Had some issues with my truck, was able to take it in and was led through the simple process of what would happen, with them looking at it, giving me a quote on everything including labor and getting authorization from me to begin working prior to anything. They called me shortly after dropping the truck off and told me they located the issue. I needed a new transmission, which I already assumed, but they also told me exactly what caused the transmission to go bad, which I had no idea. Gave me a decent price quote for brand new parts and labor. A matter of a few weeks for a very large job, they had me pick up my truck. Runs better than it ever has. They did great work and were reasonable with their prices. I'd recommend to anyone.

Had a cooling system issue. Mr. Wilt( manager) and Ms. Crystal ( receptionist) keep great communication thru the repair process. Had some bad aftermarket parts that did not perform well. Parts were replaced and covered under repair warranty. Thanks to all the ASX team...

I'm so glad I stumbled across this business for my auto repair needs. ASX pricing on parts and labor was FAR more reasonable than other shops in town that gave me quotes. My truck needed quite a few repairs and I feel like I received the best deal and service with ASX. I will definitely be going to them first with any future auto needs. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a fair deal and quality work.

Honest and Thorough. I have been using ASX for years. I moved out of Warner Robins, and tried others. However, I eventually came back. It is worth the 40-minute drive to have excellent service, excellent rates, and an honest assessment of needed repairs.

This is amongst of the few places in this country where you will find genuine hospitality, true customer service and honest individuals. My car brakes were in terrible condition ,I called ASX on the phone and they were able to schedule me in even though they were so busy. The prices were very good and after seeing how much work they had to do and all the time it took them, I was embarrassed because I felt like I was not charged enough for the work done, it was a lot of work but was charged too little. Wish I had more money because I could have paid and tipped more . They did a great job. Also they have a lobby where I was able to work from with free internet, it is nicer than most hotel lobbies , very clean and quiet. Everyone there is friendly and very respectful. They all live and work as people who love and fear God. Please give this place your business, there is a peace and friendliness that will want to keep you going there. A big thank you to the team at ASX, I prayed for you all on my way home after I left your shop.Service: Brakes

Dependable, reliable, honest - if you need ANYTHING done to your car go here first!They never want to just charge you because they can and will not overcharge for any services, of course there is a charge for diagnosis. They will fix your vehicle and guarantee their work! I have never had any issues or had to return my vehicle because of something they did not do correctly. I have been using them for years, I recommend them to everyone and will continue to do so.

My husband is an A&P mechanic and can fix our vehicles, but sometimes there isn't time for him to do the work himself. He trusts ASX to do the job right. We have been using them for years and have never had any issues. Wiltz and his crew will take good care of you and your vehicle.

I have used ASX for over 10 years and they are the best in town. I buy tires there and I trust them to treat me right and they never let me down. The Absolute best guys in town! I can not recommend them enough. They are always professional and their work is quick with reasonable prices. Traveling back home from a camping trip, I experienced a brake issue with our motorhome about midway and couldn't make it home. I looked up any nearby shops that might be able figure out and repair the issue. ASX delivered! They were even able to arrange a tow truck for me after I had three failed attempts to get my own. They aren't close to my home base or else I would say they are my new auto shop.

I have used this shop since it opened and could not be happier. They are competent and reasonable. ASX will repair your blue haired granny s car for less than dealer shops and not try to up sell service that is unneeded.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Great work Great Prices fair an honest guys. Did great work on my Honda and Toyota. Went the extra mile, when my Honda was not ready when promised they worked with us to make things right. Would recommend to ANY ONE.

ASX is a great auto repair shop here in town. I have had work done on my car and my son's car due to Lowe Toyota wanting to charge twice as much for the same work. Wiltz runs the shop and is very honest and down to earth. He is there to do quality work for a fair price. He's not out to cheat people. I also appreciate the fact that he doesn't treat me any different because i'm a woman. Will continue to take my car there for any repairs and recommend them to family and friends.

ASX is super reliable. They'll never recommend a repair that you don't need, and will do a great job on whatever you need done. We've used them for years and won't go anywhere else.

Took in our vehicle to get one thing fixed... came out with an Even Bigger Issue. Manager had no clue on what his mechanics had done and told me false statements. Just go to Calhouns auto on Watson instead or even autozone is more helpful.

They seem racist and unwilling to help. They didn't want to change a head light bulb or set an appointment. They said they was to busy to help with anything and told me I could come back in 3 days but they cant make any promises.

Had an old Saturn 3-door coupe and the staff treated it as if it were one of their own vehicles. The after sale service is tremendous as well. I'm taking all of my potential vehicle issues to them.

I had maintenance done to my vehicle and I get it my vehicle is old but negligence of humans was part of the reason my car is not operable currently. My car was running fine before I got the maintenance done to it. I was told that it was wear and tear and that it was old is why my car wasn t running anymore. I wouldn t recommend going to ASX because if your car is old that why it is a POS.Service: Oil change

I hope my 5 stars are correct, my wife was in a really bad accident,she's ok jus scared the you no what out of her,no ticket either I have herd nothing but Great things about RCI plus a little added bonus I went to school with one of the owners most of the time that always helps so I find out what the damage is on Monday. I will keep y'all posted, an let ya know about the Stars or not.
