Had a blown driver s side steer tire out on I-75 near exit 22. I limped into a parking lot to be in a safe location for whoever was coming out. My company called these guys at 24/7. KB had other calls. But, when he finished, came on out as quickly as possible. KB was clean, kind, polite, and very professional! He had a new tire installed and I was up and running in MAYBE 20 minutes! If you re in the south GA, N. FL area and need help I highly recommend these guys.

Had an issue with a trailer on yesterday at Ring on Clay Rd manager called to give eta tech was there before time got problem fixed in less than 30 mins. If your in the Lowndes county area I highly recommend fast and courteous service

I am sharing this experience on behalf of Pedro on Time Delivery who on Thursday November 23, 2023 had a fuel issue with his truck in Georgia and was stranded after trying all he could to remedy the issues the truck had at the time however he failed to do so on his own. Thanks to team for a great customer service response via telephone. He called and spoke to Ken at this location and he was so patient and helpful during a telephone conversation. He explained the issue and gave detailed instructions and even when the driver became impatient Ken encouraged him to exercise more patience. In the end the issue was corrected and the driver just want to extend much appreciation to Ken and the team there. GREAT service!!

I had a turbo issue on my truck. Called our breakdown line,and explained it. Wound up with these guys as my service team. Let me tell you, they're simply AMAZING. They were professional,courteous and efficient from the initial contact. Spoke to the office staff when they called. They were super friendly,and professional. She explained everything to me, and dispatched a tech. He arrived later in the evening,took care of the issue, woke me briefly to explain that he had to get the part from the dealership,and would return early in the am to finish the job. Dealership opened at 0800. Tech was back with the part, and finished the job before 0900. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone in need. Thank you much, 24/7 Diesel!

When I tell you he climbed on top of my trailer roof and repaired a hole in less then 10 minutes,,, and repaired it the right way from applying heat, smoothing it out and patching it ( mind you, while I was at the shipper before getting loaded 8pm at night)... 30 years in the business straight experience... Can't complain. Job well done 5 stars plus.

I blow a tire on my trailer. My company contacted KB in about 15-20 minutes of talking to them KB called to tell me Mike was on his way. I was in Valdosta at a truckstop and when I parked my truck and trailer and set the air brakes the truck and trailer would not move the next time I tried to release my air brakes. I called Kenneth at 24/7 and he was ready and willing to help. He even did a few quick test over the phone to figure out the correct person and parts that he would need to send out to fix my truck. The rates were given were fair so I had him schedule a guy to come out. Before his guy could get there, I noticed that my leveling valve on the trailer Was bent, so I called Kenneth back to explain what had happened, and he advised me on what to do and how to fix it myself. That gesture alone says a lot about this man and his company. He did not charge me any money and wished me the best of luck. I would highly recommend calling Kenneth and his company for any of your Truck and Trailer Repair needs. It s hard to find good, honest, willing to help people when you re stranded out here on the road. Thanks again, Kenneth

I hate to give businesses bad reviews, however, I felt obligated to warn others about price gouging businesses.I was flabbergasted when I was told that I was required to I was required to pay ( if I remember correctly) 142.50 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours( which comes out to be $285) regardless of how long it takes them to complete the job. On top of that, they charged $50 service fee.So basically before I get anything done, I am already required to pay $335. There were some other fees that ware rattled off that I can t remember because of the shock.I hate when a business charge based on the desperation of a customer( or the perceived desperation).The mechanic would not even give my driver the price and wasted our time because he thought I would agree to the ridiculous price that he quoted.Their excuse is that their prices are standard in the area. I guess in that area price gouging is standard.These businesses have ti know that the market is bad for owner operators and that we are all one breakdown away from going out of business.I can guarantee you, if you do good business and charge a reasonable rate, more business will follow. Stop trying to make all of your money off of one client.It seem like these shops sit back and wait for an out of state truck to beak down so they can overcharge them to get back on the road.All I have to say is, the universe has a way of correcting itself.

My driver was stuck on the side of the road with a coolant leak. Called 24/7 Diesel and Tire Repair and talked to KB. He sent a service truck out to diagnose the problem and was there within 30 minutes. His tech realized it was a cracked radiator and they wouldn't be able to fix it on the side of the road. The tech followed my driver to their shop and ensured he got there safely. Took them less than 8 hours to replace the radiator and get my on the road. In and out of the shop in less than a day. Good people, good hospitality. You won't regret using these guys!

XY shifter went out on my truck. These guys came out on site and did trouble shooting and knew exactly what the issue was. Next morning double checked the issue and had me back on the road by 4pm. Very professional. I was in need of a tire replacement on my class A motorhome and they came right to my campsite and swapped on a new tire in 30 minutes. Arrived within 2 hours of calling them. Do not hesitate to call 24/7 Diesel!

They came out to the middle of nowhere and repaired our trailer hub, little pricey but I would not expect any less from the service we received. Amazing company and they did an outstanding job!

I called 24/7 Diesel and Tire at they said they would be there in the morning. So upon arrival they said I needed a starter ok here is were the catch is $50 to come out not bad But 2 guys come and look at what I needed. Now is the catch it took them over 2hr to locate 12gauge wire which is not hard to find!! Buy they come back and put starter on I even showed the guy that all he had to do was tape the hot wire which I did with tape so he wouldn't have to disconnect the battery!! So it took him less than a hour but I know the labor book would be more they charge a $100 dollars more than I could get it but that's ok!! I been a owner operator since 1995 but if you a OP r small company take your chances elsewhere $1074.29 this is proof that this is the same company

I was assisted by KB who was the quickest and most professional provider that I have encounter on the road in years. I was a total of one hour and 20 minutes in sleepberth on the side of I75 from blowout to completion of tire replacement. Definitely recommend their services if you are in a time crunch and can't afford for your clock to continue going away. Thanks!Service: Tires

$602 for a knock off brand trailer tire put on in there shop. I'm sorry man but D&D Farms will not stop there again. Could of made a good relationship with our company since we run 8 trucks thru Valdosta regularly but instead burn it to someone an they want be back.

Mark definitely knows what he is doing. Showed up about 30 minutes after I called. Which is remarkable around midnight in that area. Took him about 30 minutes to diagnose and fix my transmission air line valve, then another 30 minutes to charge the primary air, so I was able to shift.Grumpy a bit, sure, but top notch service.I never saw the bill. They billed the company directly. In the end, I wasn't even late for my delivery appointment.

KB is an honest man. Didn t even charge me for a quick fix and tightened me up right away. But his nieghboring shop next door told me I had a 2 hr wait and it would cost me at least 75 bux. Thanks KB

The owner himself came and told me with in 5 min what I thought that was wrong wasn't the problem . He then found the problem in 3 min . After that he and one of his workers fixed the problem in short order. My whole experience was great even thou I was on the sideof the Hyway. I recommend this business to my friends and family .
