I rolled in off the street for new tires on my RV and they were able to take care of me in about an hour and a half. Great job! Friendly Staff.

My husband took some tires and rims to have mounted and dismounted. Both sets of rims were Ford F250 platinum rims. When he picked the truck up he noticed some scratches and chips of metal missing and the scratches were down past the metal. They can not be fixed. He contacted the owner Jack to try to get this resolved and Jack said what do you want me to do? My husband said well you can give me what i have in the rims not both sets but just the ones that are on the truck to help both parties out and Jack said he wasn't going to try to fix the problem. So now my husband is out of 2 sets of rims. I would not recommend this shop.

I came to Ne-ro because I was in town handling some business and came across car problems. FANTASTIC customer service and great work was done to my car. Hopefully I don t have car problems again but if I m ever in the area this is where I d come!

Speedy service, had replaced blown tire on our camper, Nathanial was very patient, courteous and professional went above and beyond giving us assistance and advice. Strongly recommend. Good Sam Roadside assistance called this company to rescue us along side a highway, thank goodness.

Was able to get a new valve stem in 30mins from my arrival. Quite pleased. Will return if I need more services that they provide.

This place is the best! I would highly recommend it for any of your car concerns. The customer service is the absolute best! Knowledgeable mechanics and good prices. The whole staff is so kind. They will be sure to help you with any issue you may have. Five stars!!!

We were on the road from FL to GA when I had a front tire that went bad, I went to two other tire places before Ne-Ro Tire & Brake Service. They would not help us. We arrived at Ne-Ro at about 4pm and they not only took care of us, but they had to send an employee to another tire dealer to pick up the two tires we needed. They had us back on the road and even stayed until after 5pm to get us finished up. Thank you to Stephanie & Craig for going the extra mile for us late in the day.

We were headed on vacation and had a tire issue that required new tires on our car. These folks were quick to work us into their already packed day and very accommodating to my whole family as we took over the waiting room. The prices were fair, and they had what we needed in stock. They bent over backwards for us and we appreciated it. Highly recommend this place.

I brought my car in for an issue I was having with the heater. I waited about 30 minutes and a really nice mechanic came out to take a look. He told me he wouldnt know anything for sure until he took it apart which is to be expected. I was told they would check on availabilify of the possible parts needed and they would call me the following day . I waited two days and called back. I was told they would be calling me. It has now been ten days without even a call to say they cant do it or when parts could be available. Just nothing. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that I was unable to use them.

This was the first place to actually tell me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. I had to wait for a little while, but Ellis did a good job explaining to me what I would need to get my vehicle repaired.

Arrived at 7:45 this morning to get my brakes fixed and was told that my car wouldn t be ready until after lunch since there were a few customers ahead of me. They said I would get a call whenever my car was ready to be picked up. Never got a call back to let me know that my car was done being worked on after waiting at home all day, luckily I took it upon myself to find a ride up there before they closed. Then once I finally get in my car my brakes are still squealing for dear life. Based off of the other reviews I thought this was the best place in town, but apparently not. I can t go back tomorrow and complain due to the fact I have to work all day. I will definitely be calling Monday morning.

Ne-Ro is a great place to take your vehicle, especially older model vehicles, for maintenance. They have helped me many times with my 2007 4Runner. They mechanics and management are honest, straight forward and the pricing is fair. Their customer waiting are is clean and comfortable. Thank you, Ne-Ro!

We we're traveling through Ga. And we thought we needed a new wheel bearing. we called and they had called a got a wheel bearing before we arrived. After looking over our truck they found that it was just loose lug nuts.they fixed the problem and got us back on the road. One of the BEST experiences I've had . The staff was GREAT ! We would recommend them without hesitation! Thank y'all again!!!!!

Could not be more pleased with the service and time to put on for new tires. The staff was excellent my vehicle drove like the day it was built thanks to Jack and he is top notch technicians. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs tires brakes or any type of mechanical work on their vehicle

I needed a tire for my semi trailer, came in and the guys got me out of there within one hour. Also the prices are way better than the other shops. I will definitely recommend this place if your in the area.

Not too impressed, was quoted a price for rear brakes over the phone I asked two times did that include everything. Once it was fixed my price was $100 more than what I was quoted. It probably was an honest mistake but it cost me... AC system was working going down the road but would blow warm when sitting still so it cost me $79 to vacuum down the system and it was one can low of freon and that was $12. When it was time for me to pay the informed me that my AC system had other issues and what they did did not fix it I could understand paying the $12 for the can of Freon but the $79 for the vacuum down of system they should have not charged me I didn't argue or anything I just will not be back. So basically I feel like I got shorted $179 !

I was driving from Florida In my Ram 2500 with a 30ft gooseneck in tow to pickup supplies in Willacoochee. My right rear truck tire began dumping air from a faulty valve stem. Luckily this place was right down the road. They got me in one of their bays with the trailer attached immediately. The owner even took some time to exchange a story and give me a company hat. Great folks. Excellent experience.

Blew a tire on our 5th wheel, followed by a second flat tire. Ne-ro Tire cam to our campsite and changed all 4 tires. They were out and the tires all changed in no time! We were able to resume our trip with no delays. Great job and highly recommend!

My driver had a blow out. I had to go through PLM for service, which took forever. However, Omar showed up earlier than promised and finished promptly. Great & professional service!

Top notch shop. Had a problem with my trailer and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go to place for help with my car/truck.

We had a flat on our 5th wheel on our way to Lake Park Ga Decided to get new tires This company was recommended by another tire company because we needed a house call so we didn't have to take it to a shop they had what we needed and were able to take care of us the next day Good service and reasonable prices. Thank you all for taking care of us and your quick response time

Never heard of a tire shop that turns costumers away for mount and balance for tires. Because you didn't buy them from there. Because they have issues.

If there were more than Five Stars, then I would have given it to Ne-Ro Tires and Elaine!! My daughter and son-in-law, along with their three furbabies, were stranded at the side of the road, right outside of Valdosta, and no funds for a tire (hard to find sized tire, I might add). I am in Florida and was able to call and speak with Elaine, who not only confirmed that they had the tire, but agreed to take my payment over the Internet, gave me detailed directions to get my children there, and told me to have them call for her, if they needed anything. They got there and were told to bring their furbabies in the waiting room with them, and they were in-and-out in just minutes, with their spare tire re-inflated and the payment processed. I cannot say enough about Ne-Ro Tires, Elaine, or any of the wonderful people working there.....bless you all and thank you so much!

This is the place to go if you have big tires! Originally had my tires mounted and balanced at Fussell Tire. Took it back a second time and still had a lot of vibrations. Intertstate diesel sent me to ne ro tire and boy was I impressed. My truck was done my Aurthur and he did a great job. His words were good people take care of good people ! My truck is a ram 2500 with a 4.5in lift my tires are 35x12.5x17. Rides like a dream! Thanks guys, will bring all my tire needs to you from now on!

We have taken our vehicle to several auto repair shops, including Langdale Honda in Valdosta, Georgia, and they could not, or would not find the source of noise from from front brakes. Ne-Ro Brake Service quickly found and fixed the problem. Highly recommend them for tire and brake work.
