I hadn't been to any oil change company like this in decades but decided to give it try because of the hassle of finding a ride from the mechanic. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the oil change was (30 minutes) and the mechanic who did the service was super nice. The website has coupons to use so the price and value were great! I'll definitely be back!

As far as the actual service all was good but upon leaving I saw my next service was due in 3,000 miles. I paid for a 7,000 mile oil change so I'm not sure why I paid extra for full synthetic and high mileage serviceUpdate the district manager called me. I did get the 7000 mile service the stickers are computer generated and unless you ask foe the correct milage it will only show changes at 3000. I am grateful for the call... Maybe the need to manually change the milage for customers that pay to have the extended milage

Price of service changed from quote at beginning to ring up. Not because of add ons but tech not knowing his job, when I told the manager no comment or explanation was given. Also they lie on their service paperwork, I did not refuse my windshield to be cleaned as it was listed on the ticket as I would have appreciated the service that used to be done pre covid and for the cost of over $265, for only an oil change.

I am typing this while the oil change is happening. Absolutely excellent customer service! The staff is super professional, kind, and thorough! They filled our tires, checked filters, topped off other vehicle fluids, changed the oil, and checked for other things. I haven t seen a full service oil change like this in years. Impressed and highly recommend! Thank you ALF Staff!

I suggest all ladies please bring along a man when going there, cause they will attempt to add more things to your oil change please alway get a second apenipn opinion.. Thank goodness my husband was with me.. Other then that it was quick..

They Broke the handle off dip stick he said second one that day. Told me to buy new one and they will help pulling broken one out. Brought car back and they said they don t do that I ll have to take it somewhere else. Not responsible for wear and tear breakage. Won t be back

I have been getting my oil changed at America Lube since I moved to Valdosta (1999). The service is always great and the workers are always nice and pleasant I highly recommend their service.

Used the Valdosta branch as we live there initially but will be coming to Tifton for Drs appointments and will definitely use this branch as the service guys were very professional and friendly and the area was spotless given what you all do there was remarkable .. 10s all around !!!

Went here for an oil change today and have been coming here for the past few years. Let me start by saying John who did my oil was so professional and polite, 5 stars for him and my oil change but I would give ZERO stars if I could for the other staff members. They were so rude and condescending towards John (I believe he may have been newer) to where the other tech working would ask a question, John would respond and the other tech working on the other car would yell "I'm not talking to you!". John asked the person below if they were ready for him to pour in the oil, both times the person below said yes. Turns out the person below wasn't ready and said he was answering the other tech and not John and it was John's fault that the oil was being poured at the wrong time when John had clearly asked twice if the tech below was ready.I hope you understand that I would and never ever will support a business that degrades and talks down to their coworkers and other employees. If you think we don't notice, we absolutely do. Another employee checked in to work and when John asked him a question he responded with "Just pretend that I'm not here".I hope these men realize how pathetic and immature they sound and I hope they lose business over acting like a bunch of preschoolers to another employee. Shout out to John and his 5 star service, I hope he can find a job where people treat him like he deserves to be treated, as a normal human being. SHAME ON YOU OTHER AMERICAN LUBE FAST EMPLOYEES!

I would definitely come back here for my oil change. The most thorough service I've ever had! Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. They didn't try to oversell me on anything and the stuff they did recommend changing, they showed and explained exactly why it needed changing. Highly recommend!
