I had an appointment yesterday 12/30 for 2pm. I arrived early and was greeted by Kalia. She was kind and took her time with my family and I. Justin is a manager that stopped by and introduced him. He was very personable. Jeremy and Travis are apart of the finance team and they worked with me while awaiting the final decision from the bank. I would recommend this team and dealership to anyone looking. i drove off the lot with a 2021 Durango thanks to them.

My Jeep sat for a month without anyone touching it. No one called to give an update. I had to keep calling them. Found out they lost my keys for a little while. My ex went up there Friday to see what is going on and to advise if they didn t have an answer soon we will take it somewhere else. One of the managers apologize that they were under staffed and haven t gotten to the Jeep yet. This information should have been provided to us when dropping the Jeep off giving us the chance to decided if we were willing to wait a month before you even touched the Jeep. Anyway amazingly by the end of the day they were able to break the engine down and provide diagnostics. We have told them we are coming to get it and by the next day the engine was put back together. Lies! $1244 for nothing. Then when I got my Jeep it had rodent poop in the back, front and under the seats. So after charging us for nothing you had the car stored where rodents were able to get in it. I will not use their services again.

DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here. I had my vehicle towed there after making an appointment. It wasn't drivable. Never did the scheduler say you must be present during the drop off. They gave the tow driver a hard time and talked crazy to him. I get there and it took a while to check in. I get a call stating my cvt axil and trans cooler needed to be replaced for $8,664! Wth. I didn't pay that much for the vehicle. And they didn't know when the backordered parts would be in. I said I'd go eslewhere. Called another dealership. The same parts were under 600 each. Then I had to call this dealer back to see which axil it was, driver or passenger side. Then I hear someone talking to the service rep saying why in the hell would you think axils cost over 6k.? Then I was put on hold. Came back and said it was listed as axil but its the transmission. I said I'm coming back to get my vehicle. I go to get vehicle retowed. Waited to get keys and checkout. Then didn't tell anything but general area of where to find vehicle. New driver goes to back and my vehicle is totally surrounded by other cars. Waited 30 or so minutes trying to get someone to move other cars. Finally a gentleman not in uniform asked had I been helped. I told him my patience had run out. Magically everyone in there moved cars and I could leave. And someone had a crysler van with window issues and it was left outside with windows down and it stormed bad. Soaked the vehicle. They're getting it dried out. Probably won't tell the owner. Smh ridiculous!!!!! If I could give a negative rating I would.

Please be aware of this place, I went in to get check for an oil leak on my ram truck. They stated that they found an oil leak in my oil cooler an adapter keep in mind this take at least five hours to do. I called them back to find out how long it would take for them to have my vehicle, They told me they were waiting for the parts, then I called back to get an estimated time when they will be finished an hour later. They told me my truck was ready and they quoted me $1700. Keep in mind this job you have to take out some of the engine to repair it when I got my truck back I noticed it nothing had been moved taken apart. Come to find out they never replaced anything, the oil leak was from the filter under the bottom, they was expected for me to just take my truck and go, but it was too many red flags, now the police is involved for everybody, exception they are under investigation with the news, please, please be aware of this place,

I recently bought a 2024 Ram pickup from Miss Willa Chandler. She was extremely helpful in helping me make my decision, plus has a charismatic and a winning personality. Not only was she helpful, but she was able to help negotiate getting me a good deal on the truck and for that I m grateful. Thank you Miss Willa, you are amazing. She is also one of the first if not the first person in the building, she means business!

Rip Off! Scheduled an appointment for several issues and an oil change. Arrived and they did not have techs to perform diagnostics of the issues, and apparently they charge a $199 diagnostics fee per issue. $50 in hidden fees on what was suppose to be a $29.95 oil change with their coupon. Don't waste your money here, they are only in the business of ripping people off.

