They got me in quick, fixed what needed to repaired and got me back on the road. Everyone there was friendly, great customer service and everything being done was explained to someone who doesn't know much about mechanical stuff. Hopefully I won't have to go back soon but if I do need repairs again, I will definitely be going to Mr. Eddie Hortons repair shop. I will also recommend to anyone in need of their services. It's a good feeling getting your car back up and going, especially in such a timely manner. 5 stars service, quality and price wise.

I m a local delivery driver and needed tires that I had purchased and needed put on. After a bad experience with Roy s tire I called panicked hoping to get someone to put them on and they told me I could come on and they would take care of me! Very professional and friendly!! I ve never had a bad experience with this place, and I ve dealt with them on numerous occasions. When I was in a wreck, when I had minor work done to my previous car, and when my water pump left me stranded, Horton s was always to the rescue. Family owned and operated, this business cares about communication and honest work. Payment plans for the working man (and woman) who aren t able pay all at once. Friendly faces and compassion. 5 stars in my book.

Very dissatisfied! Horton's Auto owned by Eddie Horton and others has had my property (2000 Chevy Surburban) almost a full year and the problem is still not fixed. He was paid over half the money up front and a promise to pay the remainder when my vehicle was in proper working order. He refused to release my property to me and called the law, so now I have to file small claims with magistrate. I've had to spend thousands of dollars for loss of use of my vehicle, renting and borrowing transportation to move around. I thought the Horton family was honest, but I was sorely disappointed. I would never recommend this business to anyone!Update: 3 years have transpired. Transmission has not been fixed and Horton's Auto is still holding my truck with a lien saying I owe.

Love this place! It s a real mom and pop shop! The owners will work with anyone, especially on payment for those who need it! Having to get your car fixed is never a fun thing to have to do, but the Horton s made my experience so pleasant! Can t find better deals!

Polite. Courteous. Appointments kept and fast service. Mr. Eddie horton is a man of his word and stands to do business as a true business man. Also one of the very best at building motors for the ones that like it fast and love to race.
