A1 Towing has Completely caused thousands of damage to my 2019 e450 Mercedes Benzafter paying for the initial damage that they caused the tow driver damaged my car again bringing it back from Mercedes repair shop. To add they didn't even report all damages upon dropping my car off that needed to be fixedThe owner is immediately reading my messages and is ignoring most (Pictures will display such).I'm sharing photos below however I will also be posting videos on my social page where I can display videos of actual footage of the damage Before and after caused by A1 towing I will also upload videos of what other workers had to say.To add the driver that damaged my car had also damaged another vehicle ripping the rear view window off of a co-workers daughter car and was still allowed to drive per an A1 driver.Live audio and video footage will be added to both of my social site of over a hundred thousand and a million viewers I'm sure that you all will see the proof In no time. I'll also add audio of what 2 workers had to say about the driver.while I tried to handle this issue in a private manner m forced to allow others to know what they are subjected to as a result of this companies Negligence.I had to file an insurance claim.I'm sure that I'll have to miss work, loose money and be inconvenienced from not having my car.Nice workers,they were very professional and took accountability at first but when they damaged my car for a second Time the tables completely turned.im driving an $65k fully loaded luxury vehicle with damages caused by someone else That does not want to assume responsibility for damages that I they knowingly caused.

Broke down on 75N and all other tow companies could not assist. This company came without long waiting time. Got me towed and allowed my companion labrador retriever to ride with me. Reasonably priced and very nice personabledriver.

They towed my 45 ft. Motorhome when no one else could. Bill and his co-driver worked on my vehicle getting it ready to be tow for over two hours. Pumping up the air bags, caging the brakes, removing the driveshaft. Because it has independent front suspension They to work extra hard to hook it up to the wrecker. They got it the service center. Thank you.

Quick to respond, but incompetent and cowardly when the flatbed driver showed up. Would not recommend the this service mainly because they don't help anyone but themselves.

I don't write reviews very often but this guys are worth the time, just as they took the time to look after us when our car broke down and they came to the rescue.Really amazing service, most humble and nice people I have dealt with in a while. The towing service was handled very professionally and they took the time to make sure we were looked after since the tow truck had to drive us around town to Autozone and then to a hotel later on as our car was dead and we had no choice but to leave it until the next morning to get inspected properly.Special mention to Charli who inspected the car the next day and made sure to point us in the right direction with what was wrong with the car.Needless to say I 100% recommend this place and their service.

These guys are top notch. They came all the way to the bottom side of lake Park to pick me up and took me to Smith tires to get my water pump changed. These guys worked with me when I changed my mind on where I needed it dropped off. I highly recommend these guys for getting you and your broke down vehicle wherever you need to be. Very fast very professional and very friendly. I enjoyed my 30-minute ride with the driver and wound up finding out we grew up in the same area of Florida. Again have no fear with these guys when you call them.

Had to call AAA today, and they dispatched A-1 towing. The whole experience with AAA ended up being a joke, but we were fortunate for John from A-1. After sorting out the AAA issues he responded promptly. He loaded the car and got it to its destination in a timely manner. He was respectful, and professional. Its hard to find good employees, and from my experience with him I hope you guys are able to keep him around.

I would definitely reccomend this place. They helped me when i didn't have anyone to help. Im very greatful for their efforts. I will go here if i ever needed a towing company for sure with no second thoughts! Thank you! Amazing, friendly, helpful and understanding!

Broke down on Innerstate 75 during a 4 month camping trip while towing a 21 ft. Travel trailer. A-1 towing came with two different vehicles to tow both my truck and trailer to two different locations and also return me to the campground after dropping off the truck. service was OUTSTANDING, John the driver was kind, courteous and thoughtful AND a VET. Thank you. The other driver also was very patient helping my husband get the trailer level and arranged on the campsite. Very considerate and helpful. Again, thank you.

Awesome service. Blew a brake line on my truck on the interstate heading to Florida. Called them on Sunday got me in Monday morning at 8:00 fix my brake line and got me on the road reasonable prices. Had a nice clean waiting room for my wife with television air conditioning and free coffee and clean bathrooms. Cannot thank them enough to getting me in right away and on the road thanks again

Really great experience with these guys. We made an oops on our road trip and put diesel in our gas tank. AAA was having us taken to a shop that wasn t able to fix our car... so the friendly tow truck driver suggested A-1. They fixed us up quickly so we could get back out and on our way. Super friendly, thorough, and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

I just wrote that last review. Your company almost hit my girlfriend with her own car while she was standing by her car. Your employee gave no warning before pulling that lever. we were very nice before that moment. We ve had great experiences with you before but that employee was rude and unsafe. I will never use you all again after this. This isn t me trying to bash your business or come at you this is me trying to get the facts straight and out there so people know what they are dealing with. I get that this was a misunderstanding between both parties but your employee was very rude and uncooperative to the point where he wouldn t even talk to the property manager while I had them on the line. This was very unprofessional and your employee did not represent your business well. I wish your company all the best in future endeavors.

