If I could rate 0 I would!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! They have no idea what they're doing & over priced! I brought my car in for an oil leak then they said the belt needed to be replaced & the hydraulic pump leaking so it need to be replaced & all of a sudden I need a new alternator because they claim the one in my car was not the correct one. So I brought the old alternator to Auto Zone to get a new alternator & they give me the same exact one turns out it was the correct one. Spoke with the owner Ezekiel who told me something totally different than the mechanic. Just pay the extra money and go to a real mechanic!!!!!!!

I was just about to suggest my friends to go and do business with tire mart. I know the owner very well. I decided to read the reviews first before sending my friends over to tire mart. Some are good and some are bad. I have to go with the bad. Sorry I m not here to bash my friend the owner. But I can t send my peoples to you until you step your game up. Step it up Tire mart and stop cheating folks out of they money.

I went to this place last year for a radiator replacement. I just had radiator issues again so i took the car to the dealership and found out my radiator hadn't been replaced but someone had added a stop leak. So this place basically took my money but didn't do the work. Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!!

Brought a used tire , the same day it blew out on me, I had to get AAA to tow my car back there, forgot where I put my receipt, the guy that put it on recognized me from the day before but the owner wasn t there, he said he wanted to make sure I wasn t trying to scam them for a tire Service: TiresService: Tires

I paid for my tire on Wednesday in the afternoon around 3:45pm , and 2 days after that my tire was messed up again. I spoke with the manager but he just told me with no hesitation that I couldn't receive a refund because a worker didn't out my tire on correctly. It's bad for business and demand a refund.

My husband bought a 2003 Range Lover it only looked good from the outside, he liked it, he asked a person who works there if it served or had problems, they said it is okay, he just needs to reset the key and He bought it but after 2 days he realized that it was transmission did not work there is no honesty in the workers there. So I don't recommend it to anyone.

This dealership stole $70,694 dollars from me. They took the car back canceled the deal and will not refund me my money. The owner keeps dodging me. Now I have to seek legal counsel to get the money back..

Went in for Bank O2 sensor which they did repair but came left them needing two more sensor and found out the guy that did the repairs cut my wires to my other two O2 sensors. This is not acceptable and I will not be returning. Beware of these guys.

Thieves The Mexican who works is a thief and El padron is worse. If you need a good service do not go to this place
