Had to replace alternator in parking lot on a road trip. Great folks. Offered tool program to loan if i needed it. Gnats are ungodly thick in the area here. Crazy thick

Open until 7pm. Pulled up at 6:55 and employee looked right at me and locked the door even though there were still people checking out inside.

This place is lame, mainly because O'Reilly's has terrible policies when it comes to returns.I sure won't go to any O'Reilly's again for anything !!

The guys (and girls) at O'Reilly are so friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. They installed a battery for my 70 year old mom and were very fast and knowledgeable about everything they did. I love this store. I always go to the one in Vienna they have the best team to me!

Horrible store .go to the one in the next town. The lady behind the counter playing on her phone when I walked in had a horrible attitude and seemed to be bothered that someone was actually in the store with the looks she was giving. I decided to walk to another station where it seemed like an employee was trying to hide. I placed some items at the station he was at and he decides to walk off and say something very muffled. He decided to stop hiding and moved to another station. I recommend staying away for this location and buy parts at the other two places in that town or head south to the next store.

Staff here is great. Most of the time it's my husband that goes in, but when he needs me to they treat me just the same. They answer all of our questions to the best of their ability. A lot of times they have to order specific parts for my husband, and if they can't they are honest about it. They don't beat around the bush trying to make a quick buck.

WONDERFUL SERVICE!!Just had to stop for an 'emergency'-windshield wiper flew off while we were driving. In rain. Pulled in here and the 2 gentlemen working helped us out quickly and were incredibly friendly. Appreciated beyond words! Had us back on the road again in a matter of minutes!

Wendell and Christie were a giant help getting us back on the road this holiday season. Our car battery died driving down I-75. They checked our battery, helped us find a new one, and installed it for us. Without a question, they had the best customer service. Thank you!!!!

This O reilly parts store is awesome! I am a commercial customer from Michigan. My family and I were traveling from Florida on our way home. I pulled into the local Pilot gas station to fuel up for the long drive ahead. Upon getting back into the truck I quickly realized that I was in trouble. My battery had died and would not longer take a charge. I called Ford road side assistance assuming they would send somebody out to jump start the truck or replace the battery, but they were unable to locate a company to help. Thankfully this O reilly location was right around the corner from where I was at. Christine was my hero of the day! She got my commercial account loaded into the system and delivered the battery out to my location so I could replace it. Thank you for such awesome service!

Wish i could give a zero star. I will never shop at any Orielly store again especially this store. Tell me why this sorry store would not let a two year old use their bathroom. She had to pee in the parking lot. I will be calling corp office and posting to tell everyone about sorry this business.

Truck ran hot on our way to Macon. O'Reilly in Vienna was the closest. We went there and Windel Nichols was a big help. You will not find better service. He helped us find everything we needed and prined out a diagram. He went way above and beyond.

On September 14, 2021 I had put bad gas in my car, just down the street from O Reilly's. Not knowing they were located just up the street at the time. Pulled up there, Robbie, Tonya, and Courtney, were working that day, went beyond the call of duty to get me straight and back on the road again, to make it to my destination. 5 STAR SERVICE. THEY DESERVE PROMOTIONS. Thank you guys so much!!!
