Unacceptable service, I came in to get a oil change on my 2021 charger and this was my first time not taking it to the dealership for the oil change trying to save on a little money and 10 mins after pulling my car in to change the oil they was pulling it out saying my oil plug was script and I got to take it back to who did it last, I Wouldn't bring my car back here for not even a windshield wiper. The manager is the reflection of his staff and how they handle it was the same way their tech lied about the dealership must script my bolt the last time just unprofessional and again just like the Walmart. When you leave you have more problems then when you first arrive. SCAM

I went to the Union City Walmart to buy 2 Tires. Paris was the young lady that helped me. She was very helpful and explained the difference in the different options and prices of the tires. By the time she was done I Bought 4 tires because she showed me how much I would save!! Thank You Paris for your Excellent Customer Service. Keep up the Excellent Service

Stay AWAY from this Walmart auto center everyone is rude even down to the manger shayla this Walmart needs a whole new staff!! my experience was terrible also while I was there a customer was complaining about how walmart staff damaged their car please go at you own risk I have reached out to corporate about this issue so will be expecting changes very soon!

Do not take your car to any Walmart for a oil change after a few weeks transmission will start messing up..UNION CITY WALMART

I was very pleased with the service here! The women at the desk were very pleasant, helpful, and accaccommodating. The service technician let me know exactly what I would need to do in order to pass my emissions test without taking advantage or being pushy. I really appreciate the service I received here today.

This has been absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I called at roughly 340pm requesting an appointment for a tire installation. Per the person that answered she stated I could come in for a walk in. I questioned if that information was correct as the website seems to state that an appointment is required. I arrived to the location at roughly 515p. I was immediately turned away although the auto center is open until 7p. I explained that I was informed via phone to do a walk in. The manager seemed to be confused and stated walk ins stop at 4p. I told him I called and was advised to come in with no timeframe given. He located the employee that apparently misinformed me. She was extremely rude. Rolling her eyes and blaming me because she didn t give proper information. Unfortunately this experience has turned me ill to your services and I will go anywhere else for my installation over Walmart. I quickly regretted my decision to purchase my tires with Walmart after receiving such horrible service.

This Walmart Auto center is absolutely ridiculous and a joke! Been trying to come here to get an oil change done to my car (considering they're right down the street from me) and every time they're always closed even though it's says online and on the sign they have up they don't close til 7pm. Didn't find out until this morning when I tried going again for an oil change that they close @4 due to short staffing. Now I understand that they really can't do much about being short staffed but I'm like, if y'all close at 4 , 3 whole hours early, why not have that up saying so??? Don't say y'all close @7 when in reality y'all close @4pm . It's a huge inconvenience to us as we ye customers! Need to stop being lazy and put up some kind of sign saying they close @4 instead of 7 so customers won't even waste they time coming there for service. Then on top of that they be having a whole attitude! Literally makes no sense . If need an oil change after 1pm, don't even bother going. Better off going somewhere else like old national or peachtree city .

The customer service representative Karyme is EXTREMELY unprofessional and she has a nasty disgusting attitude. She's not fit to work in the auto center at the register. I told her I was overcharged for my tire and they put the wrong tire on my car, therfore they had to refund me back and put the correct tire, I asked them to put on initially. Karyme was unapologetic and had a attitude with me like I did something wrong, especially when they messed up. KARYME definitely needs to be replaced immediately.

I've been coming here for years and they are usually quick and efficient even when they have a lot of customers' cars to service. I usually get regular oil changes here because it is convenient to my work location. Their posted hours are from 7 AM- 7 PM. I arrived at 7:08 AM expecting to get my car serviced, the manager, JV informed me that they are opening at 8 AM today. I suppose this is a regular occurrence (them not operating during the posted business hours, based on other reviews I've read). I'll probably go to the Fayetteville location as I used to go.Services: Auto tire replacement, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Service is hit or miss. Once I came for service and found the place closed during their listed open hours. Another time I found them to be prompt and dare I say convenient. The auto shop plugged a tire for me, and I was able to track the entire process in the Walmart app.

Customer service in the auto shop was terrible. I went in to purchase four tires and was told after 3 hours the tech could not remove my tires and I needed new lugs nuts. The shift was about to end as I sat there for hours watching the staff play around each other. I will never go to that particular Walmart again. Terrible

Kenya was my customer service representative and a young man with braids was my technician. The both of them was very professional,nice,kind,and the service was completed in 30 minutes. All of this was done early in the morning,and my entire experience was great. I will be back for my car maintenance.

