This is the only place from now on that I will buy any batteries, the staff changed my cars battery in 10 minutes and I was on my way again. Very professional staff. Make this your one stop battery store for sure, very good prices also!!

The attendant was helpful in replacing the battery. He answered all of my questions and placed the battery on the cart for me. Those batteries are heavy! I will return.

Kade, David, and Tony are the Best. They helped me resolve an issue with my truck and got me safely on my way during a hurricane. The store is always clean and they are very prompt to offer service. Just swing by and they will help you with all your battery needs. I deal with them in regard to my work wherein I often need emergency lighting battery packs. The response time is great and they never fail to meet expectations

Awesome staff here. Tony the manager helped us with our golf cart purchase. Everyone in the store went above and beyond our expectations. Any questions we had they went above what we could've asked to answer them. Highly recommend this store.

Tony, Kade and David at Battery Source are TRUE professionals. I recently purchased the evolution six seater golf cart, which I highly recommend these guys took care of the paperwork in under 20 minutes and had the golf cart at my house in less than an hour, the few minor issues that I ve had with the golf cart were quickly taken care of by the battery source team at no cost because it s under warranty. These mechanics are intelligent, kind and communicative. This is how business should be done!! I can t tell you enough just how professional these guys are they went over the golf cart with a fine tooth comb and had it back to me in a day. Without a shadow of a doubt all future golf cart and golf cart accessories purchased will be made at this location. Thee Battery Source team in Valdosta are ROCKSTARS! Thanks again gentlemen!

On multiple occasions, Battery Source has been helpful in solving my battery problems whether they were on my tractor, car, van, or power wheels. Their service makes me go out of my way to do business with them.In my most recent interaction, Tony helped explain the situation with my battery and kindly laid out the options. He dealt with my skepticism that the battery was done for and tested it overnight to ensure that it was actually dead.I highly recommend!

They were able to get to our golf cart repair quickly, and didn't try to sell us any unnecessary parts. When I asked about repairing a guage they wanted to test it first and then tell me how much that gauge was before installing it. Friendly people and a clean store. I now know where to go for any battery I may need, as well as golf cart repair.

We worked with Kevin to purchase our golf cart. He was very helpful with the purchase. We highly suggest if you are looking for a golf cart to visit Battery Source in Valdosta and work with Kevin. We spoke with lots of other dealers in South Georgia and by far this was the best experience that we had during our search. Kind, Knowledgeable,and best price for the product.

I went there 2 times the 1st time to get watch batteries for eight watches the employee couldn't open the back of the first watch he didn't have proper tools he was trying to use a razor blade to open it, he told me he didn't want to scratch it too badly because they were nice watches I cancelled that and left. The 2nd time I went there was a different employee he helped me with the two small batteries I need it but then when I had questions for other items such as battery maintainers or chargers he acted as if he was too tired and wanted to go sit down he wasn't interest it in my questions so I left and just ordered off of Amazon And I don't plan on going back 0 stars if I could for their rating and no help.

Pulled in with my 2006 Harley Dyna Super Glide and Anthony went right to work. He matched the old battery carefully and installed my new battery in just a few moments. (Free of charge, I might add) Customer service was exceptional and the experience was GREAT. Value and Convenience. Who could ask for more?

I arrived at Battery Source at 5:22 P.M. They close at 6:00. I needed a battery and was told I could buy it but he couldn t put it in because they close at 6:00. One thing COVID had done is shot a hole in customer service. This will be remembered LONG after COVID is gone. Went to Auto Zone for a battery and got great service. Very sad because I have gone to Battery Source for years and purchased batteries for everything from a lawn mower to an RV. I do not plan on EVER returning. After all, replacing a battery took 15-20 minutes. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Today I went into the store and the guy working went up and beyond to help me ! I honestly haven't gotten that good of customer service in a while . I would def check them out and when I called around to compare prices they were cheaper !

DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTIES!!I came in to the store because my 5 year warrantied car battery went bad after 4 years. I was immediately told that a warranty didn't matter if it was put in a vehicle not rated for it. When Tony the manager looked it up, he said my battery was 585 amps, looked up my Trooper (which was rated 580-625 amps), then changed his words again to say my battery was only 480 amps. Don't go here for your batteries. They will NOT honor the warranties and WILL lie to you and cheat you.
