Horrible staff they claim my weekly payment was late because October 31st was Tuesday and November 1st was Wednesday me a whole week of payment and unprofessionally came and repossessed my car running over another individual's foot just to hurry up and follow.

We recently purchased our second car from you Friday. The staff was so helpful each time. We came in looking for one thing but I guess your salesman read my son s mind. We ended up with the vehicle he had always wanted since he was small. While we were trying to decide, your staff was in the background working hard to get our payments and interest rate lowered. We definitely left happy and satisfied with our service. Our salesman Jamie did not provide any pressure to buy. He kept telling us to make the right decision for us. Thank you soooo much for the great customer service. We will definitely use you in the future. The only thing I was sad about was not getting a t-shirt to advertise for you.

Very unprofessional lairs ! Very rude and non understanding! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE they act as if they are financing your car through a bank but thats a lie ! They are privately owned! They did a repossession for unfair reasons ! Car notes wasn t even due until September the 18th unless you like wasting money I wouldn t even ride past the car lot !!! THEY ARE CROOKS !

The guys were very upfront and blunt with me when I asked questions and didn't mind assisting. Very knowledgeable and forthcoming. No pressure either. Said what I could do and they got me as close to what I said.

My roommate bought a car from here and had problem after problems with her car! Well after spending hundreds of dollars trying to get it fixed the transmission went out! Well she called and talked to someone and they said she would have to get it towed back to them and then she can trade in that car on something else! Well yesterday she finally got it up to them and they lied they never planned to give her another car! I would not recommend this place! And another thing every time she would call them they were so rude to her! Very bad business! I was going to go buy a car there this weekend but after this NOWAY I'll go somewhere else!

My family goes back 3 generations in this area. I have only lived here a short time since property was left to me. I needed a truck to haul garbage to the dump as no pick up service in the country! I found a 2010 Dodge online and it happened to be @ Sellem All Motors ( apparently owned by P. Thigpen). The price wasn't too bad. The hood wouldn't open because of a broken latch, but they promised to fix that. Other minor issues, but mileage as expected with years and ran okay....enough for hauling garbage! The salesperson, Oscar, was outstanding so I don't understand why he is not working at a better dealership! The place is old, dirty, run down and certainly not easy to enter. Why they have a reception desk is beyond me because there is no such personnel! I cut to the chase...they never cleaned the truck! I was told by the manager that they " bought from an old lady whose husband died". Well, That "old lady's insurance card and all her info was in the glove compartment along with a used blue face mask!!!! All compartments were dirty. Under their paper floor mats was filth and dry dirt! I was stunned! When I told the manager when I took the truck back to get the hood latch fixed ( still not properly fixed per the guy that fixed it) the manager said NOTHING. Not I'm sorry! Not one word! So watch out! You might catch something driving a vehicle there. I looked every book and cranny of that truck. BTW, I know the " old lady" lives in Statesboro. Her farm is up for auction. I know her whole family and address and insurance company. Scary. She's lucky I'm a Christian and honest person!

In all honesty if I could give this place no star I would. I didn t deal with them on the car buying end. My issues were more with the application process to rent an apartment from them. The lady was totally unprofessional and a liar. She constantly told me she would return my calls and never did. She misplaced my application. They forgot to process my application after she said it was incomplete upon calling to check on it. This is the same lady who didn t show after an hour of waiting on her to view the listing. Then Thursday when I called up there she said she would be giving me a call with a decision that same day and she never did.Friday(today) upon calling she told me it would be a while cause it took a minute to get my address and just excuses excuses. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I ve never had to beg so hard for someone to accept my business.. I wouldn t recommend anyone doing business with them at all.

Bad experience. Customer service sucks. Maintenance tells me we are not spending another dime to fix anything else on your car. Really. Then another lady telling me if your not here before 200 pm were cutting your car off. Really. I'm only 4 days late. Rude. Not again. I can say the only great thing about there is Mrs. Connie she do try to work or make accommodations for ya.

They prey on people. They just want the sell. I lost a good truck that was almost payed off cause I was conned into trading. Then the cherry on top tried to trade the vehicle back to them for a cheaper payment. Nope

They are not honest people they will tell you one thing and do another. My brother just got a car from there it s not even 2 weeks and they said they will work with him on a pickup payment and let him put 500 down and told him he can do 2 pickup payments of 250 after the 500 down and when he brought the 250 they said they refuse to take it and he have to have the whole 500 of they re picking it up. So basically they trying to get 500 out of him in one whole month.

Very helpful,friendly,they will work with you on ur down payment,just to get u driving! They will help u as much as they can! They will help u get the best deals! So far my car I'm buying from here is AMAZING!!!! Thank y'all for helping me with everything!

Crooked dealership! Will sell you a car and steal it back from you! If zero stars were an option, it's what they would deserve. If your going to buy a car from here, you better just set your money on fire.

