I have had the pleasure of working with David at Quick Lane for the last month over an issue with my Ford Bronco Sport. He has been courteous, thoughtful, informative, and timely in the execution of resolving my issue. He runs his shop with grace, understanding, and is a solid leader for that company. Put TOO much oil in my Ford 350! June 2023A customer came up complaining about an employee putting too much oil in their truck & showing them.I brushed it off & didn't think anything of it.Was going to post this when it happened, but I just forgot to.So check your oil @ this Ford! Never had a problem with Langdale Ford.....until the Quick Lane!!

The service was excellent and we did 3 trucks in the same day and I thought that was pretty darn good especially when most places won't even look at your vehicle on the first day that is definitely my oil change place I will go nowhere else thanks y'all

David, Bryan, Kyrie, and all the staff at Valdosta Quick Lane Thank You for always giving me top shelf service!I have been a loyal and dedicated customer of Valdosta Quick Lane since its opening. I have always received the very best service, professionalism, and quality work that I expect for my trucks. I've been forced to use other so called service shops in the past due to an emergency repair and no other choice, but I have never found the excellence and level of dedication that I always receive at Valdosta Quick Lane.There are never any surprises in my bill. Everything is always explained up front before anything is done and they usually have options for me. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. In all my years of working with David I can't think of any issues I have ever had. I know him well enough that if there were something to be addressed he would go above and beyond to make it right. He's a dedicated Manager and I often see him in his dress uniform behind the desk one minute and under a car the next.P.S. Make an appointment or don't complain about waiting. I have time to wait for the best, but then so do you when it comes to going to your favorite restaurant. Don't waste your time! Unless you like to jump hoops. They had no customers. None but wanted me to park in parking space first ,then get out to go inside to get work order. I suppose then one of the three mechanic sitting on buckets could then pull your car in to service it. They should have been racing to get car on a rack. No one got up, only the manager? Showed up to ask me to park the car in a parking place. I was told they had a process. The process was for me to jump their hoops. Guess what. I don't play. And they don't work !!! Not On my car!!!!!!!

Fantastic service, great price for an oil change! The center was clean, comfortable and very welcoming! I walked in for an oil change and everyone was so kind and dedicated to making sure that I got what I needed. No one was trying to upsell anything or manipulate me into paying for more fixes or replacements. Even though I got there when most employees were going on their well deserved lunch break, I was in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

The employees were very polite, facilities kept neat, clean, and sanitized, and the seating comfortable.They had my car finished much quicker than I expected. They cost a little more than some of the other options in town but they are worth it.

Initially, I was very happy with my service. I came here for an oil change and tire rotation and they did a very quick job at it. However, they informed me that my battery was starting to die so I needed a new one. They told me they could get a new one the same day and replace it, so I agreed and let them replace my battery. The next day, my car would not turn on. I tried to jump it for an entire hour but nothing worked. I had a friend take a look at my car to try and figure out what is wrong and they said there were signs of poor installation and leakage in the new battery. I m not sure if they put in a bad battery or installed it poorly but I am highly upset. I have never had any issues with my battery before I came to this place. This was my first and probably my last time using their services.Services: Battery, Oil change

Needed an oil change badly and decided to take a chance (not my usual shop). From the moment I parked they blew me away. The exterior was clean and the mechanics were kind. Their general manager met me halfway from the car and ushered me to the desk while making friendly conversation. The service was performed quickly and they inspected my car for free. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need and the price for the synthetic oil change was amazing! This will definitely be my regular shop from now on. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants affordable and reliable service.

Usually all the work is fantastic. Oil changes and tire replacement at least. But I went in for a wheel ALIGNMENT and tire rotation and they told me my right rear axle was bent and due for replacement. But they charged me the FULL rate when all they did was align the front axle (as they said) and my car was vibrating completely WORSE than it did before I took it ! Mind you I was at Langdale Ford 3 days before (which I expected this because they work hand in hand) and they didn t say anything about a bent rear axle. But when I brought it to quicklane 3 days later, all of a sudden I had a bent axle when I didn t drive ALL weekend !So I said screw it and took it to Ne-Ro Tire & Brake in Valdosta. After diagnosis, they saw that Quicklane they put new wheel weights on the front wheels, not the back.. my driver side toe was a little off from my driver side front wheel AND that my rear axle... was COMPLETELY FINE.The staff at Ne-Ro were nice, they fixed me up, and they definitely exceeded my expectations and rose to the occasion with exceptional service. But Quicklane ? They disappointed me this time.

