I was really happy with the outcome of my services done with this business. I was assisted by Luie he communicated with me really well and there was professionalism at all times. I brought my car in the beginning of the week and it was done in two days and it was for a decent price. This is one of the best places to take your car to you will leave satisfied.

For months I been looking for a body shop or mobile body shop to just come fix my hood from clear coat failure. Everyone wanted to just repaint the car but this honored what I really wanted and wasn t pressuring and got back to me in flash. Will be doing business going forward with this amazing shop. Great customer service techs. I have the before and after photos

If I could give over 5 stars I would, they are awesome, fast and effective repair work , super nice staff and they go above and beyond. Truly grateful for them. My work truck wind shield was smashed and they repaired the side rust and replaced the windshield without the work taking weeks to do, literally dropped the truck off around their closing time and they had it done by the next morning

I've worked with Unitech at least 3 times now. Every time I've had to work with them I've been stressed beyond belief, but they have calmed my vehicle anxieties every single time I've walked through their doors. They've given me breakdowns of everything that I've needed to fix up my car, they've been incredibly communicative about what they can do and how they do it, and they've always let me make the final choices about my vehicle. They have even gone to bat for us when we were arguing with our insurance company about a decision they made without our consent. If you need any work done on your car, I've never been anywhere more caring meticulous than Unitech in Union City.

Very unorganized and unprofessional business. I called before I brought my vehicle and was assured they would be able to give me an estimate/supplement within 2 days. My vehicle spent 3 weeks parked in front of their building. I've called multiple times and have come to their office multiple times and they still ask me "what's your name? "And what vehicle do you have?" Its the Gold Yukon XL parked right in front of your building. Then they tell me we cant give you an estimate until we have your estimate first. You could have told me that 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks later and I've decided to tow my vehcile to another bodyshop. The other bodyshop began repairs within 2 days.

Avery and Ms. Hope were so kind and professional. I called this body shop in a jam with a tight turnaround and they made it happen in only 3 hours! Every other paint shop I called told me it would take a minimum of 3 days to paint and install a fuel door. This will be my go to spot moving forward! Thank you so much!!!

I have been a customer of this shop for the last 4 years and they do AMAZING work! I have taken my BMW X6 and Genesis X80 there for body work and I have not been disappointed. Had to take my truck up there several times to be fixed. Once for a missed dent and 3 times for a light. Had to take it to someone else to fix the light. Instead of saying, let me connect you to somebody that can fix the light. They just threw some stuff together. My light was literally hanging out of the socket and i could not see at nightService: Body & Trim

Excellent service and impeccable paint work. I brought my car in after it was keyed across three side panels. They were able blend the color perfectly and it looks like new.

They have some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered when it comes to taking responsibility for their own mistakes. My car was poorly repaired to the radiator was installed incorrectly, I was told it was my fault. They purchased aftermarket parts that didn t fit the vehicle, I was told owe well. The paint has imperfection, I told, it happens. My safety features don t work on the car they told me pay more for them to try again or stay away from their shop.Now take it, they were already paid to do the work It was NEVER done right, after 3 months of waiting, needless to say I have to now get an attorney. They scammed me out of over 10K. You would think they d at least attempt to do right.I would not could not even refer my worst enemy here!Services: Transmission, Painting, Body & Trim

These folks are "amazing"!! I had a situation with my truck. My scheduling was off. Just couldn't seem to time it just right. Well, today, 03/21/23 AM, I did. Short of a miracle, they fixed my widow, saving me $$ of dollars. I'm so grateful. I have a late model vehicle, and different businesses wanted to charge me like I had electric windows. I'm like, nah. Please check them out. I know they specialize in reconstruction on vehicles that have been in car accidents. But I think they will do other things if they can fit it in. Jason is just a really cool guy. The gentleman that fixed my situation is gifted, to say the least. "Fam" you won't regret it! Peace!!

Terrible service. Not to be trusted. The body repair is not good. Forget about any mechanical service as they are incompetent.Replaced an airbag with defective parts endangering driver and passengers.Another shop showed me the jerry rigged job Uni-tech did and it blows my mind this place is in business.Everything they touched no longer functions.When contacted, uni-tech claims they do not do mechanical service, in spite of charging for it.Beware! Take your vehicle here at your own risk.

