Ended up here after another car rear ended me. It was nothing too bad. However once my car was repaired the Fascia Applique (on the same bumper that was repaired ) ended up falling off somewhere on the road at some point, so I took my car back in because it was under warranty for 1 year after repairs for any broken or missing pieces as stated in the paperwork. I brought it in for them to take a look and was told they could not do anything about it unless I were to pay $298 because the entire rear bumper part would have to be replaced. Which is crazy. I found the part I needed on Mopar for $40. Don t say you have warranty on something if you really don t.

Tamara was most helpful in guiding through the process of getting my car repaired after my accident. This seems to me, by my casual yet close observation, to be an organized and well run company focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend.

They did an amazing job with my car after smashing into a deer. The people are incredibly friendly. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was a mess with dog hair. The one con was that it took them 3 weeks longer than anticipated because of a part issue and they were lacking in communicating the delays. After mentioning the communication issue they were apologetic and made an effort to communicate better.

These people are top-notch....I never do these Google reviews, but the work they did for me, on my Nissan pickup, compelled me to post.....I, highly, recommend if anyone is in the need of collision repair.

Horton's does an Awesome job. My Mercedes Benz doesn't look like it was ever in an accident.It took a long time to get my car in due to the pandemic. But I was willing to wait on them. They are very friendly people. They does great work every time I have taken my vehicle in.

After years of having dents in my car, I finally could have my car fixed. I happened upon Horton's as it was close to where I work. I was pleasantly surprised that I immediately received an estimate and they quickly began the work. The staff was amazingly nice. They cared about my time and went out of their way to expedite the work when I said I had a work conflict about returning the rental car. Horton's has an amazing discounted rate with the Enterprise that shares the building. I am so excited as my car looks brand new again.

We have gone to Hortons 4 times in the past few years and always get amazing results. They work well with Insurance companies and Enterprise car rental is in the same building. Excellent work and super nice employees.
