My experience today was awesome. I just recently had a tragedy in my life and the guys there put a smile on my face. Not knowing my situation. The manager himself changed my air conditioner filter that was located behind my glove compartment. I ve owned this car for 3+ yrs and no one has ever done that. I really appreciated the delightful customer service. Thank you. Picture of old filter they pulled out

Came in on a Saturday afternoon, only one car ahead of me. Very friendly staff, it only took about 20 min to get my oil changed.They have 3 different options for the change asked the tech for recommendations , and went with his choice. He also checked my air filters and went ahead and changed the inside cabin one as well. I believe he didn't hand the other one in stock. You are able to stay in your car for the service, which adds an extra level of comfort.Thank you gentlemen for taking care of me!

I love this crew they always take good care of me. Today, the rep even told me I needed windshield wipers like super bad, and they replaced them right on the spot they even tagged team it, got me in and out. I didn't even know they provided that service. I have also made my daughter come to this location. As a woman that makes you feel safe they don't sell you stuff you don't need, if you need it they will show you first, then you can proceed if you like. Very trustworthy and patient to us females, PLEASE PLEASE keep that up. Thanks, guys.

This location ( 4644 Jonesboro Road Union city GA 30291) has the best staff you could ever meet. The entire team is very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very helpful to me by doing an oil change for me super late in the afternoon while other places were closed. The price for my oil change was very reasonable and convenient. I look forward to bringing them more business for my future oil changes.

The wait was longer than I expected given Take 5s marketing. or promised to me when I pulled in.The technician who performed my oil change didn't make me feel confident that he was fully competent at his job. My oil change warning light was not reset after the oil change.Take 5 was convenient for the moment because I needed an oil change, but I don't care to use them again.

Came here for an early morning oil change was greeted with enthusiasm which I so surprised! They then offered bottled water that's a first from any car service company. Secondly they walked me through the process after they discovered it was my first time patronizing them. My oil was changed in a uber timely manner and told me when to come back for a top off. I just went to get an oil change and left with a smile. Companies under estimate the power of customer service but this company nailed it and so did the employees. I wish I got their names for a special shout out for others to know where they can go for professional and elite service. I will be back!

I went in yesterday morning for an oil change on my Volkswagen Passat. Denzel and his crew were amazing. I mean professional, charisma, extremely polite. So enough about them...they shared every step of the process, what my options were, very transparent about the cost. I shared with Denzel how pleased I was and he had nerve to ask what could he have done better??!! Absolutely nothing!! I will be back for sure!

On Jan 5, 2024 I was given the energy that he did not want to do the oil change from the moment I pulled up. I was referred to Take5 by a friend who has the same truck and told me the price he paid. Your tech stated first that he would tell me the price due to how many gallons my truck would take and that I could decide if I wanted to pay that or not (giving the impression that it would be unreasonable) Who does that? After learning it was my FIRST time there, he utilized that as a way to over quote me $198. I told him that was more than the dealership. And him and another tech laughed. I left and and had one of my drivers to take it dealership. I will tell you this... this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I knew exactly what it was, he saw a Woman and thought I didn't know any better. I called a different Location and they quoted me the same as my friend $130. Please train your techs that women are not stupid and I am well aware of how much oil my truck takes. I have trucking company and brought 1 truck for an quick oil change before I switched my fleet pm maintenance. Now you have lost a great customer due poor training and poor work ethics. Your employees are costing you money! I will say my friend gets serviced at a different Location and did refer them but I made a very poor decision in selecting Union City, Ga.

Oil change took a while. And one thing that stood out this visit is the extra services that were explained to me that take 5 offer. I ve been a customer for over five years and this was the first time I ve been made aware take 5 had coolant services and gas tank cleaning services and more. My wife and I was willing to try all of these services along with an oil change but changed our minds due to how long we had to wait after getting an oil change and new wipers.

I experienced the best customer service by far, both the manager and assistant manager were extremely professional and knowledgeable. It s rare to find professionalism and promptness in service in Atlanta. I am completely impressed and satisfied with the Union City location and I will return.

The gentlemen were helpful, funny and seemed like they have common respect towards each other. Honestly I was apprehensive about going but they made my experience a great one. Even though my radiator fluid refill spilled on them, they were professional about it. Amazing I'll will be returning. You all keep up the great work

Normally when I go first thing in the morning (when they open), the workers are usually not there and arrive late. However, I arrived a little after 9am in a Sunday and they were there! Great service but I m taking away 1 star because Take 5 is way too high and this time my service took 30+ minutes because they were trying to work on two cars at once! I m not used to having to wait that long! But the gentleman who serviced me was extremely nice and knowledgeable! Please consider an educators discount!

Excellent customer service. I pulled in and they automatically provided me with a free bottle of water. Offered to replace a filter I didn t even know about. Very cheap. Explained everything they did and showed proof what they did. Excellent!

Great service. They didn't have my oil filter in stock but said they would add it for my next oil change. I went and got the filter from a local parts store and Take 5 installed it and changed my oil. Awesome!!!

I come here on a regular basis and this is usually a fast process despite the fact that there is a new team each time I m there. However this time I came in at 5:05 pm and left at 5:55. The associates who completed my oil change were nice however after taking 30 mins for the oil change I had to wait an additional 25 mins to just check out because the manager requested to take over. I asked multiple times what am I waiting for since the oil change was done. There was no acknowledgement or apology of the delay. It s unfortunate that this time was so unorganized and lacked the professionalism of my previous experiences.

Today I visited this Take 5 location to get an oil change and had to return due to oil leaking in my driveway. When I returned I was notified that my plug was spinning and the oil change was not done properly. Apparently it was noted on my receipt but I was not given the receipt or notified. Greg (who performed the oil change) got upset, as my friend was trying to explain the situation and show him the picture of the oil in my driveway. He began to get very unprofessional. He used several curse words and even told my friend to get out the car so he could proceed to fight him. He also stated that my friend reminded him of his father. In what world is this okay? All of the other techs saw it happening and made Greg go sit in the front. Therapy and anger management is a must for Greg. I am a returning customer and an army veteran who just wanted my oil change done right. I am honestly not sure if I will ever be a returning customer after this incident.

The manager on duty was very professional and would not allow me to leave until my error messages were cleared out. I appreciated his patience and ability to provide superior customer service. Most mechanics hesitate to work on a Range Rover. He did with confidence.

They over charged me, and didnt top off my fluids. I take all three of my cars to them, after this last experience, I'm not going ever again. 0 sI went back, and the service was the same. And they took forever. Almost 3 and a half hours for two cars. And they said they went up on the oil I use. Convenience sucks 079 00am 898

The best place to get an oil change in and out in 15 min max. I rent my car out on Turo so I m in there quite often the guy who waited on me greeted me and remembered my name. The location on 138 in Union City is A#1!!!!

Guy pouring oil in the car spilled was going entirely too fast and it overflowed spilling all in my car causing a bad smell in my vehicle 3 days afterwards and mild stem or smoke. Overall I give them 4 statz only because I had discount after being told the price was one thing instead it's higher after services were rendered

Should have went with my first mind and not came here. I m a customer just not for this location and see why! Went for a full service oil change had no lights on my dashboard after the oil change stabil trak and low engine pressure! The manage on hand proceeded to blame me for what I didnt do and claimed I d have to pay more money if he calls a specialist out. The only help I got was a head technician hours later giving a code from the diagnostic machine leaving with an undriveable car and out almost $200 on an oil change and looking to spend more not knowing wheat the problem is. Point blank DONT COME HERE!
