Don t see Amy if you want to be serviced by someone who gives poor customer service, who would rather talk to her friend on the phone, and almost spend $300-$400 on a part you didn t need. When in actuality it was just a battery issue. And I appreciate the black gentleman (who s name I don t remember) who hooked me up with my battery!!

MAN! When I say awesome I mean ALL CAPS, , AWESOME the two guys who assisted me were the real thing.They gave me the pads I needed the necessary tools to get my DIY craving satisfied and even walked me through a video I pulled up on my Note 9. I can only hope to have an equally pleasant buying experience as a result of an unforeseen expense within the next years.Thanks A-BILLION ADVANCE AUTO PARTS.

Amy the manager is unprofessional and lies about simple stuff. She didn t want to take my package because she was just too lazy, if she is the manager I feel bad for that place, I ll never use them. She is the only one I ve ever had a problem with.

Normal when I shop at this store ever worker is great. Walker was getting frustrated and I can tell by his face Expression asking me for a lighter to used to burn my batteries wire. His respond who does not Carried a lighter with them that's something that you should keep to yourself. I understand that it was raining and yawl not allow to work on vehicles but the rain had stop during that moment.

John, who works at this location lacks customer service and needs educated on his job description. He was very rude and denied a refund after one of their products not working for me. I called the Bemiss location and explained what was going on and they told me to come in for a refund asap. They apologized for the bad customer service I received at the Ashley street location. I ended up giving the refund money to the cashier as a tip. It wasn t about the money, it s the principle! Thank you Bemiss location, SCREW YOU JOHN FROM THE ASHLEY STREET LOCATION!

Walking distance from my house makes for convenience. Flip Flop employees experience.On one occasion the employee was the only one in the store. He still took his time and made sure he answered all of my questions.On a different visit there were multiple employees, ok encounters, but there was a challenge getting help at first, then no seemingly real concern with me getting what I needed, so I went to NAPA (see prior post on NAPA).

Shout out to James and John! Especially John who helped me tremendously as my car broke down in their parking lot and had to be towed ..as i am deaf and read lips they both were very polite in looking at me so I can read their lips..THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Broke down on side of the interstate, was in a real bind, needed fuel filters for a semi they had them, and brought them out to me. Super helpful,understanding and willing to help in anyway possible. I came back 4 days later and paid my bill,because my truck ended up at the shop. Definitely professionalism from a parts store.

Well you got to love this place & these employees, most are spot on knowledgeable. They are always very helpful and let you borrow a limited collection of tools at their store if you need to test things out. I recently borrowed an OBDII tool. It helped me immensely. I usually call four or five parts stores before I go by a part and they more or less usually the cheapest more times than not so the prices are on line with the cheapest in town on most things & they do a price match guarantee.

Mr. Chris was extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what I needed to do for my car and installed my new battery super quickly all with a smile on his face. Was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.

They never have products in store and it's more than one AAP in Valdosta. I always have to go to O'Reillys for everything and they never failed me. So don't waist your time going to AAP in this area

I had to go up to the desk to ask questions. Since the rep didn't bother to ask if I needed help. But he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly at the end. Decent prices with a smiling team.

You know how going to the parts store is like playing blackjack or Russian roulette sometimes you the winner sometimes you're the windshield and sometimes you are the bug but I got what I needed today on the first try maybe it was correctnothing against employees but most of the time getting the correct part from The parts House in like pulling the lever on a slot machinebut like anything else in life you do your homework before you make the adventure Time at all times outback

I was able to find a bulb that might have worked but they were not able to help me install it so I ultimately left and got amazing service at AutoZone.

Purchased a set of rear brake pads, installed them and drove less than 20 miles. In that very short distance, they were white hot and smoking heavily. ( Side note, the front set were power stop brand purchased from Napa but they didn't have the rears and we're over a week out causing this purchase. The entire brake system was changed at the same time so there was no locked up caliper causing the condition). I called the store immediately after seeing the pads, the initial person who answered was all sorts of up beat and ready to help until he figured out there was an issue. Sat on hold for approximately 6 minutes and finally a manager gets on the line. I explained what's happened and his first response was that my caliper had locked up ( keep in mind, this is over the phone). I explained to him the first symptoms of a locked caliper is that the wheel itself will not spin with the vehicle suspended and that the entire system was replace with all brand name parts except the rear pads that nobody had but that store and those were the only problematic parts. He insisted the very same thing a second time. After explaining to him that I have ase certified as well as multibrand factory certified, did he finally offer to refund my money but only after he wanted me to exchange them for the identical junk parts. I'm not a fan of being call centered at all so this has absolutely not been a good overall experience. It has been over a year since I visited this store for a can of on pb blaster and couldn't remember why I haven't been since and I now recall a very similar incident with a customer's vehicle where they tried the same thing.

Store was not in bad shape, nor was anyone rude- there just was nobody really offering assistance or even saying anything to ourselves or the other 2-3 people who walked in after us- only 1 was at the counter/upfront who was tied up w a customer, while there was 3-4 employees on duty, & not a single one even said hi or offered help/direction- We decided to just get the screws needed for our tag & take our business elsewhere for the other items needed for our new vehicle.

The clerk, Crystal, was very helpful and not annoyed and without a know-it-all attitude like I've experienced in the past at the same store. She went point of her way to find an out of the ordinary relay, told me the closest place to buy small engine parts (Was able to get the spark plug, carb cleaner, and other items totaling ~$45...However unless desperate the closest place for an actual carb was Powell/Pitts outdoor and she not only charged me about 3x the amount for a simple $12 carb...but this is about Adv.Auto. The store was very clean, organized, and staff unusually helpful asking more than once if I could be assisted. The one time I know what I'm looking for, alas I get help and then a relay that I'm glad I didn't get to troubleshoot an issue and is available at online places but not common in the store the clerk, Crystal suggested I take a photo of the box and upc for later use to but online where I could get it for a fraction of the cost. Thanks and would definitely recommend this particular location!

Went in to get a battery. I was greeted right away. I need a new battery and was able to buy one at a much reasonable price than I was willing to pay for one. Great customer services.

They weren't able to help me with my problem here but they did refer me to someone that could. I can't speak for anything except thier service and staff which to me was top notch. They went out of thier way to help me and did not even make a dime from a sale. I will definately go back if I need anything.
