If you want a dealership that treats you like family this is your place. Today Joseph in service helped me tremendously and Stan has given me so many rides we ve become great friends. They will always have my business in the future! I ve never been treated better by a dealership!

Easy to schedule the service appointment at a convenient time! When we arrived at the dealership, Marquis (the service manager) was super helpful and took great care of everything we needed.

Marquis was of great help from my initial check-in to my service completion. He informed me of every step and provided options instead of making me feel strong-armed and pressured into services. He passed on to Stan who drove me several times to and from my.home. Stan ensured i put on my seat belt for safety and engages in meaningful conversation until my designation. I believe being a passenger is literally putting your life in the driver's hands....I was in good hands with Stan's driving. Please keep both of these gentlemen on your team, both represented your dealership very well.

Everything was great. Jordan Williams helped us out and made things simple. The reason for the four star is because the detail crew said they cleaned the car and they did not. I left with a filthy car that had the past owners shoes still under the seat. Jordan came out and wiped the car down himself. He gave me $30 out of his own pocket for me to go get the car cleaned. The dealer needs a different detailing crew for sure, someone who take pride in their work.

The service of our vehicle was great. However, I had six different individuals that past by me without saying hello, how is your day or anything.I was thinking, if it was time for me to trade vehicles, I would be going somewhere else.

We called to check on tire inventory when another local tire shop did not have our Atlas tire in stock. Your location not only had an instock tire match, but you also beat their price by $40 and said you were open until 4 pm on a Saturday. We arrived at 11 and you did let me know it would be a while so I could get picked up and enjoy my Saturday. At 1pm you called to tell me it was done and the final price was exactly what you quoted. Your employee at the desk, Joseph was very polite and I was in and out in no time.

We loved the communication from the beginning of our appointment to the end. The shuttle service was so nice and you all made it so easy to just text when we were ready. Everything was also very detailed in my service appointment.

I will never buy a vehicle from here again. They had a truck marked for around 13k a few years back. When I asked a representative about it he said I ll be right back. Said it was actually 17k. I test drove it and had my doubts. But nonetheless I had just returned from a very long and stressful deployment and I just really wanted a vehicle. So I went through the process and bought it. After TWO DAYS the check engine light came on. Took it to a mechanic and he said one of two things was the issue either the oil pressure sensor was bad and it just needed a new one, or the engine is shot and I need to drive it through the windows at osteen (looking back I should ve chosen the latter). Anyway I bought a new sensor that lasted around a week. Then a different mechanic said that the sensor was faulty. So after two sensors I finally thought I was in the clear. I moved to sw Florida for a while and the truck was nothing but problems. From the lifters, to the intake valve, oil leak, motor rattling, spark plugs,etc. turns out osteen cleared the codes before I bought the truck. And they knowingly sold me a lemon because they saw how Eager I was to buy a vehicle that day. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHEAP MONEY GRABBERS!! I am now 20k in debt in total because of this. And to this day I still don t have a reliable vehicle. Thanks Osteen !!

I would have rated the experience a 5, but each time I called for an update, I ended up in a voice mailbox. It appears you are short-handed in service advisors. And I used your online service scheduler. It said "success" and that I would receive a confirming email. After 5 days never receiving the email I stopped by the dealership and confirmed the appointment.

The BEST dealership service department I have ever dealt with... our vehicle's water pump went out while we were on vacation and the technician worked through lunch to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Also, the vehicle was 9 days out of warranty, so VW gave us an exception and only charged us $200 for what wound up being an $800+ repair. If I lived in this area, I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. Michael was the technician and Brian was who helped us with the warranty issue. You guys are the best!

The actual hands on working on the vehicle was excellant.Waiting on parts for 7 weeks on a vehicle with only 400 miles on it is totally unexceptable!

My wife purchased a car here this past summer and really enjoyed the buying process. Now I am back because the check engine light came on after only being three years old. Hopefully it s not a big issue and doesn t take long to solve. Meanwhile I ll hang out in the comfortable waiting room and kick my feet up.

