Robbie, the owner of Deloach Automotive, has earned himself a lifelong customer! My go to mechanic shop in Valdosta. He's HONEST and at no time did I ever feel like he wasn't. He's straight forward and to the point. His mechanic gets an A+. If you need your vehicle fixed, I would HIGHLY recommend him. Thank you Robbie! It was a pleasure meeting you.

I have known both Robbie(owner) and Dennis (best mechanic I have ever known) for years. They will provide the most accurate diagnosis and the best repair result at the most reasonable price in Valdosta. If you need your car fixed, this is the place to go for a really top notch job. I sent my 1999 Ford Explorer in for an inspection to see what all needed to be repaired after it had been sitting for close to a year following the passing of my father. Robby, the owner, treated me with honesty and kindness from the start. He took a couple of days to give the truck a thorough inspection and then provided a detailed quote on what needed to be done and then mentioned some additional services that were not mechanically needed, but would improve the overall quality of the truck. I went for everything.Fast forward a week and he had everything complete. We're talking major service. He had my truck ready to go on a transport from Valdosta to Massachusetts with time to spare AND it was under what I expected to pay. I drove that vehicle for the first time in years and it performed flawlessly. For a truck with 186,000 miles and 23 years under its belt it drives smooth and without any issues.I would strongly recommend DeLoach Automotive to anyone who is looking for service in Valdosta. Honesty, accuracy, and genuine human decency are the what you can expect. Plus, you know your car is going to be fixed correctly the first time. You can't beat that! I have been going to Deloach Automotive for over 10 years. His mechanics are the best and he is a very honest man and a great mechanic. I feel very comfortable there and I don t feel comfortable at a lot of places. He will tell you what you need done, how urgent or if it can wait, and what you should do. I trust the place and now my son goes there too.

The the mechanic's there are very skilled and multi faceted.Staff was courteous and professional. The problem with my vehicle was quickly and correctly diagnosed. It's a good shop" 5 stars, I have no complaints

First of all 5 stars for the Mechanic and 1 star for the owner. I have been a customer now for almost 10 years and they usually treat me fair but yesterday he quoted $225.00 for a 4 cylinder engine tuneup and later added a $84.00 coil but the final bill was $434.21. He claims NAPA charged correctly for the parts but when I called them it appears he added 53.4% to their prices. I questioned him and he said because of his 1 year warranty. NAPA has a 3 year warranty on their parts! Time to find another service facility!Service: Auto engine tuning

Very trustworthy auto repair shop. Customer service is top notch. Mr. Deloach treats you like family. They are closed for two weeks due to a mechanic being out. I need my oil changed but I will wait until they return. I will not take my vehicle to any other automotive shop.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My son is a student at VSU and his starter went out over the weekend. DeLoach happened to be close and Robbie and his team helped out immensely. Fair pricing on labor and friendly team. I am so thankful for them and the professionalism displayed during the repair of our vehicle.

Me and my husband went there with our minivan that we had just bought. After a week it was breaking down and 3 different mechanics told us it was a Lifter and we needed the whole thing replaced and the van would have to be in the shop for 3 to 5 days. We took the van here on a sat for drop off they said they would open her up and see the problem. My husband got a call and they said it was something toyltally different easier and cheaper to fix and it would be ready Monday !! They were amazing, true to sale, honest upstanding place and people!!

Took my car in early this week told MR. Deloach the problems I was having with my vehicle I told him there was a bad window, the motor was tapping, and the transmission was slipping they worked on the car and MR Deloach called me personally and told me that the tapping noise wasn t coming from my motor but the from a actuator but when they finished and I came to pick it up that tapping in the engine was even louder and the transmission was slipping even worse and when I tried to contact MR Deloach with a video of the tapping noise coming from the motor I got no reply - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE (I DON T RECOMMEND)Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Although I just called the wrong auto shop, Mr. Deloach was absolutely very helpful in directing me to the shop I was looking for. Brought my vehicle In because the transmission was slipping and the brakes where noisy but when I got it back after Deloach worked on it , it ran for a week then the transmission blew completely and the check engine light came on when I tried to contact the establishment they said it wasn t their problem and told me to make a nice day - I DO NOT RECOMMEND U COME HERE DELOACH AUTO SERVICE IS BERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Service: Transmission

Brought my car in to get a brake change and computer diagnostic because it was running badly the past couple days I brought it in and they assured me everything was running in good condition a couple days later I was driving and a head gasket blew I ended up calling a tow truck and taking it to a different shop don t bring your cars here it s a scam they only want your moneyService: Brakes
