They guy who answers the phone is rude. They are extremely hard to work with and all around not the place to tow your car to. I m calling the better business bureau for sure.

As a former tow truck driver/operator I would never use or recommend this company. Apparently they do not train their drivers frome what I just seen. They was picking up a security truck f-150 the guy could not get it in neutral and drug it on the bed the just barely got the back tires on the bed. And drove off without securing the truck to the bed with straps or chains

My experience with Huey's was fantastic! They called to confirm my location and provided information on the serviceman's appearance to make sure I was safe. Ken showed up quickly and was very sweet! He got me into my car within 5 or 10 minutes upon arrival. I will gladly be using Huey's again!Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

When I called Huey's the dispatcher was super nice and very helpful I wish I could remember her name but anyway she was friendly she quoted me $30 cheaper than the first tow company I called so in my opinion they have fair prices. John towed my van to my house and even diagnosed the issue with my van that I had been trying to figure out all day and he even showed me a temporary fix he was super nice and professional. I would most definitely use this company again and would recommend them to my family and friends. Ask for John if possible thank you so much John!! & Thank you dispatcher for being so nice and helpful. Y'all are a awesome business.Service: Car towing

The drivers name was Johnnie and he was superb. Knowledgeable of his job, courtesy, polite, great hospitality. It was all about the customers well-being and safety and I thank him so much for that. Then he turned around and service my daughter. Again I said it s all about the customer safety that was the first on his agenda. Yes I will use Huey s Wrecker Service and I will also continue to refer the company to all those who are at need. Thank you so much Huey s Wrecker Service and a Special Thank You to Johnnie.

This was a Roadside service, scheduled through my insurance. Huey's told my provider that they were available and a 60 min ETA was provided. I called after 70 min. to check to see if they were lost. Dispatch said no and they took a priority call and would be there in 10 min. The online tracker said 16 min. After 16 min the tracker quit updating. I called my provider and Huey's told them 10 min. I waited another 10 minutes and called Huey's. They were on the square and they'd be there in 10 minutes. At this point, I asked Dispatcher, Kimberly if she realized that she can't say 10 minutes each time we call. I asked if she realized that according to the ETA on the Roadside tracker that the driver is still 26 minutes out. She said she used to live off my road and the driver isn't that far away. I let her know that her sarcasm wasn't helping this situation. She said my attitude wasn't helping my situation. Before I canceled the tow, I did school them that they should have updated me that they were going to be an hour late. We can all understand that occurrences come up but they deliberately lied to me and my provider to take the call away from other towing companies.

They should have come to tow my vehicle. The driver couldn t get my car in neutral. He didn t know to turn the push start ignition on to put car in gear. He just thought it would turn on from inserting fob. So my car was never towed. Instead of sending driver back they told me to call my insurance company to open new claim to tow because they cancelled the other. I m on the phone with my insurance company now and they NEVER cancelled the original . My insurance company made note and I will never use them again. They have a very nice customer service team, however.Service: Car towing

From one business to another, I tried to use them to not only tow a truck for our business, but to possibly store it too. They were suppose to get back to me and never did, leaving me with minimal options. When I did reach someone they actually apologized on behalf of their co-worker. Not cool guys, not cool.

Within 2 seconds of showing up the driver called me over to insist my vehicle was totaled and told me the scrap cost would barely cover my tow. I towed it to the yard anyway because he was gonna charge me $240 to take it home. It cost $375 to get my car out Huey s yard. They charge $300 for a wreck tow (even though there was no clean up and he drove my car onto the truck) and a $75 ADMIN FEE. I ve already got a quote to get my car driveable for $500. I was in an accident a couple of months ago and the wreck tow and 3 days storage was less than one tow here and my car was completely totaled and there was a mess on the road at the accident scene. He wanted my car and was trying to convince me it was trash and I shouldn t put another $1 in it so he could have it. He told me it was worth $500 before the accident which is totally not true. I paid $3000 and it was a great deal according to KBB. He pointed at a piece of plastic hanging down to prove it was totaled. The drivers are conniving and manipulative. The woman in the office was extremely unfriendly. The prices are insane. Run!Service: Car towing

We could not have asked for a better tow service. The woman answering the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to answer all my questions. (I had to leave my car and the company was going to pick it up).When my car arrived back at my home, the drivers were friendly, professional and looked professional. They even backed the tow truck (and my car) all the way up my driveway and parked my car close to the house. Great service. Would definitely use them again.

