Drove around to multiple auto repair shops when I finally stopped here. I was greeted by Shawn. He had great energy and good vibes. I explained the issues I was having with my vehicle. He knew exactly what was wrong with the car. Explained to me everything that needed to be done and what caused the issue to avoid the same thing happening again. The cost was great! I will DEFINITELY returning if I ever need work done! Thank you Precision Tune Auto Care.

Coming here to get any work done on your vehicle is a necessity. I came to get a plethora of work work done for my vehicle and I was walked through every single step of work that was needed for my truck. From making sure I know the reasoning for the replacements that where needed to the overall great attitude and work diligence of the crew. The store manager answered every single question that I had an then some. Precision Tune Auto in my opinion is the auto store of Valdosta. From prices to labor to customer service this shop has it all and then some.

Honestly the best experience I've had here in town. The staff are professional and the store manager is very patient and professional; he took the time to take a look at my car for a concern I had, we found that there weren't issues with that initial concern but explained clearly to (showed) me that there were other areas that will need attention soon and the quote when I was ready. I'll definitely be coming back

Shawn and his coworkers did an AMAZING job on my car. We went to soooo many different auto repair shops and they wanted to charge an arm and a leg. They worked with us and got it done for way less than what we were being asked of at the other shops. Also he was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with the car when we were told it was a completely different issue. Now my car is back up and running! If I have any other issues this will be the place I go! Oh and I can't forget they are all very polite, respectful, and EXTREMELY professional.

Great costumer service! I got my breaks changed last minute with no problem! I also get all of my oil changes here. It s a quick process to where you don t have to get out of the car!

This auto shop is amazing. They are fast and professional always keeping you up to date on what they are doing and what is going on with the car. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Stopped in to check my ball joints and brake pads. Had my oil changed while there. Shawn helped me. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommend this business to anyone out of town as well as local. Veteran friendly as well. Thank you Shawn for making my business a very smooth process.

Precision tune is definitely the place to go. I went for an oil change and to check a few other things. I ended up having a few major things wrong but they worked with me and helped me get everything fixed. The staff is really nice and treated me like family. I can t think them enough for all the help they ve been. I will definitely be back for any future problems.

This place extremely helpful! I could not figure out why my car wasn t working for a while and they were very patient and thorough in their work. It is a respectful and honest environment. 10/10 recommend!

Wow. The manager Shawn went above and beyond. There is good service above that great service and above that is Shawn's service. If I could give this guy 10 stars l would. Fixed our car in and out with a great price. I recommend Shawn's at precision tune.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Precision Auto Tune for some much-needed repairs on my vehicle, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service and expertise. Shawn is a great honest guy about the repairs needed on your vehicle. From start to finish, my experience with Precision Auto Tune was the best of all auto shops i ve been too, come check them out for your auto service needs in Valdosta Ga.

We were in the middle of a 425 mile trip when our Camaro's electronic dashboard failed. We were getting every kind of sensor error, and most of the displays and functions inside the car were going haywire. Thankfully the engine was running well.We couldn't tell from inside the car what outside indicators (turn signals, brakes lights, etc) were working or not. We first stopped at a nearby Auto Zone, and they checked the battery from the front charging posts, and thought things were okay, but they couldn't check at the actual battery inside the trunk as it was full of our luggage, and the trunk interior trim would need to be removed. They suggested we go to the nearby Precision Tune.At Precision Tune, the owner, Edward Scott warmly greeted us. He put a technician right on the car, and he helped us unload the trunk, and then he removed the trunk lining and checked the battery and charge. Everything there was good, they said. They put everything back together, then helped us confirm that the outside turn signals, brake lights, headlights, all were working fine. They asked how the handling and engine were while we had driven 25 miles or so with this issue, and those were fine. They suggested getting the car on home (200 more miles) and that we'd be safe, as this was clearly a cockpit display issue.I asked how much for their work - they'd spent perhaps 40 minutes on us. The owner refused to bill us, and suggested we just tip the technician, which we did.We got home safely later that day. I was impressed that we COULD have been taken advantage of, but we were treated only with kindness and integrity. I wish this shop were near my home.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great service, great group of technicians! Dalton is very skilled with older models and does all the work on my car, 2005 Honda Accord when it needs any service and maintenance. My check engine light came back on 2 hours after my tune up. Im a female so I m pretty sure they might ve messed something else up so I can come back and spend more money . Then he told me he didn t charge me for an oil change like I didn t know that it s included in the tune up.

would not recommend to anyone. went in for a/c recharge. was told i needed new compressor, a/c cooling fan and several other items.(est $1200). found out my compressor is good and my a/c cooling fan was about to go out. had a/c cooling fan replaced for under $200. they also tried to charge me more than the quoted diagnostic price. i objected and was still charged almost $200 for having nothing repaired. i had a bad experience many years ago at another precision tune in a different state. figured i would give them another chance since it was so long ago. Buyers Beware!

Horrible!! It was a mess going back and forth with the guy who claimed he couldn t find the problem and the manager Edward , who argued with the customer. Instead of correcting the mistake! My son took his car there to figure out a noise he was hearing. The guy told us it was the belt. I actually talked to him and told him that the belt has already been replaced a month ago. Then he claimed it was the oil pressure sensor. I told him that was replaced as well. He swear up and down that it was the oil pressure sensor which was linking oil. He charged my financial account without my knowledge. I have noticed when they sent me a bill of $480.00??? I called them back and spoke to the guy that looked at my son car. He stated that he couldn t figure what was wrong and that he changed out the belt and oil sensor. So, he charged my Snap financial and told me that he had to charge me for the time being. Said if he took off the oil pressure sensor. I will be short from $150.00 and that I wouldn t be approved. The car oil light all the sudden came on.Took the car the next day for a second opinion, come to find out he never replace the sensor. That he loosen it. The noise was coming from inner tire rod. Long story short, I would not recommend anyone to take their car there!!

I've been coming here since I first moved to this area. This is my go-to for oil changes. Courteous, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and fast!