The location is the most unorganized location I ve been to. Firstly they do not follow store operation hours which is 7:00 am and they didn t start to open till 8:00 am. Secondly the staff shows up whenever they want which means the management is a joke and not respected. Service was fast for an oil change but won t be back to this location due to inconsistent.Service: Oil change

I went to get my tire fixed today, and it was the RIGHT PLACE!!! Nice, courteous staff,GOOD PEOPLE. Also, I came very late, coming from my job, but they didn't turn me away. They helped me out and were very nice. Was no bad attitudes, just good vibes. Also my tire damage was difficult to repair because of the location of the hole, but Auto Mechanic, Timothy Thomas, still found a way to repair it and he did a great job !!! Car is riding smooth now, no problems!! Thank you Tim !!! And thanks to all the staff working there in the Auto Care Department. I'll definitely be back again !!! Thank you.

These people has no sense of time or urgency. I've visited this particular location at least 3 or 4 times. I always come when they are suppose to first open. They are NEVER on time. They open 15/20 even 30 minutes late one time. That's rude and disrespectful to your customers. People try to come get business handled before going to work and this don't care, nonchalant attitude is awful. When you are late it puts everyone else behind, and it's no apology, no compensation, no nothing. If I had not purchased the warranty when I first started coming here I would not come back.

These guys were amazingly fast and professional. I was able to get 4 brand new tires installed in less than 30 minutes. Service was remarkable and very efficient.

Went there to get my free lifetime balance and rotation again. Waited 2 hours and then they proceeded to tell me that my tire tread has high and low spots and them. The level of incompetence from these people is astounding. These are the people who put on my tires when I bought them brand new from the store in the first place back in January. That means you have not been rotating them properly

The customer service was awful! This was very disappointing to me for I have had my car serviced there for the past five years, needless to say I will not be able to continue to take my car in for service at this Walmart location.My experience:Arrived at the auto service center at the Union City Walmart at 7:45 am center , opens at 7am.Not so, I along with another customer was waiting and doors were still locked. An employee showed up at 7am, made a call to inquire as to when somebody would open the doors. In about 5 minutes someone came to open the doors finally. The employee open the door ,closed it behind him and allowed the door to close then reopen automatically with out saying anything to us waiting , even after we greeted him. Then we approached the counter to wait . No one was there either. The sign states that the auto service center opens at 7, however, we were not able to receive service until About 7:15. The employee opening, nor the cashier greeted us, apologized for the delay in opening. I consider this to be rude and unprofessional.The customers in my opinion are not valued by staff or management at this Walmart location.They all with the exception of the employee that made the call and followed up by going to the front to send someone to open the door are rude and highly unprofessional.Take your car somewhere else where your business is appreciated!

okay despite the yelp reviews...the google reviews are better so i went & tried this location out.& i'm a fan.i pulled up around 3 on a saturday. i just knew i was going to be here forever(as a walk in), nope i was out a little after 4pm.i got a synthetic oil service, the usual.this the quickest service i've experienced anywhere (on super bowl weekend) in a panny!

Took them 3 hours and 45 minutes to mount 4 tires. They kept on accepting customers with only 2 technicians working. No manager available to provide oversight to the staff. Unless you want to spend ALL day at Walmart for the most BASIC auto needs....you're better off using a little tire shop on a corner.

My front hood is a little banged up and I attempted to go get a oil and filter change today. The staff was very rude and informed me that they could not provide the services. I asked why not? They claimed that they could not touch the hood because of previous damage. That I could try to blame them. I offered to sign a waiver stating that the hood was already like that. The guy staff member walked up and said nope and walked away...I pointed out that I had a previous sticker from Wal-Mart where they did my last oil and filter change. They didn't care. The staff member was very rude..he walked up and said I cant do it and walked away. Horrible customer service. They staff was looking down on me, rude and not customer friendly what so ever. I would never go to this location again.

Where is the customer service??!!! Its no orangize order when trying to get automotive services. You stand in line , other customers walk up and get help before you because someone else is/or helping them. Not one employee acknowledges you while your waiting and standing in line. Not one person said thanks for waiting someone will be with you. You have one employee taking work orders, so I wanted in line for a tire rotation, to be told I have to wait for the other employee who's taking work orders. Its amazing to know as big of a company like Walmart you don't hire the right people to provide basic customer service.

Went for an oil change and we waited for a good hour just to find out that they couldn't cause they don't have the oil filter that our car takes. They had my number they could of called and informed me this but they never called and the young man had a hard time finding our vehicle in the system as well.

Went get oil change, it took much longer than quoted, only for the work to say they didn't carry my filter. I went straight to the shelf and pointed to the filter. It's a 2014 dodge Charger! Very common vehicle now! It was a shelf full of those filters, so I purchased 2 and the amount of oil I needed and went and changed it myself. Either the young lady wasn't that experienced and didn't know what to look for; and I don't need that when it comes to my car or she was too lazy to go check and see if they had it. Either way I'm done with the oil changes at Wal-Mart for a while.