I was ripped off $151.69 by the service department of this place. Their customer service is terrible, they lie and do not keep their promises. On August 28, 2023 I brought my 2018 Jeep there for a routine servicing. When I received my Jeep back from the garage, work that I was charged for had not been performed. The servicing was supposed to include a tire rotation, break check and several other multipoint checks. One of my tires is a different brand than the other three. When I looked at my Jeep's tires after bringing it home I saw the different brand tire was still in the same spot. And if they did not rotate the tires then they couldn't have checked the breaks. The service engine light was on when I brought my Jeep in. When I got it back the service engine light was still on. I called the service department several times over the next three days to address the problems. I was never able to speak to anyone, but the receptionist took messages and promised call backs. But no one ever returned my calls. I went back there and demanded a refund. They offered to rotate the tires then. But by that time they were totally disreputable to me and I didn't trust them to touch my car again. They took my information and promised to mail my refund within 7 - 10 days. But as of November 24, 2023 I have not received my refund from them. Their customer service was also horrible. The customer service reps who checked my car in and the one who went over the bill with me were discourteous, unprofessional and performed their jobs poorly. I reported the dealership to the Better Business Bureau where I discovered they have an F rating, and around 30 complaints and negative reviews, none of which they've resolved. While I was there in the service department I overheard two other equally dissatisfied customers, one on the phone and the other in person. From my terrible experience with them I strongly discourage anyone with a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM or Fiat looking for service from taking your vehicle to the dealership in Union City. It's likely you'll be ripped off, lied to and totally dissatisfied.

I had a very pleasurable experience with UCCDJR. Every one wants things fast and cheap but that's not the world we live in. UCCDJR contacted my warranty company and WE were able to get my motor repaired. I payed a bit out of pocket but that was a blessing. Mr. Lee was my service worker and he got it done. Stayed in contact with me. Thanks Lee. You guys are awesome. Keep it up. God bless.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Do not schedule anything with their service department. They are not well informed on their own vehicles (unnecessary diagnostics) and they also have you pay for services in advance of having the parts needed. I returned for months waiting on them to perform a service and receive a part only to be told that there was not proof a part needed to be ordered and my receipt shows I paid. Also that nothing could be done because the advisor who helped (stephanie perkins, Ariel) no longer worked there, TERRIBLE BOOK KEEPING and my experience should not depend on one individual. I paid for the service in advance for convenience and time saving purposes, why would you have a customer pay for a service in advance only to tell them there isn t a recollection. They have new management however nothing was done to rectify my issue although the previous employee was clearly let go for negligence! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE if you don t want to waste money or time! Money down the drain and dealership reported.

They *still* run the old time scam flyers I thought most dealers gave up on because they just drag in angry people who do NOT want to buy a vehicle. For those of you too young to have seen these much, every flyer is a prize-winner, but you have to go visit to see which prize: 99.99% chance of winning a $5 gift card for your 3-hour chat with a desperate car salesperson. Don't be the sucker.

This is my second bad experience with Dodge/Chrysler dealerships. First one happened when I originally purchased my vehicle. This current experience was also very upsetting. I called the dealership on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment for service on my vehicle. The person I spoke with gave me an appointment for the coming Friday afternoon, "Ok great"! I asked the person on the phone if I could have the vehicle towed to the dealership on the Thursday. She told me it would be fine and when I asked if I needed to be with the vehicle she said no. I setup a tow truck to bring the vehicle to the dealership and upon my surprise I get a call from the tow truck driver. The tow truck driver handed the phone to an individual in the service department who was very rude and unhelpful. The indivdual in the service department stated that he would not be able to look at my vehicle for approximately 10-14 days. My response was, "why was I given an appointment?" He stated he didn't know why I was given an appointment. I decide to just leave the vehicle with the dealership since I had already paid to have it towed there, we hang up the phone and to my understanding the service department was going to take the vehicle. A few minutes later I get a phone call back from the service person saying they won't take the vehicle, stating that I need to be with the vehicle. Understand my frustration after being told otherwise, paying for a tow truck and being given the impression by the service person that they were going to service the vehicle. I asked if they could just let the tow truck driver leave the vehicle and I would stop by to give them whatever information they needed. Dodge Union City was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. Had I been given correct information on the front end I could have made arrangements to be with the vehicle and not waste time and money. Ultimately, I had the vehicle towed back to my house. Dodge Union City did not want to take any responsibility for the miscommunication. Never again will I spend a dime on a Dodge product. First and last time I buy a Ram. Next vehicle I'm going back to Chevy.

