vehicle for a few hours. I decided to do so and after a few hours, they called me to let me know that my vehicle had been repaired and was ready for pick-up. When I picked my vehicle up, the squeaking had indeed stopped, but only for about a day or so. I returned to the shop immediately to let them know and hear that the problem had returned and I was spoken to in a very disrespectful manner. I was told that their motto is K.I.S.S., which means Keep It Simple Stupid so in other words, they put a bandage over the problems (temporary fixes) and don't really fix the problem. :-( - A complete waste of money...Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would not recommend. Been using them for 5+ years. The last 3 company vehicles we brought they refused to work on them because they were too much work or too rough. Bad customer service, and don t care about customer loyalty. Would recommend Calhoun s nearby.

I needed a water pump changed on our 2013 Explorer. Very extensive job being it is chain driven. Took it to C&G and Tony kocked it out the park. Very honest, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable shop. He got it done sooner than expected and went over and above. I will definitely be back when it comes to something that's over my skill level! I recommend them to all my friends and I am highly recommending them now to everyone else. Too bad I couldn't sit and watch .Service: Engine repair

THE BEST IN WARNER ROBINS! C & G Automotive is GREAT!!!! John & Tim are both Incredible! They replaced my Alternator and it was The Best Experience I ve had in 20 years! They were Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Repaired my SUV in a very timely manner! Their Prices are The Best in Town! They took the time to speak with me in detail; Quoted me a Price and made me a same day Appointment. The Repair came in Less than The Quote! These guys are Great! Recently had a small accident that involved my tire and rim on my drivers side getting completely destroyed but car was still drivable. Got tire fixed but ever since then I heard some rattling underneath vehicle. Fast forward I took my car in to get inspected. Guy there told me my metal shield covering and protecting my engine came loose and all they did was just screw it in for no charge. Highly recommend this business. I now have 2 places I can go and trust to get my vehicle operated on now.Services: Tires, Vehicle safety inspection

Well, this shop came highly recommended. I moved from Florida to Georgia and my car broke down with a flashing check engine light. I drove over yesterday afternoon and they said they were too busy and to come back this morning at 8am. I got there around 8:15 and the guy in the office said they would absolutely not look at my car if I planned to sit and wait for the diagnostic to be done. I explained I was new to town and didn't know anyone to help me with dropping it off and his response was that I just needed to figure it out bc they won't look at it unless I dropped it off. That shop manager just ensured thst I will never do business with them.

I totally appreciate the service I received at C & G Automotive first by phone, as well as at my appointment. I'm truly thankful a dear friend of mine referred me to the business for my urgent automotive repair needs. The great customer service and hospitality provided by Mr. Tim along with his son, Mr. Tony made my heart smile. There were no customers in the lobby when I arrived. I walked in and showed the printout I received from AutoZone, along with the part they suggested would fix the issue. I was immediately told that they never do walk-ins. The man at the register advised me that they only take appointments, and told me to have a nice day. He clearly had no desire for my business, as he neither offered to make the appointment not did he give me a number to call in order to do so. He just showed me the door. Considering that there were other cars in the lot, this mechanic clearly does business; I'm not sure why the representative decided that he didn't want mine.At any rate, I left the shop and went across the street to Precision, where they were happy to give me a quote and advise me on the next steps to take with my vehicle. The man at the front desk at Precision was very professional and candid, which led to a great customer experience.

Quoted a price to me, then added hundreds of dollars to final bill. When I inquired about monies being billed that was over the quote, they became grossly unprofessional and rude over phone, so much as to interrupt and literally raise voice to me.I inquired about monies, they got rude and refused further service of my vehicle.Unprofessional. I am a women, I do believe I caught them 'walking my wallet' and they did not like that. Take vehicle to BigT's in warner robins... not these guys. To bad I can't post the recorded conversation here !

I've been taking my vehicles to C&G Automotive for years now. They are honest, professional, and fast! Don't let the bare parking lot fool you. They don't believe in making the customer wait days-on-end for repairs, unlike some of the more well-known garages in the area. I have never had to wait more than a day for a repair. Granted, I've never needed an engine rebuilt, but I have had a number of repairs that wouldn't be deemed "quick fixes" by any measure. Most recently, my truck needed to be towed to their shop after hours. I went in the next morning to talk to them about it. John asked if I had an appointment, but of course I did not. It didn't matter. He walked out to take a look and told me he'd call after he determined what the issue was. I got a call within 2 hours to let me know that the water pump had locked up. It would take several hours to replace it because it's not easy to get to, so I thought it might be my first wait lasting more than 24 hours. However, they said it'd be fixed by the end of the day, and it was. Top notch!