Worst experience ever don't recommend purchasing with this company filing lawsuit against dealership and for all customers who do decide to purchase here make sure you take your payments in to the office do not mail anything they will not apply your payment. Also make sure you keep all receipts given to you by this company.

Don t get a car fro these people! They hold your money orders just so they can get that $200 to repossess your vehicle. Happened to me then called me the day after to say they had a money order they BEEN had! Should ve kept my money from the jump!

I contacted dealership inquiring about a vehicle. I am a mail carrier so I wanted something dependable and something that didn t have a console in middle. I didn t want to spend $1800 on conversion to RHD. CHEVY salesman at PAUL THIGPEN told me he would go to SellEmAllMotors and get pictures and info. He contacted me right back. I set up a time and date to come in to test drive. Explained to CHEVY SALESMAN why I wanted the vehicle. I also drive 1hr45min to get to work. Not only do I need something dependable but SAFE. I test drive for a couple of days and I fall in love. CHEVY salesman and I contacted each other everyday sometimes 2 times about this car. On my way home from work(in HONDA) I received a phone call from SellEmAllMotors. I introduced myself and so did the FINANCE MANAGER(STEVE) Steve explains to me that he needs the car back on his lot that night(THIS IS AT 5:45PM) I explained to him that I m stuck in traffic & 2hr away. I also stated that I already have full coverage insurance on vehicle and me and CHEVY salesman have set up a time for me to come and sign paperwork. Let s just say STEVE wasn t thrilled. He told me he had important people there auditing vehicles. I finally asked if I come to lot tonight can we make a deal and I leave with the car. His response.. NO. I called CHEVY salesman and told him everything. Few min later. CHEVY manager, CHEVY salesman set it up where they got the vehicle from SellEmAllMotors lot and was going to let me finish the deal with the people who have helped me the most. I set up for me to come in next night and finish paperwork. 3AM Someone is knocking on my door. I live out in country. Nobody is out here. My husband goes to door(with weapon) and it s a woman. He ask her is everything ok? She stated her name from SellEmAllMotors and she was here to get HONDA. I jumped out of bed so fast. LIKE WTF IS GOING ON!? I came outside and told her me and CHEVY salesman have this handled. She called STEVE to verify and he said TAKE IT. My husband and I both work very hard. We have what most people have in their 40s.(23 YRS. & 24 YRS.) The woman kept telling me how sorry she was as I m taking all of my personal items and work forms out of my damn car. I contacted CHEVY salesman to let him know what happened. HE WAS UNAWARE. That wasn t supposed to happen. That s something STEVE done on his own. I have good credit, good job, good money. A place like SellEmAllMotors doesn t want my business because they aren t going to make any $$. Audit people come to a lot and want to make FACE TO FACE contact with a 07 HONDA CRV. Whatever. I knew he was telling me a lie. During the day, I received a call from CHEVY salesman inviting me to come to CHEVY store and do business.**** SellEmAllMotors & PAUL THIGPENCHEVY is own by the same person. ****LETS PLAY FOR THE SAME TEAM STEVE! To be a part of a business that requires you to have a positive attitude, your terrible at your job. I did come home with the car at the end. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS BUT I CANNOT POST MY REVIEW WITHOUT ONE . I would NOT recommend these people to anyone . The way i was treated is absolutely unacceptable . I spent my hard earned money on a 2009 Malibu (a lemon) and it broke within the first week . I drove a "loaner" for about a week in a half and then got my car back . It broke down AGAIN within 3 days . They brought me another "loaner" and its also a LEMON . It cuts off in the middle of traffic . DONT NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE . THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO SATISFY ME NOR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP .

Unless you get lucky, you re willing to set your money on fire, and getting insurance on it ain t easy since you re paying a lot on it, it ain t worth the hassle, PLUS these people contacting almost every 2 1/2 weeks to the insurance company to my family friend, and they re finding it kinda dumb they HAVE to.(I know the person who they pay insurance to VERY well, and he s said that the time I ve been there paying my monthly insurance(I ve been there for 4 years almost) the past 3 months, just calls confirming that my family member still has insurance) Honestly, lay off a bit and I don t even want to come here.

Rip offs i purchased a car years ago they pretended like they didn't receive my money order and repo my car and told me I could bring in a remainder balance in owed when I got there it was something different they are huge liars and I didn't get my car back and to see they are still doing this to ppl is a shame

I love my car So much. I finally have an attractive 3rd row seat luxury suv. I feel so much safer in this car than any other vehicle I've ever owned

They don't even deserve a star absolutely worse car lot anywhere they turned my vehicle off multiple times bc they thought I had no insurance which I did and on top of it all the transmission was going out no head lights oil leaking they fix it long enough for U to buy it and barely any tires left no gas and not very understanding.... Never will I buy another here