Kevin and Jason did an amazing job helping me out! I had questions all hours of the day and they never hesitated to respond or explain! They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and that I was satisfied with the results! I couldn t recommend this location more! Even more so I couldn t recommend these two gentleman to more people! Both had amazing interpersonal skills and walked me through every step into welcoming me to the VW family!

Asked for pictures of a vehicles engine bay for 24 hrs. Multiple times I was told I was going to be sent them. The next day I ask again the vehicles been sold... don't shop here if you value your time....

I am a loyal customer here and have been for years. I have all my cars services here and purchased several vehicles here.I had left an amazing 5 star review years ago. At the time, the service dept seemed top notch. The head mechanic, Ben, was excellent, often times going the extra mile to assist customers. He was very knowledgeable and very approachable and did his best to get you in quickly even when you didn't have an appointment. The staff under him, including Amy seemed very polite and treated you like family. They were all very transparent about your car and what was going on with it and what it would cost.What happened? I'm very disappointed in how the service dept operates now. The new head mechanic, Brian, seems clueless, is very impolite and really just seems to not care. The new staff seem to be very much the same. I do not feel this staff has your back and they are not approachable at all. I've received sarcastic responses and attitude when I've asked questions about my car and they are very vague with their responses to questions or concerns, almost intentionally.The wait time has always been an issue here. It has always taken more than a week plus to get an open appointment. The difference between then and now is that the great service used to make this manageable and worthwhile. The service now makes this no different than going to a local mechanic and paying half the price.I'm very disappointed and expect better of this dealership, especially when they've been 5-star quality before. I'm very close to no longer using this dealership for my service requirements or for when I need to purchase a new car. Do better.

Great service! Updated each step of the way via text and phone calls. This means a lot! Also was a very quick turnaround. We were going on vacation in a few days and they did pretty major engine work very quickly. Great experience!

I helped my teenage daughter shop for cars this week. We had a wonderful experience with Kevin Chen at Osteen VW and Subaru. We were able to purchase a little used VW for her. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but this was the easiest yet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The whole experience with the entire team left me very impressed. We will definitely be return customers. Thanks!

Amazing service department! Just bought my second car from O Steen and I wont buy from anywhere else. Recently had an issue with the door speaker and Ben and James were very helpful in fixing the issue. If you re looking to buy a car, head over there, they treat you like family and you won t regret it!

Great communication between service advisor and me while you had my Tiguan. You had the part in stock and the repair was completed as promised. My vehicle was very neat and clean when I picked it up. Love this dealership. This is the first Volkswagen I have owned, but it won't be my last!

I was looking to buy a vehicle for my daughter. In the end we did not and I'm going to wait a year until she has a few months left for college. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my time. I've never met a sales team that has truly gone the extra distance to help their customers. I wish we could have made a sale but feel it will be more beneficial for both in a year. Need a vehicle? Want to be treated professionally, and with respect? Go to this dealership. I've been told great things about their service department.

I've been coming to O'Steen's for a decade or more. They feel like home to me when I need my Wagen serviced, have any concerns or questions that might arise while traveling down the road. They are always super kind, polite, extremely helpful and personable, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to get me tended to. It's like talking to old friends and that to me feels pretty awesome! There are many a times I have to bring my toddler girl with me and they don't mind her one bit. The last time I was there an older woman came in and was quite rude from the get go! I felt terrible for the guys that had to deal with her. Yet, they were patient and let her rant and rave until it wasn't excepted to speak to people like that any longer. Kuddos guys, I think you handled that situation A LOT better than most facilities would or could have. I'm not even sure I could've bit my tongue for this lady as they did. I love coming here, I know I'm in good hands and will be back on the road with my family before long and with ease doing so. Thanks Team Wagen at O'Steen's Valdosta GAChelsea :)
