Really nice place to get an affordable, quick, and pretty good car maintenance service. They were able to perform a full synthetic oil change for me, replace my light bulb, and rotate my tires. The only issue I had was the fact that they did not reset my maintenance light indicator on my dashboard, so I had to figure put myself how to do it.

Needed a circuit tester and noticed they were magnetically locked. Went to the auto care desk to find someone with a key. After waiting 10 minutes, along with 4 other customers, help finally arrived. She proceeded to tell me she didn't have a key but the electronic department should and she said she would get it after waiting on all the other remaining customers first. Finally another associate arrived and was able to get the key. He said he wasn't sure why it was even locked up. Very frustrating experience.

The employees in the auto shop did a great job, I thank them Walmart on the other hand the app for the Villa Rica store showed three tires that I could use for my truck in stock and when I got there they did not have any one of the three different tires that would fit my truck in stock. That is the third time that has happened to me in the past year.

Not just once, but three times now. I got to get a tire changed, just one. I have the wheel and tire seperate, I get there at 5:30-6, they have maybe one to no cars there. They reject me. I have a SINGLE tire. That s it s. It s not stretched, low profile, big, it s a regular normal commuter tire. I called 5 times to try and even see if they were able to take it before I waste my time and drive there, no answer. Go somewhere else. If you re around Villa Rica, got to U-Tire is Douglassville

Quickest, nicest, affordable auto center.The gentlemen who did my car were so polite, fixed the issue fast. I am forever greatful. I would highly recommend this auto center.

Excellent customer service by Maxwell and Duron. Since fixing my tires that weren't properly balanced by another business, the car maintains speed and drives smoothly. Thanks again.I would have rated 5 stars but I had to return a faulty battery here for a replacement causing me to miss both jobs and money.

My son took his car to have a slow leak in a tire checked out. They not only spotted the problem (knot on it) but didn t charge to replace the tire with the new one he had in his trunk, all under 35 minutes. No appointment was necessary. The mechanics were wonderful and very friendly.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 11:30 am with 4 vehicles in front of me, and at 5pm they had just finished the oil change. They offer no timeline, so you are forced to just sit and wait for hours. For what should only take 30 min to do. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE THINGS TO DO!

After my second attempt at going to have the tires I bought put on my car - First attempt was a 2+ hour wait around 10am. Second attempt the following day around 845am with a 60-90 minute wait. Did a little shopping while they serviced my car. My Walmart app kept me updated on the progress and they texted me when it was ready, took them less than 90 mins. Checkout was easy and they didn't mind ringing up my other items either. Employees were friendly enough, a smile wouldn't hurt anybody though.Cheer up guys you are appreciated.

It's ok if your looking for cheap service....but that's just it ...cheap. the customer service and knowledge is lack there of.

They lost my key, didn t reset the oil light or change the sticker. The store manager with a limp is a passive aggressive jerk. I d suggest going somewhere elseService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I live in Douglasville but drive here to the Villa Rica location as I've always received great service from their Tire Shop. They do more than just tires, I got my headlights restored and was very pleased with the outcome.

Haven't been here since before the pandemic but saw that they were open again and decided to go. The set up is a little different right now. It looks closed when you drive up but a mechanic will come out and take care of you if you wait a couple minutes. The staff was wonderful! Very sincere and helpful and kind. Also got my oil changed in 30 minutes! And it was 10:30am. Usually I don't have this well of an experience, but today was wonderful!

I had ordered my tires and had them shipped to my home. I called about 2 hours before they closed and they told me to come on over. The guys jumped on it as soon as I got there and had me out in about 45 minutes. Great service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Honestly, I m surprised how well my tire change went at Walmart. I pulled in line, told the mechanic what I needed, he put in my request, and I went inside and browsed the store. Probably 30-35 minutes later, they called me to say my service was completed. I only needed my front driver tire replaced and for a new tire, it only cost about $75 (the tire itself was only $50). I was surprised at the price a used tire at a local shop was $80 and how quickly they serviced my vehicle with it being a Saturday at around 1:30 p.m. I m grateful for them because I had plans in Atlanta and needed to be on the road ASAP; they fixed me up nicely (the tire is doing great a week later, by the way). I ve never went to Walmart for a tire change but I ll definitely consider coming back once I m ready for a whole new set of tires!

