Had a window problem for 3 weeks in my G35 and Derian Brown fixed it in 2...yes 2 minutes keep him on deck because WOW!!! BRAVO!!! Professional people who care with a genuine smile within the business and great prices! I HIGHLY APPRECIATE & RECOMMEND!!!

Great people and service! They fixed my windshield in no time and there was a place that didn't seal. Called them and they fixed it really fast. The staff were all nice. A really great company.

If you want a beautiful professional glass installation call Tasha. From start to finish, they are professional, and they do what they say. They don t sell you or talk in circles. They listen and they KNOW what they are doing. Skip the hassle and use Glass Pro.

They did as they said they would. Jimmy was a true professional and very cordial. He answered all of my questions. Tasha in the office was same. In the fast paced world we live in today this is appreciated.

We ordered a custom shower encloser. Rusty and David came at 8:00 sharp, quicky took out the old one and professionally put in the new one. It' was done before I knew it. We are very please with the new look. It was a pleasure to do business with Rusty, David, and all at American Glass.

Took 3 times to schedule them to just measure. After not showing up the 2 days to install, I had to call them to reschedule the installation. Finally done. Price was reasonable but they lack alot on communication. They did install the windows professionally and good workmanship. Overall it was a stressful experience and glad it's over with.

I had a cracked windscreen that needed replacing. Called GlassPro and they scheduled me promptly and completed the job ahead of schedule and were very efficient working with my insurance company. I am very pleased with the service they provided me.

I took my Ford pick up truck in to have windshield replaced they called me and notified me that my windshield was not broken but was only a scratch The cost was going to be $700 I have never experienced a company that would not have proceeded to replace the windshield and make the $700 in cash these people are honest trustworthy And I would recommend anyone with any type of glass needs to visit them where they're a great service I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet the Valdosta Georgia American glass and I would recommend them to everyone and I will use them in the future God-bless them one and allService: Auto side window replacement

Scheduled an "appointment" 3 days in advance for 8am. Was told vehicle would be ready for pickup around noon. I called at 1:30 to inquire on my vehicle and was informed that walk-ins we're prioritized over my appointment. Blame was placed squarely on me for assuming an appointment would take priority over a walk-in! Lololololol Will take my business somewhere else.

I had my windshield replaced at this business. It was recommended by my insurance company. Long story short after the first time they replaced it, my trim above the windshield flew off my car when I left, after it was replaced the next day, I now have paint missing off of the front and back of my car. The company told me they put tape on my car and when they pulled it off that paint came off. I was better off with a cracked windshield. I am now left with a price of 2,000.00 to get my car repainted. I tried to reach out to Glass Pro but no one has contacted me. I felt like I needed to warn others. Took my H3 to have the sunroof checked as it was leaking water all over my carpets every time it rained. Pro Glass resolved the leaking problems and cleared the drains at a reasonable price. The mechanics and front administration ladies were friendly and very knowledgeable. Just had more bad weather and no leaks! Thank you for everything! Service: Auto windshield leak repair

Three visits to the store, and the price increased already. They still didn t get it done right.All this, after I had brought a sample with me during the first visit. If you want to deal with friendly people and get charged extra for an unfinished job, this is the place for you.If you want the job done right, stay away from this place.

I just needed my rearview mirror reattached to my windshield. I tried using the department store kit a couple of times and it stayed for a day or two before falling again. They were able to do glue it quickly and hopefully it will stay put now. I'll let you know if it doesn't

OMGG - RUN don't walk TO Glass Pro/American Glass in Valdosta if you're in need of Windshield repair/replace or any other GLASS need. This business is top notch - IMHO. Had my windshield repaired today - and about 20 minutes later - I was driving home. All employees I met were courteous, happy & smiling - and THAT SAYS SOMETHING. Anyway - this is an TEN (10) STAR business in a 5 Star world - just sayin'Service: Auto windshield repair

Seems like they do good work if I need anything windows or glass fixed, I would definitely go through with them. The receptionist and front desk are nice as well!

I ordered over the phone told them what measurements I needed and payed for a special order. When it came in I realized the people at American glass wrote down the wrong measurements and they refused to replace it and make it right my busines has to eat about $370 because of there screw up I recommend that no one do business at American glass

Called after seeing services with prices listed on website. Window tinting not done on vehicles and prices online are lower than what they quote over the phone. Not eating the actual work done but the misinformation listed.

Coustomer service was very poor. The woman who took my call was rude and did not seem to care about taking my order or getting my business. I will seek out other businesses in the area for my glass and mirror needs.
