I walked in Paul Thigpen s dealership in September just to look and check to see if I could find a dependable vehicle because the one I had was on its last leg. The customer service was A1 top notch from the moment I stepped on the lot. I looked at several cars and selected a 2020 Chevy Trax that only had 21,000 miles on it. I was approved and drove off the lot with low miles and reasonable payments. Mr. Barnes was amazing he made sure everything I needed was provided. I will definitely go back to get another vehicle as well as send my friends to receive that same amazing service and to get the car of their dreams. Thanks Mr. Bootsy and the Thigpen team for all of your help!!!

I Didn't quite walk out with my Dream Ride (I have some more work to do)but The customer service experience from top to bottome was top notch and worth it alone. They worked hard and did everything possible to make me feel welcome and to work with me on getting the car I wanted. The two chill bald guys were super cool and Michelle is absolutely fantastic, relatable and very down to Earth. If you need a new ride go See Michelle Asap! You're in excellent hands. I will be back

Well that s a big No!! Unless you go and have the vehicle COMPLETELY checked for cracks, brakes, damage, ect in every button, mirror or light- they will say it s your responsibility. Great customer service- after I bought a 40,000$ vehicle with them!

I would like to say that the customer service I received was exceptional to say the least. I walked in not knowing what to except because I have had bad experiences dealing with car dealerships. The GM Bootsy was available to answer all my questions and ensured me, if I trusted them and followed 3 steps. I could have the car I wanted. Thank you for your honesty! I was in your place of business on Friday JAN 5 for a tire that was losing air. Martell, service and a former student, thought he had it fixed. On Sunday the problem appeared again. I was putting air in tire at a convenience store in Vidalia. Martrell saw me and stopped. He asked if it was the same problem. He asked how much the air cost. I told him 2 dollars. He gave me the 2 dollars back and told me to come Monday morning early. I was home at 9 o'clock and tire is patched and doing well. I wish there were more people like him. He is a nice young man. I will never forget his kindness to me. Just wanted you to know he is a super guy.

I have been attempting to purchase a Ford Lightning from the dealership. Sales person was responding frequently however his texts were often call me and could come across as demanding.The manager pulled together a deal sheet and this is where things got extremely frustrating and unpleasant.The trade in value would fluctuate on each deal, also the price of the truck would vary and was 5-10k MORE than the advertised price online.They would not disclose the interest rate on their deal sheet. When I ask questions for clarification they disappeared and won t return questions.There are LOTS of ford dealerships around, I am buying a truck, but unless this dealership atones for very deceptive and unprofessional sales behavior, it looks like I will be buying it from somewhere else.Being honest isn t difficult, especially on a large transaction like buying a car.

Received a flyer in the mail. The scratch off number said that we had won $500.Came down to collect our prize and lo and behold all we got was a certificate for a vacation that would cost us more money than what it was worth.(have to pay a processing fee of $15, postage and handling. Then you must pay a $50 deposit. Which in turn you will only get $40 of it back. $10 is for a reservation fee. Then you have to pay room taxes and surcharges. Some destinations will be subject to seasonal surcharges. And at the bottom it says that this ticket has NO CASH VALUE, is void if discontinued or where prohibited by law. The terms of this certificate are subject to change without notice. SO THIS IS ONLY WORTH WHAT WAS PAID TO PRINT IT.TALK ABOUT FRAUD!!��!!�� THAT'S ALL IT IS A SCAM. As they used to tell me when I was growing up, Lier, Lier pants on fire.Then they kept on trying to get us into another vehicle with higher payments than what we are already paying. With a ton of promises.The test drive was worthless. Never made it over 30-35 MPH. They did want us to go on the main road where you go faster and listen to the engine & transmission.NOW SEVERAL WEEKS LATER.We have received notices from various lenders. (TOO many, messed with our credit rating.)Most stating that the dealership was charging more money than the vehicle was worth. It had tooo many miles for its age.

Ryan Colman was awesome..!We just traded for a brand new 2021 Expedition Max. After searching online for exactly what we needed we found it at Thigpen. I called and spoke with our salesman Ryan. We drove an hour to get there at 6.30. He had everything ready for us. Truck was washed, gassed, and ready to go when we pulled up. Ryan and his team did an amazing job and even came and got it the next day, since it was dark when we left, to do a deep clean and brought it back to us. Top notch salesman! Finance department made it happen too. Thank you guys.!

I purchased a used F150 from Jack at Thigpen Ford and am very pleased. Jack has a strong mechanical background and inspected the truck in detail so he was able to answer any questions I had and I felt confident that it was a good reliable truck. He was on time and well prepared for my appointment and also did a good job explaining the paperwork since it was my first time buying from a dealership.The truck runs and drives great and I couldn t be happier with my purchase.

Had my 2016 Ford F350 serviced at Paul Thigpen Ford Vidalia and a few days later found that my lower fuel filter housing was leaking fuel. It was not leaking when I took it in for service so it was damaged by their service department. I took it in to have it fixed and was told that it would cost me $523 to have it repaired even though their service department damaged it. I ve been a forty year ford owner and have always trusted ford to service my vehicles but I will never have Paul Thigpen Ford service any of my vehicles again.

UPDATE:ITs been almost a year and still the car is not fixed. Not only that but the dealership now don't answer on messages, emails or calls.People, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.UPDATE 1/18/2024Still NO answer from Mr Barnes or Mr Thigpen.Horrible Customer service, Horrible dealership. I'm taking the legal path.-----I wish I could give a 5 Star but I cant. I tried to be nice and polite but it s been over 2 months I bought my 2017 Explorer from them with the promise they ll replace the drivers door and all the seals in the car.Couple of weeks ago after a strong rain the car got wet inside and I went back to complain and the said that the seals are ordered. Still it s been almost 2 weeks and no answer.Also they promised they ll clean the interior which they didn t so I had to take it in a car wash and pay extra.Now I m left with a car with broken door and faulty seals.Btw I called in another ford dealership and the back ordered door and seals are in stock .I don t understand why all this tricks and lies.

I worked here for a while I was promised hourly pay, and had no complaints . Until they changed me to flat rate without even telling me, then for the work I did do they didn t pay me for it. I am so disappointed at the moment im still waiting for my last check that still has not been deposited and when I call them and ask about it they give me the runaround to try and get out of depositing my last check. Me personally would not take any vehicle I own to get serviced there, half of the mechanics there aren t even certified to work on the vehicles, they won t send they re employees to get certified either, this is an absolutely horrible company to work for.

This is my second used vehicle from Vidalia Ford. The first one was bought just over 4 years ago, not one problem with the first car. Both cars came with their original power train warranty. It's been 10 days since my purchase. I've taken the car back for them to look at. I was told it had to be approved. I've called several times since and I'm still waiting for my struts and engine mount to be fixed! The detailing shop left toys, clothes and egg shells in my car also. only gave 1 star because it made me. I was going for 0!

Definitely the best experience that my wife & I have had while buying a vehicle. They have the best customer service. After we left we went out to eat and locked ourselves out of the car. They called the previous owner to get the code of the car and it was after they have closed (to the previous owner thank you too). They go over and beyond to make sure you are in & out. Great overall experience highly recommend.Britney & Ashley are awesome made the experience very enjoyable.
