I went to purchase wiper blades for my vehicle. The assistant manager, Mike maybe, took two phone calls after looking up my blades. Helped those people, prices, advice and all...I asked for the sizes so I could pull my parts myself. I didn't even ask him to install my blades. It is lightly raining. I look up the blades on my phone went and pulled my own blades he got the rear blade for me then I got back to the register to check out and he left my parts there and went and helped a different guy pool with some codes off of his vehicle with emissions codes. He didn't even talk to me, tell me the total, or anything! So I left thebpurchase, easily $100 or so, on the counter and left. I will go to advance Auto parts. Customer service was really horrible. I was an easy customer. The easiest you can get. I was doing the work myself. I just needed to pay him. Very disappointed.

This store s staff is the best. They are all kind and efficient and I genuinely appreciate them. Honorable mentions to Mike, Zach, and Journey for helping things on our end run as smoothly as possible.

Went in for some parts for my beautiful beast of a car & was shocked at the wonderful service I was given. The 2 guys working that day was Chris & John. Absolutely the best customer skills I have ever seen from a parts house. The gentleman Chris, had no problem looking up & cross referencing part after part. He also was kind enough to explain the things I did not understand. Thank you guys so much for not treating me like most all other part stores do. I maybe female but I still love my V8 muscle car too. You guys rock!!!! I will be back!

They didn't have the part I needed but they ordered it and told me it would be in that same day. I ordered two but they only got one in. Overall everyone was friendly there was one person working that did not seem to enjoy their job. Otherwise it was fine.

Awesome. Guy even opened box n came outside n measured radiator n made sure same fittings. Proper like. I appreciate y'all bros at O'Reilly. My first choice auto parts store.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The associate that waiting on me and my daughter explained what was going on with the vehicle and even explained to me what the part that we needed done. I wish I had gotten his name because I really think he needs to be recognized for his hard work and knowledge.

This location always has good service, get you in & out and they keep most everything in stock already if it's not a special item. Both Mike's are cool and the blonde haired lady(forgot her name) as well....pretty much, the whole store has great people skills so thnx O'Reilly!

O'Reilly is one our goto places to get the thing we need for our automobiles. The staff is very helpful and they almost always have what we need. If they don't have it in-store they can order it. If you have a problem, they go out of their way to help fix it. UPDATE: Having a problem with an engine we bought there right now. Will update when/ if it gets resolved. Feels right now like we're getting the run around until our warranty runs out. Really hope I'm jumping the gun on this and it gets fix in the next few days.

This is by far the best auto parts store in the area because the employees are more knowledgeable and respectful than the other places in the area.

Always fast and friendly service! I always come here rather than the other parts store because of customer service. Cory checked my battery and replaced it in way under 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back and recommend everyone to come here.

The young guy he was great. I have been two AutoZone 3Advance Autos and none of them was as helpful as this one young man was .O'Rallys Auto parts definitely earned my business. I wish I would of got his name. He put a clamp on my straight pipe(Someone stole my Catalina Converter)the one I had on had fallen off meaning I had the wrong one on it. Thank God this young guy saved my night thank you again

I used to shop Auto parts stores who's name started with "A" frequently, but O'Reilly autoparts has consistently had better customer service at the effectively same price and have earned my respect. This store is no different. Helpful and pleasant even though I came in with an oil pressure emergency right before closing.

I went to the store looking for a tool to take off my license plate cover to put my tag on. I couldn t purchase just the one tool, I would have to purchase the set which I didn t have enough money. An employee named Thomas said I just put my tag on my car, I might still have the tool in my truck. He went to his truck and let me use the tool. I tried to give him a tip and he said no it s my pleasure. Best staff ever. I will make this store my new auto store. Thanks so much.

Have had nothing but good experiences shopping here. Im not fully knowledgeable on car parts and they never seem to mind helping me even of I don't know what the part is called. They have even walked out to my truck so I could point out the part to them.

They have had just about every part needed same day in stock. Good quality parts except one of the rotors which was not level and they fixed it right away by doing a lite turn of the rotor.

Awesome trip to this store. I normally shop the one in Carrollton but was in the Villa Rica area and as usual they didn t disappoint

I can't even give them "A" star but its required in order to make a post and review! Service was horrible, Parcell/Purcell was not knowledgable or helpful in the least and suggested I use 80 grit sandpaper to sand the rotors on a truck cause they couldn't turn the rotors for me. I won't go there again even if their parts are 85% off.

There are real good people working at O'Reilly's and that's what I do most of my shopping cuz that always ready to help you no matter what they put a light bulb in my van for me today that good people

Didnt have the rivets I needed but had something I made work. HappyEdit a few months later from 4 stars to 1 star-- called to see if they could turn rotors. Yeah sure bring them on in. Waited 3 hours after they took my name and number for a call back. I called. Machine broke.Im done with the O'Reilly's in Villa Rica.