I usually get my oil changes at the Walmart Auto Care Centers in the area due to the very low prices they offer. However, this particular location was speedy with quality work. While they seem to be somewhat lax with operating hours, my automotive service experience was exceptional. Some staff at the register seemed to be somewhat distant, and unresponsive. On the other hand, the mechanics were incredible. I will definitely be returning.

My daughter and I were passing through, but already knowing we were due for an oil change, we found this Walmart Auto Care Center. I don't remember the gentlemen names but I do remember they were kind of enough to attend to our oil change needs although it was very close to the auto care center's closing.We were extremely grateful!

I like this Walmart and some of the same employees been here for years. Mr. Hubert always bring a smile to our faces as he greets us coming into the store. Good management and the associates are kind.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:45 am, fast forward to 11:45 my car still wasn't done. Turns out the whole crew except for 2 people went to lunch at 11 according to the girl at the desk. I had to leave because my schedule was too far behind. It would have been nice to know these guys were going to lunch. I could have left earlier instead my time was wasted. This is unacceptable in my book but it's Walmart I guess they don't have to worry about customer service because they have the lowest price. Poorly ran andapathetic to the needs of others.

I do like the Express Tire and Lube. Get your car done and go shopping. As the old saying says, Kill 2 birds with one stone. I hate that saying. I would never throw rocks at birds, they are part of God's creation.

What do you expect from Walmart. They work like they are paid. I ordered tires. When I went to pick them up, they took so long I asked the young lady at the desk if I could get them myself. She said sure. She couldn't do it with all the people asking questions and checking out with groceries.Only reason I gave three stars is because she asked for help twice. When I got my tires they were standing up talking. How long would i have been there if I wanted an install? Took 30min at a tire shop with someone in front of me.

Got turned away with 1 hour and 20 min until they close after waiting 15 min for an employee to even talk to me. Keep up the good work guys. Oh also there was only one person in front of me and they were already in the bay so I guess they were doing some serious mechanical work for them to have to turn me away with that much time left....

Arrived at the tire center at 3:35. I was the only one for new tires. They told me since there is no one else in front of me it shouldn't take more than 45 min. 1 hour and 30 min. later they managed to change only 2 tires. I aked if there is any problem with the tires. The answer was mo. You should be done in 15. Needless to say it was 30 min. ago and they aren't done yet. Stay away from the Villa Rica tire center. They do not value your time.!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I came last week for my 2 front tires and they took it apon them self to put them on the back and I had to fight with them to understand I have a hole on the front left tire and it took 3 hrs. Well they promised me a discount if I came back for the back to so of course I decided to let them do it again and I have been sitting here for 2 hrs now and my car seem to keep going to the back of the line . Every single person here was rude other then the lady at the desk. ..NEVER GO HERE .I would much rather pay more money !!!

The manager in charge took my phone number and said there was a few people in front of me and it could take a little time for oil change. That was at 1pm I went into Subway for sandwich and waited for him to call me.2hours later I went to their little waiting room.,4 people was there. ,2 hours later I ask the girl would she check and see if my car was ready. She said it had been ready since 1:30 and she had called my name off intercom. I wasn't listening to it. The man said they would call my phone. Why get my number it no one was going to call.

Jonathan Reece took the time after auto center was closed to Help us repair our tire. Wouldn t accept $$$Super guy and exceptional employee for Walmart. It was a stressful time for us and he didn t know we driving home from a long trip due to my mother passed. Perfect act of kindness. Thank you Jonathan! We will pass this favor along.

The price is always right so I guess I can't complain too much, but WOW! the service was awful. I've never felt so bad for asking for a simple oil change but the look these folks gave me just for showing up cut daggers through me, and then it took an hour and a half even though there was only one other vehicle there.

What a joke. I went in around 5pm for a screw in the tire. I requested a patch in the tire. They did not look at the tire and said it would be at least 2.5hours. Needless to say I did not wait. I don't mind waiting but it should function in a way that someone looks at the tire and then estimates. He said he had 6 oil changes ahead of me. So that would be 2.5 hours if it was only him working. You get the service you pay for...I went to Kaufman Tire in Douglasville (where I've always gone for tires and brakes) and they pulled my car right around and repaired tire within 15 minutes.