Super quick service! The staff aren't your typical quick lube staff, they have great attitudes and are friendly. The waiting lobby also doesn't smell of oil like most places I've been to. And this one is a big deal for me: most oil change places hassle me about extra work to be done, because I'm a female. Not this place, you take it in for an oil change, they change the oil. If there are any problems found, they list them on your bill, tell you about them, and there's no pressure to get any extra work done while you're there.

Very good service. They got my truck in right at the appointment time which was great. I was kept informed of the progress. All the people were courteous and responsive to all my questions. I recommend Langdale Quick Lane.

With the chances of us ever using this dealership again known to the amazing Dave Patel, Manager of the Quick Lane, I can't imagine how well local customers are being looked after. This company saved our family vacation, after blowing a water pump on my F150 driving from Toronto Canada, Dave and his team had us back on the road to Orlando in no time. I have been in the automotive business for over 25 years and if this was my staff, I would be extremely proud. Thank you so much for all you guys did, 5 stars is definitely not enough here.

Fantastic service, great staff, David Patel and his team go above and beyond. My family and I was traveling to St.Pete and after driving all night from Northern KY we experienced serious issues with my truck. After panicking and ensuring my family was safe I was lucky enough to find the number for Quick Lane. We had to have the truck towed and Kyle was quick to come get us and was very nice and accommodating for my family.Once at Quick Lane David Patel and his team looked over my truck and explained in detail and showed me exactly what was going on with my truck. They worked on getting parts and getting everything fixed so that me and my family could get back on the road for our vacation. We planned on staying in Valdosta so David set up a driver to pick us up and take us to our hotel and then picked me up when the truck was ready. This was a life saver because the kids could go and enjoy the pool and have a great start to our vacation.I would highly recommend Quick Lane Valdosta. They saved my vacation and helped me and my family. I cannot put into words the amount of appreciation I have for David and the staff at Quick Lane. I said it a lot while I was at the shop but Thank You and you are the Best!

I had a issue they didn't screw my splash board back on completely. Got on the interstate next day it falls from underneath my car. They get 3 star because they took ownership bought a new piece and replaced it within two weeks.

WARNING! DO NOT use this auto repair/tire shop. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a business. My two front wheels were majorly damaged while in their possession and they refuse to do anything about it. I'm not talking about a few minor scratches, there was literally chunks of metal missing. A word to the wise, make sure to take pictures of your car before you turn it over to them. If you don't, it will be your word against theirs. Very disappointing.

Yesterday, I had my first experience with Quick Lane. I initially entered to get a routine oil change. I left Valdosta to head to Tifton in Highway 41 when my truck accelerator and steering capabilities quit working. I first looked at my oil level and couldn't notice any oil (but little did I know, not knowing much about vehicles, new oil is clear). Thinking this was a whole oil issue, I called Quick Lane and told them I was stuck on the side of the road. Being from out-of-state and being new to Georgia, they were so generous to help me in every possible way. They called a tow truck to tow me back to the shop and check everything out. They did electrical tests and checked my truck head to toe to find absolutely nothing wrong with it. While they ran many tests, they all made me feel comfortable and did everything in their power to make sure my truck was safe to drive. After finding no issues, I got back on 41 and headed to Tifton. When I got back to the place I broke down, just a mile passed, I noticed a stopped train on the railroad. That train had hit the trailer of a tractor trailer. I believe there is a reason why my truck broke down when and where it did. I give so much credit to all the employees that worked at Quick Lane on June 30th. They did an amazing job even when we couldn't find anything wrong with my truck. It's hard to find genuinely good people these days. I hope they read this and know they impacted me in a large way. I will definitely drive from Tifton to Valdosta to get my oil changed.

I take the F350 diesel here for service. It's the only place that she has had service done since they opened. Prior to then, she was serviced only at the Ford Dealership. This store is owed by the dealership.
