my dad had a 'new to him' motorhome that broke down. he was able to drive it to Kenda. they worked till 7 pm friday night. drove him to a hotel. on Saturday drove 90 miles to get the part. got on the road with a very reasonable bill. highly recommend these people. friendly, fair, and trusworthy

I ve been coming here for years and overtime. The staff has been really rude and super unprofessional. I recently stopped by to have some tires changed and it took over three hours to change the tires not only was the weight ridiculous but the price that was quoted to me over the phone was almost $200 over the price, I will never be back here again do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

My bf used them several times. Every time they fixed it they made a bigger problem. They are crooks. Over priced and when you get it back you have a even bigger problem than what you took it up there for. Fixed our truck and didn t hold up an hour. Charged us again for the same problem that they didn t fix to begin with.

I ve had lots of bad experiences all over the country dealing with shops that run off taking advantage of drivers, so I was skeptical of how things would turn out. But I have to say I was treated well and billed fairly for the services I needed. I will refer any of my friends who need help in this area.

They are the best. They rescued us from the side of I75 at 11pm when we had an axle bearing fail and destroy the spindle on our travel trailer and got us safely back to their yard so we had a place to spend the night since we were over 400 miles from home. When the manufacturer told us they had an 8 week lead time to get a new axle Virginia worked tirelessly to find a solution and got us back on the road with 2 new custom built axles in a little over a week and at a fair price. im coming back on here because I seen they had my review token down and I will keep coming back on here so I can make sure people stay away from this shop my 26 foot box truck was in a accdinet that was going 70 mph when the truck colloaide with another car the front end of the truck was smashed in and then truck wouldn't move after the acident the truck was stuck in park me being from Florida my truck was in ga and I looked for the closest shop and with the best reviews online which I regret choosing them this whole ordeal has cost me over 30k in truck payments insurance and a insurance deductable of 2500 that I paid to to Kenda my whole life is in jeopardy because of this truck I'm about to loose my bussnines my house and a perfect 800 credit score I trusted these people to take care of me never seen them face to face only spoke to Virginia over the phone through out the whole ordeal this lady is rude unprofessional and a con artist all they did to my truck was fix the cosmetic side to it my trucks still stuck in park works when it wants to work I took it two other mechanics and no body can figure out why its doing this I begged virgina and my insurance company to totaled out my truck and they said that kenda would have to tell them that its totaled for them to totaled it out for me they took on a job they could not handle and now I'm the one crying all day all night the only time I'm at peace with my self is when I'm sleeping when my driver picked up the truck he went to Walmart to get a brand new gps because while my truck was at kendas one of there workers stole my gps when my driver got back to the truck he told me the truck would not come out of park it was stuck I called virgina to tell her this the first thing she says if the truck is not working its due to negligence on your end I'm like are you for real the truck was in a 70 mph accident thats why its not working you guys didn't fix it properly she sent one of her drivers to come look at the truck and he Told my driver to take it out of park for now on you have to put your foot on the breaks hard then then pull the gear softly into netural then back to drive and then release the air brake and we all know thats not how it works so I looked up this method on google and comes to find out you do that method when the truck is in inhibited parking where if the truck gets stuck on a incline. the truck continual still did this after I picked up a load going to Florida virgina then told me to bring the tuck back how am I going to bring it back with a load in the truck it took my driver 19 hours to get to Florida because of this problem got no help from these people whats so ever not once have they offered me a tow to get my truck not once offered me any money back in return nothing whats so ever they got paid 13000 dollars I was a good paying customer not. guy who its coming in for a oil change and while these people go home every night they are happy with there kids and me I'm crying infront of mine because I dont know whats going to happen to us through out the whole ordeal I told virgina my wife is in the hospital fighting for her life that I'm the bread winner in my family and nothing no body feels bad for me life just goings on for every one else my own insurance company will even answer my call to have everything re looked at I pay all this money for nothing

This is the 2nd time I've had to have them work on something, 1st time my truck, 2nd time my reefer unit, awesome folks and they kept me from losing my seafood load, Ol Hard Luck sure preciates yall!

We are in Omaha,NE & our truck that was being transported for a new box, broke down in GA. The driver was able to drive it to a near by hotel & These guys were great, didn't even have to tow they were able to fix on site the next morning! We appreciated everything they did.

Walked into the front desk and the staff was rude out the gate for no reason . Customer service was horrible and I was forced to leave . Would NOT recommend spending your money at a place like this .

We blew a tire and everything was closed. They let us keep our boat and trailer in their gated lot all night. In the morning we got a new tire and they let us use their tools to get the new tire on! We are so grateful.

Needed my truck fixed over the memorial weekend and they opened on Tuesday they got me right in and diagnosed problem and started working on it and getting all the parts. All the part were there and started to take apart 10 hrs later all done. Price was pretty good.

Virginia with Kenda Truck Center of Georgia knew within minutes what was wrong with my vechicle when multiple tire places(4 to be exact) who would never take the time to even look at the possibility that I may have something wrong with my tire and would only put air in it. I drive up and down the instersate daily and also a mother who carries precious cargo.I guess it took a woman to care enough to find the problem within minutes. Thanks to Victoria for getting me back on the road with no issues and feeling safe !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND HER!! THEY ARE TRULY THERE TO HELP!!Service: General repairs

Nice Staff and knowledgeable mechanics I had major rear end work done on my truck fixed and back running in less than 24hrs and prices was reasonable..If you in the Valdosta,Ga area and need some work done small or major Kenda Truck Center is the go to..Thanks!!

My Grandma got stuck in Valdosta with a flat time & all of us 40+ minutes away from her. Kenda Truck Center was the only shop in the area eager to help her with her flat tire and even advised her on what to do from here. Couldn t ask for better, more professional, timely service! Thankful I could trust that my loved one was in good hands since we couldn t be there to help ourselves!Service: Tire change

They advertise that they are 24/7 and when I was released from jail I had to come get my car nobody nowhere!!! But they sure was open when police towed my car!!I was so upset after long drive which is no one's fault but ours in this situation! My 21 yr old daughter was arrested for suspended license coming from a trip with family in Miami. So she was alone and scared so after the jail experience it was time to get car out of impound it was 5am but the officers told my daughter that Kenda would be open because they are 24/hrs. So we proceed to get car. I spoke to staff day before I came because I knew it was holiday and I didn t want to be stuck until Tuesday unprepared! So nobody was to be found and no one answered the many numbers that I had available so our bad situation got worse! So after one of staff was rude to me I felt even worse! But staff member came to door and he was very friendly and helpful. Even beyond what he was required to do! He was compassionate and understanding that we were out of town and he worked with us!The staff member that was rude reached out and apologized for not being the most happiest person at 5 am on a Sunday morning! I realized just like I was going thru a small crisis maybe she was too and she even allowed me to explain my frustration and she was very sympathetic! So I just want to say thank you! I changed my review to 5 star! I just hope we can try to look outside our own crisis to be a blessing to someone else having a small crisis too! I m satisfied customer!

These guys will get you going again. Had to use them twice - once they changed a carrier bearing on the side of the interstate at 1am and the second time they drove from valdosta ga to Tallahassee FL to pick up 2 Air Bags and only charged me $100.00 delivery fee.Absolutely awesome Service!

We arrived at Kenda after 8pm needing diagnosis on a badly vibrating vehicle, en route from Florida to Ohio. Louis and the other technicians took good care of us and got us out the door at a fair price and within a few hours. Would recommend.
