I didn t get my current vehicle from this dealership but they are local for my Jeep needs and I have discovered their service department is awesome! Thank you Dana and Alston for making sure I was taken care of today and for the same day turn around (3hours if that) wasn t expected or even asked for but so appreciated since I travel for work! Robert held my keys until I could get there and was very nice as well!! Good folks!

If you want the best deals around, you gonna need to stop in and see the sales team at Woody Folsom CDJR in Vidalia! Steve and his team will work hard to take care of you not just during the sale but beyond! The service team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Grant, Alston, Kenneth and the A1 mechanics will take good care of your automobile and you! They are thorough and very prompt! The office staff are very friendly and hospitable. You feel like you re family when you are there! I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 new, the first Dodge I ve owned, and I m hooked and to top that off to know I m being taken care of by the best!

Robert Bourdeau and Sean Beasley helped us with the purchase of our vehicle; they were professional, nice, and eager to answer any and all questions. Darby has been very responsive and helpful throughout, by setting my appt before and then conveying information and services after the sale. All of the other staff we met were just as kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Sean was the friendliest sales person I've talked to in years. He answered all my questions and put me on the truck I've been looking for. I recommend reaching out to Sean if your looking for a new ram. They took my trade ins and took care of all the numbers over the phone. It's nice to find a dealership that's willing to work with you over the phone when most of them want to push you away until you see them in person.

I had a oil change and tire rotation and drove off feeling like the bottom was going to fall out....luckily I got back safely...lug nuts were not tightened. This is serious issue. I suggested a credit of $20 would be a goodwill gesture since I'm out of state and had intended to use them when in town...I just got a smile. Luckily the tires didn't fall off when traveling 55 miles per because my heirs would own a chrysler dealership. Shame on you!!!

Taking my truck here was the worst financial decision of my life. Took it in for a minor oil leak, transmission service, and faulty coolant sensor with no check engine light on. Recieved it 2 months later with a check engine light, and was told by Matthew Lowery that it was just the coolant sensor and safe to drive. 8 miles down the road, it dropped a valve and destroyed the engine. I ran the codes, and there was no coolant sensor code. 2 turbo codes, 1 transmission code, and 1 computer code. When they took it back in, they never checked the codes, just tore the motor apart and told me I needed a new one. They never fixed the low line pressure in my transmission or provided me with any paperwork to say they'd even done a diagnostic, even though I asked them about the codes and transmission multiple times. The service manager was exceptionally rude, and then wouldn't let anyone who worked there discuss my truck with me except him. I was lied to multiple times throughout the process and have towed my truck to a competent shop to have it fixed. Absolutely would not recommend for any type of service.

Con: We came to test drive a vehicle that we spoke to a salesman about at 7pm at night. The next morning, at 10:30 when we arrived, we were told that the car JUST sold and had left the lot.We found it very suspicious that the car sold THAT quickly and assumed it was a "lure".Pros: After having driven over an hour, we decided we might as well listen to what else the sales associate had to offer. His name was Lance and he was great! Very personable guy and comfortable to be around. He did make us a great offer on a brand new car that we almost couldn't refuse. The only reason we changed our mind and went somewhere else and got a used car, was the fact that our bank didn't give us the interest rate we expected and the payment would've been a bit too steep. The sales manager Henry was also very nice and came to speak to us briefly.Even though we ended up buying elsewhere, I recommend this dealership, due to the fact that Lance was awesome, and so was the deal he offered!