They did a splendid job with the body of my vehicle that had been riddled with dents as a result of the recent hailstorm.But Overall I m not quite on the fence about recommending Uni-Tech. I have fallen off while awaiting a resolution.First I normally get vehicles serviced and repaired in Smyrna, Marietta (further north) and decided to try a shop closer to home (previous shop stopped accepting Allstate). I dropped my vehicle off. I ultimately ventured out of town for a family emergency and returned because my vehicle was supposedly completed. I decided to check the repairs prior to returning the rental. So glad I followed my intuition. As soon as I pulled up, I noticed the crack was still in my windshield they never changed it, but the rep said, they must ve swapped it out with a windshield that had the same damage in the same place. Lol Later, they admitted it hadn t been changed. So- i kept the rental and waited for it to be repaired by Thursday as the person servicing it did not work at the location - he is reportedly a mobile windshield specialist. I was told he would take care of it on a certain day/ it shouldn t take long. I waited, and never received a call on Thursday- I called them. I did get a call/vm on Friday (but I wasn t able to make it). When I went to check my SUV on Monday, I got out and noticed a gap on the driver s side around the windshield. The job looked sloppy and the rubber across the top was bunched up (needed to be replaced). They didn t tell me (in advance) that it wasn t complete and that they ordered the upper and side windshield parts (the side piece is supposed to snap in place). My door also sounded strange like something was out of place, so I needed to come back. I wanted everything done , at once, but I turned in the rental awaiting the parts. The parts came in and I went to get them installed (the side piece didn t fit and the upper rubber piece needed to be installed when the windshield was not in place). They mentioned a new windshield repair guy would be used- the windshield was not installed properly as it was too far over on one side.Since they aren t specialists and get someone from elsewhere to do windshields- I was told I could ve gotten the windshield done at an establishment that specializes in windshields Family also informed me that windshield replacements can be costly when done right and you don t just want anyone doing that kind of job. Family also mentioned my windshield also needs to be calibrated .Waiting to hear from Allstate- I don t trust Uni-Tech to get someone to do the windshield properly I want it completed by a competent specialist.Btw- the Uni-Tech reps seem like genuinely nice people, especially Vernon . And the decor in the establishment is hip, fresh, and clean

Please Please Please DO NOT take your car here for bodywork or repairs.1. Horrible paint job the paint didn t match the original color and I was told it would eventually blend in.. DID NOT Happen.2. After market and used parts were used on my car however I was charged for new parts. After reviewing the parts I was told they were aftermarket.3. The windshield is not properly placed and I can hear wind when driving.4. The car is now running hot due to a used radiator.5. Very unprofessional Very poor customer service.6. We were charged over 10,000 dollars.I don t understand how they stay in business ripping people off.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a wonderful experience. My repair was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. They even went above and beyond by replacing the light bulb in my front headlight, Which I consider excellent customer service. When I called yesterday to inquire about my side mirror being replaced, I was pleasantly greeted and given an option of coming in the next morning. I arrived this morning and received the same welcome and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to Hugo and the team at Uni-Tech!

Awesome work at this body shop!! They did a fantastic job repairing the dents from a hugh limb that fell on my pickup truck. Not to mentioned, that the price was the best in the South Fulton area. Remove your important possession. My Dash Cam camera cord was cut and destroyed in my car. The cord was only worth $5. They save me a whole lot of money though. I just know next time to take everything out my car even stuff I wouldn't think anyone would take. Service: Body & Trim

WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! 5 stars from start to finish. Dave is incredible, thorough, patient, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Got my car back 2 days before the estimated time of completion and couldn't tell I ever needed any work done in the first place. And did I mention the best price by far? If you're ever in the unfortunate position of needing body work done on your car, you have found the place!!!

I m very dissatisfied with their service and customer service, the work on my car was not finished and when we inquire about the guy at the front desk didn t give us any answers, to top it all the painter came out and destroyed part of the black lining arguing that it was not necessary to be black. The owner does not want to return my calls. Please do not use this body shop you ll be sad you did it.if needed I could provide pictures of the mess they did.I just got my car the right way by Octavio the owner he took care of everything, never rested until I was completely satisfied. Good Service and Good Work! Jose and Kevin were super cool, knowledgeable and fast. I had two minor to moderate paint issues on two different motorcycles and they got me squared away, SAME DAY might I add, with very decent prices! I will definitely go back with any paint, body or collision issues.

For this to be a place of business, customer service is none existing. I went inside this business and saw a young man sitting behind the desk. I asked a question, and he didn't look or respond.I went outside and asked the young man working in the garage, can someone help me. He asked me was anyone on the inside. I told him what had happened when I aksed the question and he said nothing. Shortly after he started back working.At this point it was clear that I did not need to patronize this business so I left.

Very fast, someone hit my car & they fixed the damages in 4 days whereas all the other auto body shops gave an estimated time of 3 weeks. (This occurred February this year) Paid job was great and blended perfectly. Someone just recently hit by parked car last week & will be using them again. Estimated time for repairs about 2-3 days. (I have bad luck with cars, yes I know) but call & ask for Kevin he was GREATT!! Took a total of 5-6 mins for an estimate as well.

Greta customer service. However someone broke into my car while it was in their possession and stole items in excess of $300.00. They said they were not responsible for vehicle theft although the car was in thier possession. You would think that they would secure the vehicle or be more concerned. This tarnished the whole experience.

They can t do a small repair. And they are the only body shop that gives me a silly excuse as to why they can t do a job. Very disappointed. I was given a huge run around. Then they want to straight up make up a lie as to why they cant get the job done. Im taking my car to someone who is knowledgeable and HONEST enough to do my repair.
