Scott was awesome I came in for a battery for my car remote and didn t know how to install it he helped me find the correct one and assisted me with installing it which I greatly appreciate.

Nailys & Damari at the Ashley Street location were amazeballs! My headlight bulbs went out and they were quick to find the correct replacement & install for me! Phenomenal customer service!

Stopped by this shop very late last night with the engine light showed up, the car could not run more than 50mph. I was scared, I had 4 more hours ahead to get home. The young guys in this shop very helpful to help me to run the diagnostic and told me not worry to much. It happened because the gas issue. His voice sounds like through away the big stone on my head. Again, thanks guys!!!!

Very uneducated on mechanics.i ordered an oil cap and and they ordered a wierd drain plug..got mad when I brought it back.never again..I went to Napa

DK was wonderful, friendly, patient, and professional. He helped me find the correct break light, and made sure it was properly changed as well. My experience was very different with another company. I highly recommend this young man for help at this establishment!

Never have much for Toyota parts. But what I can and do get... always works for my viehicle. People r feindly & helpfully. If its something they don't know...they find out for u.

Clean store and the gentleman that runs the register, the young tall African American is a character, lol. He keeps it professional, but entertaining, is straight forward, knows his usual customers by first name basis (myself included) and makes it a great experience everytime. He's also very informative on warranties and product in general. Give that man a raise!

They don t care if the part doesn t work for your vehicle. All they worry about is making the sale. The Manager should do a better job at making sure the customer is getting the right product. If I could do half a star, I would.

I was traveling back home to Tennessee when my alternator went out on my truck. Roadside assistance took 3 hours to get to me and they charged my battery which made it possible for me to get to the closest O'Reilly auto parts. I arrived 15 minutes before the store closed. I bought the new alternator and had to borrow the tools to change it out. It was after closing time before I finished changing out the alternator, but one guy had stayed so he could lock the tools up when I finished. When I finished installing the alternator I tried to start the truck and got nothing. Searched and found the main fuse had burnt up when the alternator went out on it. The guy that was still there gave me a pair of pliers to try to get the old fuse out and since the registers were already closed out he gave me the fuse. He locked up the store and left and I really wish I had gotten his name because he helped turn a nightmare of a trip into a little better of a trip. Plus he reinforced why I buy my parts at O'Reilly's

I called the store to ask if they have the part in stock they said yes will they be able to hold it for me They said yes I told them my name an I'll be there 10 minutes I was at the store Customer before me at the desk and they bought a part an then I told them what I needed they looked up said person before me just bought it but they dont hold parts for no one there an said they got one that should work got it took home didnt bolt up so next day took part back an had to come back for the third day to get right part all the driving back an forth wasting gas an money for them to just keep a customer in their door. Never again using them.

Thank you Dave! My oil light showed up "Min Oil", and I was scared to drive back to Jacksonville but his knowledge and kindness was so appreciated. He came outside while it was drizzling and topped off the oil and I was on my way. Dave is an asset to your organization.

Of all the auto part stores, O'Reillys has become my go to store, mainly due to customer service. The staff is always pleasant and goes above and beyond, no matter which store it is.

Jeremy is absolutely amazing. Makes you laugh and the experience was phenomenal. Chip, the manager SUCKS. SERIOUSLY. Jeremy needs his job. I have never seen a employee calm a customer so easy. #Jeremyrocks

I ordered a part, come to find I was lied to and the part I thought was ordered was never ordered. When i complained it was on deaf ears so I took my complant to the corporate head quarters. Turns out they dont care either. The manager at the 1100 north ashley store was very incompetent, and just did not care that I needed a part badly and his store didnt even order it.

O'Reilly has been my go-to for a long time. It seems like they're the only ones who have their act together. Every time I go elsewhere, I regret it. Except Napa. They're cool too.
