tried to charge me 125 to pop a lock. also the guy was rude and extremely unprofessional. fyi the valdosta pd will come out and do it for free, so don t call these a-holes if you lock your key in your car

Highly recommend! I was able to schedule and receive my toe all within LESS than 45 minutes! The team member, Caleb, was awesome. He even took the initiative to assess under the hood to see if he could give me any kind of indication on what he thought could be wrong with it. Super personable! Went to leave on my lunch break from work in the pouring rain whenever I realized I had locked my keys in the car. I called my local repair shop and they recommended Sidney Rigdon Towing & Recovery. They were there within 20 minutes of calling to unlock my car and they did not charge me an arm and leg like most companies in the area. Very professional and top notch customer service. We tried to turn our pick up truck around on a small dirt road and the back tires went into a ditch as we backed up. We called Sidney Rigdon Towing. They arrived so quickly and pulled the truck out so carefully and easily! I was amazed. You were awesome! I highly recommend this company! Thanks again!

Can t say enough good things about the service we received. My 92 year old mom s car broke down and I live out of town. She was so upset but I found Sydney s on google and read the good reviews. They picked her up quickly and took her to her mechanics shop. He then went an extra step further and called me to let me know she was good and my sister-in-law was picking her up. My mom was upset and I was worried sick. He went above and beyond to take very good care of my mom and me. My mom raved about how kind he was and how clean his truck was and how professional he looked in his uniform. Highly recommend!Service: Car towing

Did a great job of getting my daughters truck out of a very steep ditch. He went the extra mile to be sure no damage was done due to him pulling it out. His prices are great too! Highly recommend.

I had gotten my truck stuck decently bad in a ditch so I called Mr. Rigdon. He came out very speedily even with it being at midnight as well. He himself was very attentive to my vehicle in trying not to scratch my truck as it was up against a ditch embankment. He also is priced very well to boot. I will most definitely use Mr. Rigdon again and recommend him to anyone!!!!

Sidney's towing service is above and beyond excellence. He drove three hours to Eufaula, AL to tow my truck back to my mechanic in Valdosta. Top notch equipment, no nonsense service, a very professional job. Would use his service again without hesitation.

This company was fast and accurate I was stranded for three hours waiting for another company to help me I called this company and they were there less than 5 min and took me personally to a 24 hour tire shop the tire shop and this company were honest reliable and very very friendly to there customers

Overcharged me 25 dollars on Saturday to be winched out of a ditch,then called me later that day and told me to come back Monday for the money they owed me. Come Monday, they don't answer my calls to either their cell or landline.