9/6/20, I m adding to the review, got a generic reply from the dealership below, they asked me call them, why? That s what they were supposed to do, why should it be necessary for me to initiate another call trying to resolve what was their responsibility in the first place? Oh, and there was another failed sensor, the Ford dealer we took it to confirmed that it was bad, makes me even more skeptical now, no wonder car dealers score low on the integrity scale. My wife and I recently bought a 2002 Ford Thunderbird from the dealership. I worked with Tyrone and the GM. We live in North Georgia but saw the car online. After they did a video walk through we decided to let them deliver the car with the understanding we were not obliged to purchase. The car had 38,500 miles approximately and was in good condition cosmetically considering its 18 years old. We did a test drive and found that the ABS and traction control lights would not turn off. We discussed the situation and decided to have a local dealer test it. The code indicated a wheel sensor and it would cost around 350 to fix. There were no other codes present. The GM discounted the cost of the repair and an extra 50 and we decided buy it. Later that evening we found that the illumination for the speedometer and tach were out, I figured maybe a bulb? Well it turns out on these cars there is no such thing and lighting is controlled by a module that also controls other functions such as power steering, windows etc. not a simple fix and the part is no longer made. I immediately communicated this to Tyrone and he said he d get back to me Saturday. Well never heard back and texted that evening, was told it was a busy day and that we would hear Monday. On Sunday we took the hardtop off and during the process I was looking for the cover for the soft top, that s missing too, but also found a device attached to the battery, turns out it s a GPS tracking device that is attached to a service they included from a company called Kahu, I went back through my wife s paperwork and sure enough it was tucked into it, we didn t realize what it was, it was only after researching I found out. I disconnected it from the vehicle and added that discovery to Tyrone via text that I didn t want anything to do with this service and to get back to me on the lighting issue.Well it s Thursday and we never heard back, I didn t expect huge things since we had signed the paperwork, but the lighting issue couldn t be detected during the day so there was no way to know until it was dark. The tracking thing was just creepy, I don t want some unknown company detailing her movements, the phones are enough as it is. A return call to us though would have been appropriate and certainly a good business decision. Not doing so made the process feel cheap and like they were hiding something, now we have reservations even though we tried to do our diligence before purchasing. Expecting good communication here after the fact ended up terribly disappointing and personally I d never do business here again.

Once they get yours business they don t care about you. Took it to service it for sensors I ve 1,000$ and didn t mention 150$ diagnostic fee. Also gave me a used vehicle without inspecting it or detailing it still had McDonald s receipts from previous owner. Joke of a business will never ever do business with them again

Do not trust anyone here. They lie and will sell you a lemon. Then lie to you and say their was nothing as far as returning it. I bought a car had it 5 days started having problems with the transmission. I told the manager that I dealt with I don't won't it any more and he said that if I returned it it would be a repo on my credit. But he promised that he would make sure it would be fixed to 100 %. Now it is about 5 weeks in it has been in the shop three times. Picked it up they said their is nothing wrong with it. Here it is three days later and some probably. I called them and he said that he don't know if there is anything they can do about it.

This is a wonderful place to find what you want and service is amazing personal are very friendly and helpful. I looked several other places to find out what I wanted for the right price and after traveling all around the low country Woody Folsom was where I wanted to get my vehicle. I told my husband I had been looking (he's over the road driver). I told him Vidilia Dodge Woody's place was the best. Now I have my Dodge Journey thank you Woody

Drop my car off for AC to be fix. Got the car back whining nose was being made after they fixed my ac. Matthew who works in services. wrote a false report on my power steering pump stating customer said he had a issue with power steering which I brought the car back immediately after hearing the noise. I would not drop my car off, if you have any issues with your dodge or any vehicle for that matter. They will not own up & fix it. I m a service member for my country & they did not handle the issue accordingly.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I had talked to the dealership prior to coming that I had interest in an explorer. I had told them I was coming Saturday and they said the car would be ready. Friday they had texted me that there was a problem with the seat and they were going to fix it. I asked them if I could still come look at it and drive it tomorrow(Saturday). They said yes their open until 6. I drove an hour and 20 min to go look at the car for them not to be able to access the key. I was VERY disappointed that they didn t have it as I had told them I was coming. On top of not being able to drive it they were more worried what I owed on my trade in than how much they could give me for it. Overall terrible experience. Definitely recommend somewhere else.

