My experience was amazing. Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable the whole process. make sure you ask for justin when reaching out for services. He makes the process fast and very efficient and he didn t leave until everything was completely done and i was satisfied ! The entire company is amazing as well the dispatcher made sure i was taken care of after being stuck outside for 5+ hours in the middle of nowhere with my tesla.Services: Battery service, Car towing, Long distance hauling, Battery

They came very quickly but did not have the right tools to remove a broken lug nut. Did not charge me for coming out though

My engine blew on my way to an event . I was able to call Brandon s towing and have my vehicle towed safely home as I continued to my event via Uber. By the time I returned home my vehicle was safely towed to home where I can then take the time to make a choice about repairs. Communication was quick , effective , and prices were reasonable. Called right when the car broke down, they were their in less than an hour. They had our car at the dealership and unloaded in less than an hour. Dropped our keys off and filled the tag out for us. Great customer service. Will always call from now on. Thanks for the great experience!
