I really love my experience at this dealership. The staff here are extremely nice and friendly. I started going here for my regular maintenance a few months ago and I truly appreciate Tammy, she takes great care of my '22 Outlander! The team servicing my car are really nice too. What I appreciate the most is that my visits are affordable and timely, I have never waited too long for anything!

Service with a smile! Everyone was so helpful and actively listened to my concern regarding my vehicle. The Service manager as well as Tammy made sure my issue was resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Kudos to Union City Mitsubishi!

Everyone was very professional and helpful. The service representative made sure that if I needed anything to let them know while my truck was being serviced. The manager assure that job would be taken care in length of time he quoted. Which I was very pleased and I will be back. Thanks

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They kept me updated on each step as they accessed my issue. The car needed to be left overnight for an additional concern. However, I was not able to leave it do no loaners available

I'm from New York and I been dealing with Mitsubishi service for three years and I've never felt as happy as I did at Union City Mitsubishi. Everyone makes you feel like family. It was costumer appreciation day when I went so they was grilling and that was something that I never seen in NY. They will be seeing me again.