Our experience was the worst I have EVER had at a dealership. One star is really too generous. My husband and I took my son in looking for a vehicle. We told the salesperson exactly how much we were looking to spend. We test drove a vehicle already over what we wanted but were okay with it. We liked the vehicle. We had already been approved for a vehicle higher than that one earlier. The salesperson came back saying the finance manager had us a much better deal. They had my son test drive a vehicle $14,500 OVER what we wanted. The salesperson told him that vehicle would end up with lower payments than the other one. When the finance manager, Michael Gray, came in he was rude and condescending to us. He told us he could lower our payments without the trade-in. We told him that we had to trade our vehicle in. He then said well I would suggest putting a helmet on and driving it in the pond then come back. Ummmmm.....isn t that illegal? My family will NEVER do business with any Woody Folsom business. And I will also tell everyone I know not to.

This is the 2nd time that I've had an issue here & I won't bring my business back. They "blew smoke up ......." & kept telling us when my car would be ready. They finally got the parts & when they go to put it on, they notice it's not painted (why not look when you get it?) Wanted to charge $125 & 2 extra days to paint door hinges. No thank you. Then we are told it would be ready Friday, but Saturday at the latest.. nope, no call. We got the call Tuesday, after 10 days (not counting Sundays). I think the biggest thing was after dishing out almost a grand, the guy had the nerve to huff at us making him come clean his greasy handprints from my car door. I wanted to believe they hand changed because of "new management", but no.

This dealership has cars in their used car selections that should have been sent to the auction and not offered to clients. I drove 2 hours for a Jeep that looked good in marketing pictures but turned out to be a real lemon in person. Scratched up, soft top missing parts undercarriage covered in a thick layer of crusted up mud. I test drove the Jeep and it was all over the road. I felt unsafe. Don't trust pictures.

I am ECSTATIC!!!! I made a telephone contact about 2 weeks prior to my visit today and had the distinct pleasure of encountering David Freeman. On that day I spoke to this gentleman making sure he understood I was in the market for a vehicle but I had a "laundry list" of issues. He listened, then gave me his contact information and told me to call when I was ready.Today I walked in without an appointment and just by chance. I asked for David and he was at my service IMMEDIATELY! Crazy thing about it was he really did listen to me that day 2 weeks ago as a rambled on about what I wanted, did not want, what I needed ,& what I definently could not afford. To make a long story short I walked out of the dealership today the owner of a brand new car! First new car I've ever had! He wheeled & dealed & crunched numbers until he worked out an amazing deal for me & my 3 teenage sons & grandson ..... who by the way he entertained the whole time we were there. The team at this location are an awesome bunch. They operate like their a family. Chris wrapped things up by explaining in detail about any/all documents that I signed. My overall experience was wonderful. Check them out I'm sure you will be equally satisfied.

My experience was a bit unsual because of my situation. I was coming from out of state to see a car. There was some miscommunication from the sales person about a vehicle. After much debate and soul searching I decided not to purchase the vehicle. The rest of the sales staff went above and beyond to regain my trust. It was a difficult decision. The general manager and other out of their way to make it happen. I can't remember names but they were very gracious and kind. That's a sign of a good store.

Didn't act like they cared about selling cars. I asked about a specific truck they had online and was told it would be brought over from their other location, for me to test-drive. That was 12 weeks ago....no word as of yet. I wound up buying local from a different dealer and am very happy with my decision. If you can "fog up a mirror"... Better off buying somewhere else

I am very unpleased with the service dept ! Have had my truck for over a month keep telling me all it needs is a battery I put brand new battery in & in 2 days it's dead again. So they keep it for 3 more weeks & can't find nothing wrong but again needs a battery so I go trade that battery put it in & still nothing so now after all that they say a 175 amp fuse is blown. So I guess it will be another couple weeks before I find out something else..