I would give this place a zero if I could. Brought my vehicle in for an issue with my tire, picked it up and my check engine light is on and battery is dead. I also had to drive back to the dealership because no one would answer the phone nor call me back to provide an update. If you can go elsewhere I highly recommend you do.

Well I waited a month before posting my review. I have to say this has been the most stressful vehicle purchase I have ever made. When I arrived to the dealership I was rushed from the time I arrived until the time I left. I didn t feel like I was a priority to them. I am not sure the car was serviced before I picked it up. As soon as I got into the car the check engine light was on, as well as contact the dealer message regarding an oil change. There was also a crack in the windshield, when I brought this up to my salesman he said these cars are sold as is. I get that they are sold as is, but shouldn t they go thru an inspection? I have called the dealership several times regarding my plates. I was told they would send the paperwork to my local tag office since I live in another state. I visited my local tag office yesterday and they do not have any paperwork for my car. I called and spoke with my salesman and he said he would look into it. I also called and left a message for someone to look into this matter as well. I have also been trying to get a hold of Kelli regarding my ESP and GAP. She will not return phone calls or emails. Save yourself some headache. Purchase elsewhere, where you are treated like family and not just a number to keep their high volume.

They Rip People off for money. They told us the car needed 3 major things needing to be fixed so we got a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Inspections from other places and found out they lied so bad to take our money and they forced me to pay 200 for inspection report to get the car back and when we paid, they didn't give us one. Only a invoice. They WILL ROB YOU !!!! BIG SCAMS OCCUR AT THIS DEALERSHIP.

Awful first impression with the service department.I took my car in to have multiple recalls fixed this Monday 10/30 and was told it could take a week or two depending on which parts they had in stock and the work involved replacing the timing chain, which I said would be fine. I asked them if there's anyway the work could be completed by this Friday 11/03 because I have an appointment to get the windshield replaced on Saturday and told them it would be ok if the car wouldn't be finished by then I just wanted to reschedule the windshield appointment on Saturday if they knew for sure it wouldn't be fixed by Friday. The guy helping me looked into it by seeing what parts they had in stock and what the mechanics schedule had this week. He came back and told me it would be done by Friday at the latest and that they had all the parts in stock except the timing chain (which he ordered immediately as I was standing there).I just picked up the car, and as I look through the work order I see "no work completed timing chain." I asked the guy who helped me on Monday why it wasn't completed and he told me it was because I had an appointment Saturday and needed the car by Friday, and said something about the auto strike which I guess prevented them from getting the chain? I told the guy I wouldn't have gotten the car had I known the work wasn't finished and was clearly annoyed but I didn't bother arguing with him.Why didn't anyone call and tell me that the timing chain was not fixed, or that they couldn't get the part they needed (if that was the culprit)? I have talked to them multiple times this week to get an update on the car so I could plan picking the car up around my work schedule since I live 30 minutes away (one way). Not once did anyone mention that all the repairs would not be fixed. I would not have even known the car wasn't fully repaired unless I read through the entire work order! It get's worse. I notice as I'm pulling out that the passenger airbag light is on. I remembered from reading the work order the passenger airbag was one of the recalls that they said they had fixed. At this point I don't have time to go back into the service center so I immediately call them and scheduled another appointment for tomorrow. I told the person on the phone that it's very frustrating my car was given back to me in this condition and now I question the legitimacy of it's repairs. How could they not notice a clearly illuminated passenger airbag light on the dash when they fixed the airbag recall? Did they see it and just not care? I really don't know.I have to go back tomorrow and don't know how long they'll need the car to fix the airbag. I've already spent several hours dealing with this and over 60 dollars on ride share to an from the dealership, so hopefully they can knock it out quickly (but correctly) while I'm there. I still have the timing chain issue to fix which I guess will need to be done at a different dealership.Overall just a bad and frustrating experience due to the lack of communication and quality of work that was completed. I'll update this tomorrow after my appointment if it gets any better.