I got a tow yesterday and it was great! They sent someone right away, I've never had a car towed that fast!! Very happy with their service.

I didn t even get the guys name that came and helped us, but I locked the keys in my car by accident and just got off work to realize it. Called them and the guy got to my job pretty quick, was really nice and helpful and it only took him about 30 seconds to unlock the car. He accidentally ran over my cat food but we laughed about it, and he went above and beyond to make it up to us. Really appreciate this company

First let my explain that my insurance company was the one that said they couldn't help me and cancelled my service. So I called the first one on my list for a company to help me plug my tire. Which happened to be the people that my insurance was sending too me that they cancelled. The lady that answered was polite and helped me right away. I only waited 20 mins for arrival. The gentleman fixed my tire and was very helpful and nice. I recommend this company. I give them a five star

TERRIBLE! My insurance companys roadside assistance made me use these folks. I had to pay for 2 miles of service which was $7. The tow truck driver charges me $20. When I write the company I get no response. I had to go through BBB and they admitted that they over charged me and STILL will not refund me. Then the response was rude, these folks are SCAM ARTISTS and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Avoid this business!

7:47 PM - called insurance company for wrecker service. Was told to expect service in 90 mins. Received text message that Hueys would provide the service.8:27 PM - called Hueys to confirm they received the request and to make sure someone was on the way. Young girl answered phone and said driver was 20-40 mins away.9:27 PM - called to find out where driver was. Young girl states he had to "fuel up" but should arrive in 20 mins.9:44 PM - called insurance provider and told them that Huey's never showed; customer service agent put me on hold to call Huey's for status. Young girl told customer service rep that driver would arrive in 15 mins. Cancelled service and asked for a new wrecker. Customer service provider says, "Well Huey's said they would be there in 15 mins, so do you want to wait?" I gently reminded her that I had been on the phone with her for 16 mins and they STILL were not there. She requested a new wrecker.10:00 PM - Locked car and left.10:10 PM - Huey's driver called us saying that he's there to pick up the vehicle but there are no keys. (First time this entire 2+ hour wait that he calls. He didn't even apologize for his tardiness or call prior to this point to update us on when he would arrive).We politely explained that we cancelled the service. He was clearly frustrated and told us that we have to cancel the service through our insurance provider and he hasn't received a cancellation. We explained that we had already cancelled. He keeps going on about us needing to call insurance provider because he had not received a cancellation. We reiterated that we did what we were supposed to do to cancel and advised him to talk to the insurance company. He finally hung up.BOTTOM LINE - We have filed a formal complaint with our insurance provider and asked them to remove this wrecker service from their list of providers. Thank goodness we have a decent insurance company and they did everything to make this right.I love to support our local small businesses because I know that I will get friendly and reliable service; however this business dropped the ball! At the very least, they could have been honest and called us past the 90-minute mark to provide updates.

So I locked myself out of my car today and my insurance s roadside assistance program sent Huey s to perform the service. I was okay with this because I ve done business with them in the past without any issue. I was told that their eta would be 45 minutes but I actually waited more than an hour on these guys to show up. Eventually they CANCELLED MY SERVICE AFTER ALL THAT WAIT TIME!! Apparently they had other jobs outside the area. (ie. more $$$ to be made on those jobs) And check this out now the eta for my NEW SERVICE PROVIDER is 60 minutes. So thanks to you Hueys lack of consideration I know have had to wait over 2 HOURS for my service to come. So i m writing this review as a heads up if you re scheduled to get these guys through your insurance provider. Don t be surprised if this happens to you as well. SMH.

My Jeep broke down on my way to work. I called my emergency road service and they sent Huey's. Dispatch called to say my driver was on the way and he showed up a few mins before the scheduled arrival time. It was down pouring so my driver Brennan told me I could hop in the truck so I wouldn't get wet. My Jeep was loaded in less than 10 mins. He made great conversation on the drive (which made it less stressful and more relaxing). When we got to the dealership he unloaded my Jeep in less than 5 mins and dropped me off at the service door so I wouldn't get wet from the rain. Brennan is an excellent driver and is very patient. I would highly recommend him and Huey's to anyone looking for a tow.