Honest and up front. I went in with misfires in my engine and told them I thought it needed way more work than it actually needed. The mechanic stated he doesn t replace things that don t need fixing. Other mechanics would have jumped all over my ignorance on the situation. They are well priced and very worthy of your trust! Give them your business you won t waste your time or money with C&G automotive.

They were referred to me about 2 years ago and at that time they let me know that the work I thought I needed done to my 20 year old car did not need to happen at that time.When the work finally needed to be done it was done great and very good price.So now I am back for them to fix what another mechanic (who charged an arm and a leg) did not do right and do a few other things. I know the price and work are always the best here.I can not express enough about the work, the cost, and the customer service is.

I have to give a massive shout-out to C & G Automotive in Warner Robins. Tony and his crew saved behind when my vehicle went down with a faulty fuel pump. I brought my car in today after a decent amount of time dealing with another shop. Not only did they get me in AND fix my problem within the day, they did the job at a significantly lower price. Straightforward, honest, friendly, fast, the superlatives could go on and on. My car is now running like new. It really does pay to get a second opinion on car issues! I HIGHLY recommend C&G if you are looking for good work done at a reasonable price!

Good, Honest and quick! I was referred by a friend after a water pump failed and left me stranded. I took my car in at 8:30 on a Monday morning and was back on the road by 10:00. Replaced my water pump, cooling lines, and did an oil change for less than $300. Awesome service at a very reasonable price. I will go back and recommend to others.

This place really takes care of their customers. Had to have a wheel bearing changed and was done in less than 2 hours. Good service and a good price. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are "AWESOME". I have been bringing vehicles here since they opened their doors several years ago. They provide excellent service at great prices. For honesty, integrity and great prices you can't beat C & G automotive.

I was told by another mechanic shop that I needed rear breaks and my rotors turned $300 + for it to be done..I called Tim and asked for a price $220.00. I take my car there today and Tim tells me my brakes and rotors are fine! Not only does he save me money by not replacing something that doesn't need replaced. BUT he didnt even charge me for looking at my brakes!! 5 STARS AINT ENOUGH!!! AWESOME PLACE...HE WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDED BY ME AND DO ALL MY WORK ON MY CARS!!

This post may be seen as biased as I have known the two gentlemen for many years, but I have also trusted their abilities for as long. These are two very knowledgeable and skilled technicians and take pride in their work. Several days after replacing a master cylinder on my Chevrolet truck the master cylinder was found to be leaking. Upon inspection it was found to be a defective part and they changed the part under their labor warranty and had my truck back to me by 1:00 PM. Overall they provide a hassle free experience.

Initially they were great, I needed a clutch and an e brake for my mustang. They were able to get my in immediately for the clutch, but needed to order the e brake cable. No big deal, I was informed that I would receive a call the next Monday when it came in. Never received the call, I ended up calling them that same Friday. When the man answered I asked if it was there, he said I don t know, I ll have to check on my lunch break (I called at 8am when they opened) and that after noon I had to call back again because they still never called me. So if you use this place don t expect for a call back if they say they will call you back. They just write your number down on a spiral notebook, throughout this whole process they took my number down each time I called them.

Love! Love! Love! As a woman I've been treated in so many different varies degrees at many places. Mostly negative. This place however was beyond expectation and the guys that work here are honest and upfront. Plus their prices are practically HALF of the competitors! I'll never go anywhere else.

My mother went here to get her Camry repaired. The guys didn't even bother to repair it, claiming it was too old to repair. Mind you it was a '98 Camry and I saw cars/trucks much older than that in the lot. They're sorry and always have been a sorry business. I would avoid this place at all costs. They're cheap but not worth your time and money.

I now drive to Warner Robins for car service. I was referred by a friend to try them and now i will only go there. It is hard to find an honest mechanic and they have two. If you are sick of being lied to about how much your fix is going to cost, try C&G. I did and I am happy.

They did a great job and went above and beyond and I will be back everyone is super nice and if the quote you price and it goes over they eat the extra I wish more shops was up front and honest as these guys... John and Tony have always been up front and honest which is a hard trait to find these days in a mechanic shop. All of the work they have done for my family and I has been reasonable and well done.
