In total I have had 3 lifts, 7 sets of tires, wheels, routine maintenance along with specialty repairs done at Smith Tire and they have been great every time. Shaw is great at communicating with me on repairs, and giving updates with honest feedback. Have no need to look anywhere else for vehicle service / Tires. Pictured is my latest vehicle they helped me setting up.

Super friendly staff and outstanding service. Prices can't be beat either. We were traveling and needed some tires taken care of at the end of a long day and they couldn't be happier to help out on short notice. Our car drives great now thanks to the team at Smith tire Co. Give these boys a tip, they earned it!!!!

I give a 3 because the service was great. The price definitely is not great at all. I referred someone to them because Firestone did not have the best reviews but I should have sent them to Firestone because they could have definitely purchased 2 tires for less than 300.00. Do your homework, shop around and let them be your last resource if you want the best price.

We go out of our way to make it here whenever we have tire issues. Professional, friendly, helpful, i can count on them to be honest.They are first come first serve which can lead to a line of trucks at opening time. They provide free coffe and the techs show up ready for battle and perform quickly with a smile.I'm writing this in their plush waiting area listening to customers joke with the staff. Its an overall warm environment, especially noteworthy since every customer is stranded here with some automobile issue

These guys are for real. Excellent service quick, competitive, all customer focused. I got a flat tire in Florida and they treated me like family. These are my tire guys from now on And I live in Indiana!

Kevin and Ed are top notch. They quoted me a, more than reasonable price and had my tires in stock. My wait time was minimal. Highly recommend Smith Tire Company for all automotive needs.

Squeezed us in on a busy Friday. Our tires were so far out of alignment headed down to FL they felt like they were about to fall off! In and out in about 40 minutes with a great price.Thanks guys! Saved us big time!

Can t recommend these folks enough. Had an emergency blow out situation. Pulled in at 4:40 (they close at 5.) fully expecting to get a cab and come back tomorrow to pick it up. The folks at smith hooked it up and got me back on the road inside 20 minutes. We already did our tire business here but we won t go anywhere else now. Cheers.

Very fast, repaired my tire quickly, and got me on my way. Which was very important because my wife works nights and needed sleep. Very reasonable as far as price. $20 for tire repair. I will be buying Michelin tires from them as soon as possible.

Since my last oil change they ve changed drastically. First they tell me they don t do German cars. My dad drove the car before I did and has been taking it there for years. So then they ask for the name to look me up in the system. I guess whoever was taking the order didn t know what they were doing because they couldn t or didn t want to find it. A basic oil change went up $10. I said no to the tire change unless they had been doing it on the past oil changes. They said they d do it if they could. They couldn t. Oh and when I get there they charged me $20 for a tire patch that I didn t ask for nor have the money to have done right now. Since it looks like I ll be eating ramen for the next two days I won t be coming back.

Take my truck it's a Tahoe to Smith Tire Company I've had new tires put on I've had some engine work done and they always talk to me very respectfully they tell me everything that they're going to do before they do it the prices are very reasonable and they even have a credit card that you can apply for which makes it a lot easier to pay for repairs and they are quick very efficient they have a very nice little Lobby for you to wait again with the TV and Wi-Fi and soda machine snack machine and if you're going to have your car worked on you really need to try and get there by 7:30 in the morning if you want to be one of the first but even if you're not they will still get to it at a reasonable time. Taking my Tahoe there probably 4 times with different issues one time it was to get new tires and they rotated on for free when I took it back for something else another time they're just a really nice group of guys and girls and very knowledgeable and what they do.

I was traveling on a Sunday and started having trouble with one of my tires. So I stopped for the night and found Smith Tire Co. listed with reviews and their hours on the internet. On Monday morning I took the car to them and explained that I had to put air in the tire the day before but, during the day it the car computer was showing that I was losing air. They checked the tires, made sure that they all had the correct air amount and reset the computer. They were done within a half an hour and didn't charge me a thing. Thank you for taking care of me and my car.

Horrible service, they lied about the alignment procedure, couldn't even give me the printout from the machine, I got some excuse about the memory of the tool. They also replaced ball joints and destroyed the spindle in the process, said to go somewhere else to get that fixed. I'm not sure how they still stay in business. Pay extra to go somewhere decent and competent.

The workers are very thorough and if there is an issue with any work that they have done they have no problem fixing it and you get your tires rotated for life if you purchase tires

I was told to go rent a wheel. Go figure I was an Africa American in a extoic care one of the guys at the desk did even speak bad service for a man of color guess they are playing into the system. If I could I would have gave them a negative star
