Terrible other than they did come fast and took money faster. They charged 150 service fee and they just broke lugs free so I could put my own tires on. I originally called to see if they could change one tire, when they got there I asked them if they could loosen all lugs as I could not get all of them without impact. Mark I believe as that was his name in cash app. Stated I didn't quote all that. Like it takes two minutes to do. I am well aware of mobile mechanics as my kids dad does that kind of work in Brunswick Ga. Our fee is no where near 150, and I am glad to know he would of helped the next person out, but these guys hell no! They were unprofessional and not geared towards Customer Service the young man that did the work was pleasant the older one just needs his head in a motor and not talk to anyone. Tried to say he was doing me a favor that it normally was 250 on holiday today is Monday the 1st it's not a holiday that was yesterday and why I didn't call yesterday . Do yourself a favor and call Robinson's. If your not from that area he helped and was very kind Gentleman and his price was fair!

I called for an estimate just on a service call. Just the price for them to show up in Valdosta. In town, where they are located. $250. Flat rate. Not to actually do anything. Not to touch the car. Not to move it, tow it, pop the hood. Nothing. Just show up. In town. Maybe a few miles from their location. I can only imagine how much their actual services cost if they charge $250 for driving maybe 3 miles. Not everyone is rolling in mechanics money. Some of us are living in the real world. Just trying to get home from work without getting robbed.

Seemed educated about cars my only issue is they( Father and son) came out quoted me for brakes and even though they stated that might not be the problem I was still willing to get it down because I knew I needed it. Payed the 150 fee for them to come out to diagnose the vehicle but they stopped answering phone calls after stating they were waiting on parts. It was unprofessional because I waited for them and I shouldn t have since they never had intention on coming back out.

These guys are great they answered my call first thing this morning and said they would be out as soon as they were free and they were to me within the hour! They were very honest and fair on price for the work done! Thank you again and I wish I could give these guys a 10 star because I would have!

These guys are out here scamming people. They charged me $250 to come look at my truck. When they came and looked at my truck I started it up and they said it need an alternator and they would get it and the $250 would go towards putting the part on. I've called them several times and they want answers or return my calls. Yea Mark and Jesse are Scammer

Had an issue where my skid plate under my car came loose and I couldn't safely continue on my road trip from St. Louis to North Naples, FL. AAA said I'd have to wait 4 hours and they would only tow me to a mechanic that was closed on the weekend. Crow's Foot answered and showed up in 10 minutes. They fixed the issue on the spot and asked for an extremely low payment. They were friendly and cared. 10/10 service, highly recommend.

We had to replace a caliper and didn t have the right tools. After 2 hours of struggling we called these guys! They showed up in less than 30 minutes and had it finished and fixed in 30! Very professional! Thank you again!

These guys were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and fair with their pricing. My car broke down near the FL/GA line and it ended up that my radiator needed to be replaced. They don t upcharge parts at all just pay for the labor of installation. They had it replaced within 45 minutes of arriving! Although I hope to never have to use them again, if the need ever arises, I would definitely be calling them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I called at 7am to see if they could replace my alternator they came at 9am and replaced my battery and alternator and got my car running smoothly at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by another shop. I have a 7.3l Diesel that had an alternator fire and these guys got me all sorted out. Helped me identify the issues, figure out what I needed, and even grabbed some parts for me when I wasn't able to because of work.Good price, Knowledgeable and Friendly. He had me pay $350 for work I didn t need. Waste of money and he new what I needed done and did something completely different and didn t fix the problem at all. He claimed I didn t mention the reason of him coming. Make that make since??

These guys were the best! I had an unexpected car emergency after my alternator died on me. I managed to get a new alternator asap but I needed a mechanic to put it in. I called every mechanic s shop that was open and everyone turned me down and said the couldn t help until Monday or Tuesday. The guys at Crows Foot we re a godsend. They happily agreed to help and came by later that evening to replace my alternator. Unfortunately, the shop that I bought my alternator from sold me the wrong kind and were closed by now. The guys at Crows Foot were incredibly understanding and said they d come back out the next day once I had the right alternator and would replace it for no additional cost at all. They were true to their word and came by the next day, replaced my alternator perfectly, and even told me something really valuable information about my car that I had never known before! Despite making these guys make 2 trips back and forth, I was only charged for one trip. They re my go-to mechanic now. I can t recommend them enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had a water line bust and they came right away to assess the situation. Their mechanic, Jesse, was amazing. He acquired the parts from the store, fixed our problem right away, and got us back on the road. We couldn't have asked for better service than we received. Jesse was polite and thorough. We were truly blessed by this experience.

tried finding a closer shop and another mobile mechanic but they weren't able to help and I needed my car to work for tomorrow. They came out after I told them what I thought was wrong, paid a fair price and got my coil replaced quickly. Even gave me advice on how what to avoid and look out for. So grateful for both of the men that came out. Honest, fast and good work.

I'm from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and I broke down on a business trip here in Valdosta Georgia the only people that would help me out was Crows Foot Mobile Auto repair.. Jesse and Mark we're on point, they helped me out. Got my car up and running and back on the road without them I would have been stuck here. Thank you so much for what you did for me today the price was very reasonable for the job that was done and they had it done within less than 20 minutes. I Give them a 5 star rating!! My friends and I broke down at the Georgia Welcome Center at the FL/GA state line. Jesse was the only person available to help us. He was so accommodating, very professional, explained everything he did to my vehicle in a way I could understand what was happening, and really just went above and beyond in his service to us, including finding affordable parts and pricing services for some broke college girls :) If you ever need a mobile tow, CALL JESSE AND MARK!!! If I could rate em more than 5 stars I would. They were so amazing, and should something happen to my car, I will definitely be using them again :)

Jesse and Mark were great, and the pricing couldn t be better. They told me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done and did it timely and clean. Window regulator was bad and window stuck down with rain coming. They installed it in no time and you couldn t tell anyone had even worked on it. This company no longer has their Facebook page up, they do still have the Baratta 24/7 mobile page up. Do not recommend these people to anybody. Unless you have thousands you're ready to throw away. My vehicle is far from repaired. I've left messages & been patient for MONTHS. & now that I'm going to social media & leaving Google reviews, they are removing business pages from their socials, & blocking me. Upon further research, I've found that this is a recurring issue with them. Don't let my mistake be yours too!! ALSO If you notice the 2 most recent Google reviews, (the 5 star reviews of course,) were left by friends of the business owner. & you can find that out with a little digging on Facebook. Specifically noting how well they return calls & take care of business. That is far from the truth. Crows foot or Barratta, whatever you wanna call your business for the day, I'd be more than happy to change my review, if you'd be willing to unblock me, call me, or I don't know, make things right? If you can't do the job, dont offer your services, & take customers hard earned money so that you can make a quick buck.Service: Engine repair

Mark and Jessie came out to help me, was on the road to Tennessee for work and my truck broke down. Guys came out quickly and put a fuel pump in my truck. Excellent service and got me on the road quickly. Price was good too.
