Great place to shop. Friendly people. Friendly service. Get your car fixed. Tires, appliances, odds and ends stuff for your bicycles. You name it. Just an all-around store. Have traded there for years and years.

Such a great experience finding a washer that fit my needs and budget! Delivery and pickup within 24 hours. Delivery team was so friendly and accommodating when I was stuck on a call. We are so fortunate to have such an awesome local company in Valdosta!

I love the friendly nature of the owner and employees. On this particular day, I was bounced back and forth from one person to another before I was able to finally pay my bill. I also hate that there is a $2 over the phone charge. Thankfully, we usually pay in person.

RECOMMENDATIONSIf you go here for bicycle service ensure that you put the Scope of Work in WRITING and document it, ensuring they have a copy.If you have time and ability record all interactions (work completed, who completed).Ensure you know who you are speaking to at the store if you are approached:Determine if they are an employee, just another customer, etc.Take note of who is working on your bike and confirm that they work for the store.Do not purchase anything additional until you have tested and ensure your item is working appropriately.If it is not and there is not appropriate and reasonable action taken to complete the work per scope provided and agreed upon (IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU GET THIS UPFRONT-they will keep peaceful and just do "something" charge you for it and then offer you things you don't want or need if you come back another time to prevent them from actually doing the work and attempt to alter the perception of why you are there.Make it clear that you are refusing anything that is not in the scope. You don't want anything "free" you don't want to come back another time. You need to have the scope of the actual items completed that you came in for.

They are very friendly but the prices are way over priced a set of tires they wanted to sell me for $1275.00 I got from Sams mounted and balanced for $720 the exact same brand.. but if you don t have good credit then they are awesome.

They have a great inventory and very reasonable prices. In fact we just purchased a new clothes dryer a week ago. Got a good deal, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Definitely give them a try. Great people and service.

Very good local business for all your hardware, appliances, tires, and more. Super friendly staff with tons of knowledge on fixing and finding the items that you need. They also fix bicycles and put tubes in different tire sizes.

Whatever you do, do not buy a washer or dryer from Western Auto. Their customer service is very poor and dealing with them about having our under warranty washing machine fixed has been a nightmare. A complete nightmare!Editing to add not one time did they call me with a update from December-May. I called to check on my machine months later and asked for a updated call the following week after the test were run on the machine as the guy said. Never heard a word. My husband called and they said they would find out more info and call him back. He didn t hear from them either. I called again and they said my machine was at the store and ready. The lady I spoke to wasn t sure how long it had been there or why no one had called me to let me know. My machine they had since December was at their store and ready and THEY DID NOT CALL ME to let me know. You can t blame that on covid. I m sorry. There is no excuse for your lack of communication.I think you missed the point of my last response. Reread that last sentence. Everything would have been fine if you communicated. A phone call and returned phone call would have been appreciated. Even a phone call that my machine was ready would have been even better. I simply just wanted some communication from you guys. That is all. You are trying to avoid the fact that you guys are in the wrong here with communication and trying to blame something else. I think we are done here.

Walked in, bought a washing machine, paid, had it loaded, and out of the store in 12 minutes. It would have taken me that long to find an employee at big box stores. - extremely helpful staff, great selection of speed queen washers and dryers. Will continue to do business with them in the future. Well worth the 45 min drive.

On a 100 degree day my battery died stranding me and my 5 year old son in a parking lot. Not only did they have the battery, they brought it to me along with tools to swap it out as well as drinks and popsicles. Top notch service and care, cannot support enough.

After buying from them for 20 years I never will again. Brand new washer broke after 6 weeks & almost 5 months later still was not repaired. All they would say was to call the repair company who would say to call the manufacturer. Always made payments on time & paid accounts off early before this incident. Showed me all they care about is getting their money. Horrible customer service!

Great lil, store, with nice people. They have a large variety of stuff to enjoy. Only reason I took a star off is because I gave them a part number for a filter and they still sold me a wrong part. I live 25 miles away, so will have to wait till next weekend when I go in town to get it exchanged. Outside of that, it's quite a decent store.

Went in to check on a leak and my car code read that I needed a coolant thermostat. However, not only did I need that but also a water pump. They did an amazing job finding the source of my leak and also repairing it within a day. They were busy so I had to drop my car off but they contacted me every step of the way- Hugh and Gary were my contact people and they kept me abreast of everything. They told me upfront the cost and charges for the repair before fixing it; also setting me up with an account in the store so that I could make a payment plan to pay off the remaining balance. My car is fixed, it's running well, and I'll definitely let them continue to handle my car needs.

I called the shop yesterday (11/14/2017) and spoke with the shop manger he was very rude. I asked him why was he charging me $13 per spark plug when Napa and Autozone had them listed on their website for $7.99 and his exact words were well if you don t like the prices you can take your car to another shop to me that was rude and unprofessional. I then approved the extreme mark up for the parts, and told him I will bring the car in for repairs. When I got up there first thing the next morning 8:45am 11/15/2017 he quickly told me that I m extremely busy and I can t get to your car today. I was so upset from his unprofessional ways I quickly remembered how rude he was to me on the phone the day before, and I addressed it. After we exchanged heated words he then called the owner of this shop and told me to get out. Very rude and unprofessional business practices here, so I won t be going back and encourage everybody else to stay far away.P.S. if I could have gave 0 stars I would have.

Rude. Just outright rude. I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau and seeking a legal remedy. I can't stress how rude. Your issue with another client is not my issue whom has NEVER dealt with you before.

Very friendly staff ,been buying ,my first go to for household items and they even makea 90 mile round trip delivery for you can't beat that service .Keep it up Western Auto good to still have a family run business in this day of non personal service

BE ADVISED TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. I wish I could give this Auto Repair Center 0 stars thats what they really deserve. My sister and I dropped her car off on a Friday to simply replace a part the manager told us it would be done by Mon. Monday comes around and now he hasn't touched the car he gives her a story that the labor alone will cost a least $300 however he could lower the price if she picked up the part from the dealer. She did and returned then he brought the price back up and said it won't be done until Wed. We are here today expecting to pick up the car and he has now told us it has a blown head gaskit. I'm trying to help my sister not blow a gaskit, 3 working days later, purchasing and delivering a part and $300 dollars down the drain and the car still isn't working. Now we have to have it towed at our own expense somewhere else. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