!!!Absolutely the worst communication!!!My Husband s Company, has a $500,000.00 vehicle there, in the service dept, that needs to be pick-up TODAY! To be delivered, for a Show TOMORROW!EVERYONE that answers the phone is OFF SITE! Yep, an answering service in another Country!!!!Most of the people just hung up on us when we asked to speak with the Dealership s Manager. OR, put us on hold forever. 7-calls later, we still have not spoke to one person at the actual Dealership. (Only 1-man, at the answering service kept trying for us)I AM COMPLETELY APPALLED!!!THIS IS NOT HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS, OF ANY SORT! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! SO RUDE!

If I could give the service department a zero I would. We took our vehicle to the service department because it was running funny. Lights were flicking, the start stop signal said it needed servicing and when idle it acted like it wanted to shut off. We had the battery tested twice and both times its condition was good. The battery wasn t even a year old so we were almost certain that wasn t the issue. When I got to the dealership, the first thing the intake guy said was he s almost certain it s the battery. I told him it wasn t because I had it checked already. Couple of days past and they called me back saying it was the battery. I grudgingly paid for it hoping they were right. They were WRONG! I had to take it to a different dealership for the actual problem to be resolved and the repair cost almost the same amount as the battery I didn t even need. I can only imagine how many people they have ripped off.

Kyle, the Finance manager at Union City Chrysler Dodge jeep was super unprofessional, aggressive and belligerent when my son was coerced into resigning a contract for more than he purchased the car for. Once confronted and asked to remove the additional coverages that he added onto the loan he began to get angry and defensive. My son asked him about this issue and Kyle got upset and combative. I don't recommend doing business with thus Finance guy unless you Really Read your Contract. Crooks

I am having the worse out of state experience with this dealership and nobody ever answers the phone. I bought a vehicle on August 19 it is now the end of October and i can't register it because they have not sent the appropriate paperwork. I have had to have my mom go up there three times! Ihave bought from Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi... they all have sent all the paperwork directly to the closest registration office to the address on my license. It's getting so frustrating and the tax bill continues to climb! Right now it's over $1000! If you live out of state, do not buy from here. The finance/registration team doesn't know what they are doing and i get a different story from everybody I've talked to while my mom was up there.

I wish I could put 0 stars! The service department should just shut down completely, they aren t servicing anything. My vehicle has been sitting for 3 weeks and everytime I call no one knows anything. Very unprofessional very ghetto in Union City. Not a reputable business AT ALL! Service advisor nor the manager returns calls. Why have a business if you re not going to do good business. I ve wasted hundreds of dollars on rentals and still no progress on my vehicle.

Typical dealership, they just want money. Greedy and will try to stifle every penny they can get. Want people who care? Go to the Land Rover next door, they got me a better car at half the price. Even offered more for my trade in.

Finally picked up my car today only to get in it and see water bottles all over the back floorboard. It took me more than 40 minutes to check out and there were at least 6 people in line behind me. This is the worst run company I ve seen in a long time. I m going to make it my business to find the owner and share my experience. This is the second post sharing my 3 week experience with this company. Terrible

Worst dealer experience I've ever had in regards to reaching anyone at this dealership. There was an overpayment of a few thousand dollars to this dealer and it seems they're avoiding the issue. Legal action seems to be the only resolution. I've called to speak to Marquese Sheeley, Adam Persaut, Willa Chandler and many more. The experience I get when calling in is, "I'll transfer you". I've been getting transferred with no answer for the past 2 days. LITERALLY! When expressing frustration to the initial call taker, their response is, " Sorry, let me transfer you".
