There are some people who are thieves, lazy and liars. The car was broken in April and the spare parts did not arrive. The things that were repaired after 5 months were the gasket, battery, clutch kid, and o-ring. When I went to pick up the car that had been repaired for 5 months, some of the things in it were missing. As far as I can tell, one tablet and a pump jumper are missing. Also, the parking brake is not working

CAR WOULD TURN ON before I was advised to take it to Union City for service by CarMax Southlake. Was told one thing during test drive with Service Advisor, then another thing over the phone. Arrived to find my car battery charging in 95� heat with the headlights left on. NO ISSUE WITH BATTERY before dropping it off at Union City. Picked up car and it was INFESTED WITH ANTS after being there on the lot. They had to SPRAY CAR DOWN WITH RAID and detail it. Never resolved my problem. Service Manager either is never available by phone or has left early for the day or nobody knows when he'll be available again. This is the new normal there: Expect to leave with more problems than you came there with. Who takes their car to a Certified Dealer and the CAR WON'T START for the first time and still never resolved my issue, but giving a customer new issues never diagnosed before -- and service manager cannot make it to the phone any time you call? Sell your soul here only.

My experience with this dealership is rated unsatisfactory. I need repair on my 2014 FIAT 500L. I went to Google. This dealer was recommended. I made an appointment on their website and received a confirmation. I was even sent an email invitation to check in remotely. I drove well over 25 miles from my home to Union City. Upon arrival a service rep met me and asked what service needed. I told him I needed my air conditioner repaired. He told me that this dealership does not repair FIAT vehicles. I stated to him my repair request had been confirmed and he replied the dealership had changed owners and no longer repaired FIAT vehicles. He said the "new owner would not change the website". He finally sent me to another dealer in Chamblee stating they were the only dealer in Atlanta that would repair a FIAT. False advertisement, misinformation to the consumer public and unsatisfactory customer service. I have reached out to the dealership and not to my surprise I haven't received a "We're sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you and other FIAT customers" reply. I strongly do not recommend this "dealer".

I called this location in January to schedule an appointment because of a recall on my vehicle. 2 months I wait to have this taken care of 2 months I wait!!! My mother arrived on her day off at 8:00am and you don t have the part??? Unacceptable!!! The appointment was made 2 months ago because you said that you were only receiving one part at a time, if you didn t have the part to repair my vehicle why not call me to reschedule or cancel...we waisted time on your word. If you can not be trusted to repair a vehicle you promised to repair because of safety issues I don t see people putting their trust in you ever again for anything.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'm very disappointed in the customer service department for services. Before I could ask a question, I was over talked and what was sad I bought the jeep from there. It's sad I have less than 26000 miles on my jeep and one tire, front driver side tire was a defect. The other three was fine.

Poor customer service. Car I drove an hour for they gave it away as I was pulling up and finessed me into getting the same car but different color. They did not inform me about someone else getting the car until after I purchased for the other vehicle. Found out as I walked outside with my keys .

The service department had me waiting 3-hours to tighten the rear wiper blade arm. But, they are very pleasant.

The sales experience was good, but after you buy a used vehicle and get home and find out that they weren't truthful and withheld information about defects, well let's just say that you better research the vehicle you are buying real good cause they won't be honest about it.