They came right away when my truck & uhaul broke down in a dangerous spot at 1am. They towed both to a hotel, then came back the next day to tow my truck to their shop on a sunday. Monday morning, first thing it was diagnosed and had a new clutch pot in. They even gave me a ride to get my truck when finished!! Very courteous, professional and helpful. I was out of state and didn't know anyone!! And the repair bill was reasonable.

Look at all the free publicity your getting for your business. Bad review or Good review, it got people's attention. May sound weird, but people LOVE drama. An look at all the supporters you've got from Omar's video so far. Think about. All these people were not saying nothing UNTIL that video. So, with all that said I hope your business continues to thrive. I also hope that people will realize NO MATTER what anyone says, each person is responsible for their own actions. Everyone gets mad and vents their frustrations. ALL of us do it. You just have to be bigger person and ignore the negativity. I do watch Omar's videos, but I also have a mind of my own and I know he was just frustrated like any human would be about the whole mess. He had 2 flat tires and keeps losing oil and the fuel pump goes out while he is trying to get home to his family. It's gets to you so you vent, everyone of us is guilty of it. BUT, at the end of the day EVERY SINGLE PERSON commenting on this is responsible for how they react to the video. No you should not leave any kind of review if you have not personally dealt with this company or if you never heard of it before the video, then it's only right you do not leave a comment. I personally NEVER heard of this business until OMAR's video, an no matter how I might feel about the whole mess. I am not going to leave a bad review just because someone was venting their frustrations. I hope all this blows over. Just listen to people when they vent their frustrations and don't react. Their mad and just want to let it out. I hope everyone has a great day and I pray that both parties come to a truce and let there be peace. (Just my opinion) PEACE

Not only will you get ripped off, your life will be threatened when you leave a review.Story: I broke down at night 4 hours away from home and called a few places and A1 AGREED to tow my van home. I was tired and missed my family so this was great considering I have a brother who is mechanic and can fix whatever happened. After they get my van on the wrecker the driver made up a story that the weight of my van and his wrecker wouldn't allow him legally to cross into FL from GA and he can save me money by bringing the van to their shop. I was dropped off at a hotel up the street and never heard back from them until later the next day while being stranded at a fast food restaurant the entire day. When I finally got ahold of them, they said they needed to wait until Monday to order parts which was understandable and I had my wife come pick me up from Georgia.A week or so later I get a phone call saying my van is ready and that it was going to be $600 total for a fuel pump which was pretty expensive considering they never asked me if it was ok to perform the job. I drove back from Fl to pick up my van and was charged a whopping $719 for a 30 mile tow, fuel pump as well as a 5% charge to run my credit card which in itself is unethical. What makes things worse is that I told them I had an oil consumption problem, they said they took a look at it and when I get my van back after paying that outrageous price, THERE IS NO OIL at all in the engine. A good mechanic usually checks things like that.After making a video about how my experience went I was bullied and threatened and that was after I had removed my video because I felt bad that people were coming on here and leaving negative reviews. There is even a response comment from Charles Fox saying that they offered me to sleep in my van and hookup to their shop's electricity which is 100% a LIE. Why would I spend money on a strange hotel when I can sleep in my comfy van that is setup with a bed for free?Bottom line: Don't ever EVER trust A1 Towing in VALDOSTA GA or have Charles Fox work on your cars. If I would have done more research I would have seen the few negative comments (BY THE WAY He flags and tries to remove negative comments)

Honestly I love Omar but he shouldn't have mentioned anything about this company. Omar, as well as everyone else are entitled to their own opinions. If you personally did not go to this Auto-shop or encounter their assistance there is no reason for you to be putting them down or accusing them for false accusations. If Omar or anyone has a problem then they should report it on their own time not have MILLIONS back him up. I agree that it doesn't seem right what happened to the vehicle but none of us know exactly what happened. Please stop putting this company down you have no idea what went on and honestly you could put Omar in trouble by posting all of these rude comments.

I was silly enough to locked my truck key inside the truck. I called AAA and John from A-1 Automotive and Towing Service come to helped me, he was very nice and friendly and my truck door was opened very fast. Thank you again John.

I was on my way back from a car meet last night when I started overheating. I called AAA and requested a tow. A1 showed up within 15 minutes which was a god send. The bearded fella (I never caught his name) helped to try and troubleshoot my vehicle and figure out the problem before we loaded it. He also took extreme care when loading my car which is rather rare. Over all the driver was awesome and so was the service. Thank you!

My wife was stuck on I-75, called AAA and was told it would be 2 1/2 hours before they could get picked up. We called around, and another tow company recommended A-1. They came and picked her up quickly and towed the car to the destination. Awesome service from A-1, not so for AAA. Thanks!

I was traveling through Valdosta when my car broke down. So then I called AAA and was so lucky that this company was the one who came to tow my car. They were able to diagnose the problem and repaired my car as quickly as possible because I still had three hours to drive to get home with my dog and daughter. They are very friendly ,fair,andprofessional. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Jerrett.

AAA sent Dillon with his tow truck to help us as we had a dead car on a Saturday evening. Service was prompt. He towed the car to the Ford dealer. No rental cars were available anywhere. Dillon got us a room at Motel 6 and got his wife to come and take us and our luggage to the Motel 6. These good angels ended up making a very bad day much better. Thank you!
