Came in today just to look around but once there Paul convinced me to get a new set of wheels and tires for my new car. The staff was very friendly and was able to answer all questions that I had. Glad I decided to stop in today. Paul is a great salesman.

You won t regret purchasing your rims here nor getting your tires done. This place is very professional and the workers here are very nice and respectful. I will most definitely be coming back again if I decided to get more rims!

I went in and needed two tires replaced. I was told that I did not have the RAW Wheel warranty after my payoff, but thanks to Paul for working with me and I ended up getting a full set with no problem! Great staff and great customer service

Omg!!!!! Went today and got the best customer service ever from the Assistant Manager Milicent!! She work with us and gave us the best deal ever..!! She showed out when she rolled the rim in the store to show us how we would be sliding down the street with them joints on my car. Man when I tell you I was sold after that. With that kind of dedication you couldn t turn it down. She even took the rim off the wall and took it out side. So she could show us how they would look against the car. If you want some special rim on your car like no other and the right tires go holla at Milicent and her crew at Rent-A-Wheel 118 W. Northside Dr. Valdosta GA Thank You So Much we will must definitely be coming back to get some for the other car.

I was needing 4 tires bad. Soo I went with Rent A Wheel. I had been approved no problem. I paid $60.00 and tires put on not just any tires but great toyo tires 50 thousand mile tires. They balanced them as well. I suggest Rent A Wheel. Tellem I sent you.

Everytime I told them I needed something cheaper then would do there damndest to tell me they didn't have it and tell me the cheaper ones are on back order when they told me earlier on they had it ready for me they also proceeded to take 2 1/2 hours to put 4 tires on

Nothing but Greatness coming from Rent a wheel Valdosta. The staff, the store, the honesty lol. I originally wanted a chrome rim but Millicent shot that idea down letting me know chrome was outdated and together we found the perfect black on black look. I left with a smile on my face and a lil change in my pocket! Thanks guys!!

They have gotten really slow,,only had one guy putting the tire and wheels on..I have used them before,,but this time was a bad experience,,they need more help,,and need more inventory in stock..Got there about 4 and still didn't get my wheels on,,so I went to the Albany the next week

The best CUSTOMER SERVICE! My rim cracked while traveling and they jumped through hoops to get me up and running. Throughout the whole process of ordering new rims to the install Millie was all over it. I had nothing to worry about at all.I would definitely recommend them to others and I will comeback to them as well.

Thank you so much for fixing the tires on my sons 350z they are amazing and Thank you for getting me in so fast and fixed and on my way. Walked in today was acknowledged when we first walked in. After that the guy behind the counter walked by us numerous times. So rude. Can t imagine how folks even buy stuff from here .

The sales rep was amazing she let me know everything I needed to know before I arrived. She gave my options and explained a great program. I wasn't really sure what I wanted when I arrived, but the asst. Manager was ready with plenty of options to choose from with low payments to match so of you're looking for wheels and don't wanna be stuck with the same ole thing go check out rent a wheel in Valdosta. I promise you won't be disappointed. Ask for Millicent and tell her I sent you!!

I ve been doing business for some years and they have always helped me out. I ve went everywhere and rent a wheel was the only company to get the wheels for my vehicle if anyone knows a Chevy Silverado 2500 super duty shells are hard to find. Thank you so much For your continued service.

Worst service I've had locally. No greet as there was another customer waiting to be helped with no greet while the "manager" typed on her phone. Once I asked if they were even open I was asked what I needed. Absolutely no knowledge of a tire and kept insisting nothing wouod work on my car and they couldn't rent me tires. never asked what I was even looking for just the car. I came to buy wheels/tires as I knew they always keep cash deals on specific wheels.I was not there to rent tires. But I left with nothing and she ruined what couldve been a full purchase in wheels, tires. I will never go back and have shooped here for 10 years.