DO NOT USE EVEN LAST PLACE ON EARTH!! Called HUEY s asked amount due to pick up vehicle, given price of $125 same amount posted on sign where we parked!!! Wasn t parked illegally. Needed to get cash out of bank! When we arrived to pick up vehicle, was given price of $150 plus ADMIN FEE $75!!! Where did that come from?? Smart mouth behind counter, pointed to sign told me that was the amount they charged, showed her sign posted at location vehicle parked. Told me she didn t care. Asked her about ADMIN fee $75 never mentioned or posted. Told me that it was her supervisor who told to charge. Asked her to call her supervisor, she refused to call anyone to discuss the matter. Told us to leave the property! Real professional, rude, could careless, no discussion, thought she was the ruler of the world and told me she was new!!! How does this make sense?? DO NOT USE HUEY S FOR PERSONAL OT CORPORATE!!Service: Car towing

He came all the way out here to unlock our running vehicle and then called and said he wasn t driving his car down our drive way because we had a puddle in our drive way and drove off on us very poor service if you asked me that s your job. So why come if your not willing to do your job all he had to do was get out and walk down our grass hill and unlock car but instead left bad serviceService: Car lockouts

I am from Panama City Florida. Our motorcycle was stolen on July 1st. On August 4th I spoke with the detective on our case and he said the motorcycle had been found, wrecked, but found. He then gave the the number to this wrecker service whom had it. The woman who answered the phone was only rude. She was going to charge us $590 to get it back. She did end up bringing it down to $340. We came all the way from FL to get the bike. They were extremely rude when we got here so we decided not to get the bike (also due to the shape it was in) Also because we told them we didn't have the money to get it. Then a guy with tattoos began yelling obscenities towards my boyfriend as he was leaving. Called my boyfriend a fagot and all kinds of other lovely names. This is one wrecker service I'm glad I don't have to deal with. I've never dealt with anything like this in my life.

I had waved down a tow guy and got his information and he quoted me on the price being 78. He couldnt do it right than because he had another assignment at the time. I called to schedule one and the lady that answered was so rude. she wasnt getting accurate information, was yelling at another lady while on the phone with me. The office manager was just as rude and than said that the tow guys dont make the prices, wouldnt help, and than hung up on me.

I had a great experience with hueys after two failed attempts from another provider. I was called when the driver was en route and she was able to provide a jump service to my vehicle very quickly.

I waited over an hour & a half when I was told they would come within 40 mins. I called back and was told they had parked by my vehicle and I was not there. I was standing at my vehicle with my 3 week old child the whole hour and a half! They lied & should not be trusted! They never even came into the parking lot! Call 3 Kings Towing in Rockmart instead, they are much better!

Great service. We didn't wait long for the driver to show up. We wasn't to far from home. It took about 45 minutes from a call to them to drop off to our mechanic.

Been meaning to post about this for awhile but been forgettingAnyway so my ram had a break problem a few weeks ago and it was a Sunday definitely not a day you'd want to have a truck break down now I called three wrecker services couldn't find anyone who was open except for one I've forgot the name they wanted money up front wasn't doing that so I'm mechanically inclined and I decided to walk to auto zone so me and my dog which is with me walk all the way to autoszone on villa Rica which is about 2 miles from where I broke down ran into one of Huey's drivers when I got there well apparently it was his day off but nevertheless he took me to this house on his Grandkids birthdayfound out he couldn't tow l me because my truck's a little too big for that but he helped me fix my truck on the side of the road and didn't charge me anything definitely one of those old school Southern experiences you don't get anymore love this company would recommendForgot the guys name older dude started with a j I thinkService: Car towing

Unfortunately my car has broken down twice in the past three weeks. Fortunately I have roadside service that uses Huey's Wrecker Service. They have done a great job on both occasions!

1-7-18We got stranded on the side of the road when our truck died at the intersection of 278 and 113 in Rockmart. We were recommended by our good friends 4N to call Huey s so we did. The lady named Kimberly and the driver that worked that night need to be fired immediately! First off, they didn t even know where 113 was and there s only one place where 278 (Nathan dean pkwy) and 113 cross and that s where we are sitting! The driver DID NOT want to even attempt to come get us because apparently getting off his lazy ass was too much in the 36 degree weather!!! So we called our friends at 4N and they recommended us Liberty Tow this time and they came to get us! We will never attempt to do business at Huey s again and we WILL make sure 4N knows about this situation since they use Huey s all the time!
