This company cost me $900 in repairs! I drove up needing 2 tires replaced and my brakes. This company does not do brakes must I note. But the man yelled for a man across the parking lot to put the brakes I bought on the vehicle. Note again they dont do brakes and the man was not employed with them. As I go to leave I realized the brakes are Not working properly they said they had to be pumped so I continued to do that went through 2 red lights almost got hit almost died. So when I returned notice that there was no break fluid. An hr later the break fluid ran out now there's a problem that wasnt existing before. the break line was hit causing a hole in the hose. It was leaking in the caliphers which messed up both rotors.Then the drivers tire I just had him put on had slow leak. Thats how we discovered the tire I was sold had a plug in it which explains why it was driving rough. Ending story my truck had to be towed and $900 in repairs. The man that put the brakes on the truck wasnt affiliated with the company but used the tools and the tire shop man gave me his number which I havent got a response. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone ever. I called to let him know everything and simply asked for my money back and was told he didnt care. And he sells plugged tires all the time. And it was my fault I asked about the brakes he found someone to do them. Which could have ended tragically still stated he didnt care. If u want to live I would not ever go here . I'm currently trying to find a lawyer to sue them. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

absolutely terrible. told me no apple pay just to go back and accept apple pah after not accepting the alternative method of payment HE OFFERED! just to charge me $20 more!!!i went here because i was desperate but understand this. ANY place is better than this! id rather get my tire from zaxbys!

Kind staff. My van had flat tire on I-75 N on a Saturday evening close to 5pm and still 3+ hours away from home. They were pretty much only store that answered the call and offered to change our flat tire. After replacing donut tire we travelled couple of miles further north (towards home) and could not turn back . The kind staff member called us to remind they are still open in case we needed help. We were 25+ miles north to their store and found a close by walmart that changed our tire. However we appreciate their call back. Thank you.

Was aight got a used tire for 50 bucks mounted it for 5 but didn't give me change after sayin they took cards then after mounted the tire acted like he ain't take cards so had go get cash

Nice little place good prices on tires but you gotta take your tires with you or it will cost for them to dispose of them.

Talk about clutch! Blue a tire on my way home from work at 10:00 p.m. I called the number because the gate was closed and within 5 minutes someone was out there ready to help me get my tire changed and now I'm sitting in the checkers drive-thru! You guys are awesome! Please keep doing what you guys do because you guys are making a big difference in the community by offering us a cheaper alternative to big tire companies!

Fast service friendly staff but the employee i worked with stayed on his cellphone the entire time I was working with him oh and if you leave your old tires they charge extra for that.

These folks are amazing. The man that works there doesn't hesitate to honor any requests you may have and he cares and I mean really cares about his customers. Exactly the company I dont mind spending my hard earn money on. Affordable used tires in like new condition, and you will be sure to get quality service, and accuracy. I would definitely go back!!!!

Amazing tire show. They do good work, have affordable tires. Chika is so much better than the previous owners. He got me two new tires and on my way in no time. It does cost a little extra for the disposal of your old tires, but that's a small price compared to the fast and great customer service you get.

Such a nice man that owns the shop. Helped me out after a blowout...stayed open late waiting on me to get there with blown out tire. Was fast to get us back on the road and fairly priced. And then he called to see how it worked out this morning...amazing customer service! Highly recommend this shop! Thank you so much again!

Wife s tire went flat at 5pm on 2/22/2022 and mavis, Firestone and Walmart were all of zero help. Walmarts associates even stated at me in the parking lot for ten minutes before coming out to tell me they couldn t fit me in today, could they schedule me. Yes because flat tires are something you schedule!Freedom tire hooked me up fast, friendly and at a great price!!!

The gentleman who works in the shop did barely anything right. He was stealing my tire valve covers and became aggressive when I asked for them back. He also used bead sealer instead of vulcanized cement to fix the plug he put in the tire that he sold me, which had a hole. It started off as a cheaper and reasonable process, but I ended up being better off buying a brand new tire from a different shop.

The gentleman that runs the shop is a lifesaver. We were a few hundred miles from home and still a couple hundred miles from our hotel when our tire went flat. Everywhere was closed and there wasn't a hotel nearby. Thankfully we found him on Google. He met us at the shop and had us back out on the road in no time.

Gave me a reliable used tire for a fair price. I went because of a random flat late at night and the guy there did seem like he really did not want to be there and he wanted me to know which was akward, but he did the job quickly and efficiently so I'd definitely go back if ever needed.

Well I got two tires from them that didn't even last 4 days and the exploded so I had to buy 2 brand new ones... they were nice people but the office was a little outdated and hardly anywhere to sit to wait..

Popped a trailer tire on 75S. One of the only places open at 930pm. Gave us a great tire and mounted it all for $50. Highly recommend this place.

This is a very nice business that sells used and new tires. You get quality tires with good threads for both used and tires. Anytime, you are in valdosta, and you need used and new tires, make sure you stop at Freedom Used and New Tires in Valsosta. It is the best !

We had a flat tire on a 1000 mile road trip! He had us in and out in 15 minutes - on a Saturday at 6:00 pm. Awesome service!

Just some good honest guys trying to make an honest living. I was quoted $200 for balancing and rotating tires. They did the same thing for almost Half the price. Highly recommended

A previous tire shop sold me a tire that had barely life in it and didn't even balance it. But these guys did the exact opposite. And mad sure the rest of my tires were Good.

Charged me $30 to plug 2 tires, but it's my fault because I didn't ask the price until after the work was done. I didn't realize that the business was under new management

Pretty good place to get tires. They are a little pricy though, $45 for one tire but the tires are somewhat kind of new. I would recommend this place to anybody needing a good tire.

Place claims to be 24/7, yet I called them at 5:16am after blowing a tire on the way to Florida and they said we re not a 24 hour tire place . If you re not going to operate as a 24 hour tire shop, do not advertise as one.

Sold me a bad tire. Went and got it plugged. Charged me for patching it up. Next day it went flat again. Won t replace tire. Now I have to buy another tire. Will not be back

I would rate it a 0 if I could. Me and my fianc�e brought a tire from this place and the tire went flat the next day. Such an inconvenient and disappointing experience. I will not be going back there.

Called for pricing and guy on phone yelled at me. I hung up and after his third attempt in rapid succession to call me back I blocked their number. Customer Service appears to be lacking!
