Ordered a pair of riding boots. The guy was really nice and helpful, and seems very knowledgable about anything motorcycles. Even though some techniacal issues came up, and it took a little longer than it should have, i did get them, and im very happy with them. Its a shop, and smells like it, which i dont mind, but when it rains, it puddles up inside the building.

I live about 50 miles away from Valdosta so I called and asked if they had a clutch lever, in stock, for 99 Suzuki VL1500 Intruder LC. Dude told me he had a whole wall of clutch levers and PROBABLY had what I needed. BUT, I would have to come and look for it because he didn't have the time and wasn't going to look for one. He then told me his store had been closed 2 hours. If he was already closed and wasn't going to help anyone why the hell did he answer the phone? DUHH!?!

Called needing tubes for the track Saturday after closed. He drove back to the store and opened up so that my weekend wouldn't be ruined. How cool is that?

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave zero stars I would!! Ordered tires for my sons bike. Was told he had the tires in stock, sent My son to pick them up, he told my son he would sell them as a pair, once the tires got home we realized he sold us two DIFFERENF tires completely. Only To be told after the fact that there are no returns or refunds. This is a very unprofessional way to run your business and it is preying on customers who aren't familiar with tires!!!

Had the owner repair a clutch cable. Took 3 days longer than he said, and said clutch cable broke 3 weeks after (where he did the repairs). Also cut the cable too short so it was a massive pain to put back on my bike. That was my third visit to this shop, and I have decide since to not visit further more.

These guys are the BEST. Broke down on 75 just south of the Georgia line and caught them just before they closed. Not only did they stay open but the main guy ran out on his own to get us the tire we needed to replace our damaged one before another place closed. ABSOLUTELY recommend to any bikers out there in that area or if you have a problem passing through this is where you need to go. Excellent service, extended knowledge. Bikers helping bikers.

Took my motorcycle there to be worked on after 8 months of it sitting outside I went and picked it up. Parts were handed back in a cardboard box some parts were not even mine and parts were missing!Ed the owner has a very bad attitude and very unprofessional. Would not recommend for anyone to take their bike here.

DON'T DO IT!!! LIES, LIES, LIES! I heard nothing but lies from the owner, Ed, and the mechanic. "Parts were ordered" for a month and NOTHING was done. Picked up my bike and took it to another shop. I would not recommend this bike shop to anyone!

Haven't been, not sure why I'm asked to review it, unless somehow my phone heard me telling my son about motorcycle shops in town. I will be going next few days to get trans oil and motor oil, maybe a helmet and filters as well. Let you know then. Probably expensive but I wouldn't know

Great people. Ed was super nice and knows his stuff. Definitely a place I will go back to. Most of the cycle places here r either closed all the time or rude. Highly recommend.

The guy picked up my 07gsxr 1000 and had it over three weeks never touched it. He lost my phone number so he couldn t call me for updates when I would stop by or call he would say he waiting on parts turns out he never ordered them. So after a month of my bike sitting there collecting dust I picked it up and took it to another shop and before I left the new shop they had change the tire and order the part the first day I would never recommend anybody to this shop not even to work on my bicycle

Said the would be done with my atv in a month and it took 5 months, said they would look and buy cheap parts for me then charge me $206 for rwo break drum seals. On ebay (where they told me they would order from) they are $28 I understand having a mark up on parts but this was ridiculous. I will not go back to Redline Cycles in Valdosta ever again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Showed me helmets, advised me about the accessories for the helmets and let me try one on. Talked about care and functions of the helmets. Showed me the book price, and had some on hand.New to the bike culture, will be going back here for my gear.

Poor communication and lost parts for the bike that was dropped off. In the end, it was never fixed and plenty of time was lost along with the parts.
