Just purchased this 2013 Nissan Rogue from SpeedAuto Sales. Obi got me approved for financing even with a credit score under 530. Horrible. I can only speak positive about customer service. As far as the purchase of my car (Chrysler 200) 2011, I bought a lemon not knowing. I asked what was wrong with the car. I was told it only needed a muffler. I took it to a muffler shop and they said I needed a resonator and a bracelet to hold it, not a muffler. Two days after I purchased the car, the engine light came on indicating that I have a gas leak. Also the turning signals, the compressor, and the windshield wipers stopped working. To make things worst the car cut off on my daughter in the middle of traffic almost getting her killed. I took it to the repair shop and I was told that she needed a TIPM ( total intergraded power module) which is expensive as hell. The total cost $2,400. I had to put some more money in that car. I replaced the compressor, the battery and the thermostat housing. I keep putting a lot of money in this car. I spent over $4,000 in total repairs . That s a lot of money to put in a car I just bought. I also noticed that the entire frame of the car is filled with rust. It s always something wrong with this car problems after problems. A terribly bad investment. The interior looked good but the body and everything else is rust. Make sure you get a very knowledgeable technician to check your car out if you ever buy from them and to look under the car for RUST. I wouldn t ever buy from them again.

Mr. Dale took very good care of us during the buying process. He even worked around our schedule to close the deal and deliver the vehicle. It was washed and ready to go when we arrived. We been to dealerships with less customer service. Our new Impala is great. We hope to buy again from Speed Auto Sales should another one come up. Thanks to Mr. Dale and Ms. Sandy for great customer care.

I was in a bad situation financially. Sandy and owner helped me negotiate a reasonable price.I had my car over 3 years no problems. Of course it s a used car dealership with great cars and options that fit your needs.My Nissan is still Driving smooth and actually making me money. (Uber)Make sure you call sandy or sales team they will help you Drive out in style.

It has been a pleasant experience purchasing three different cars from Ms. Sandy and Mr. Dale. They are upfront and very informative. One of the things that are on their dealership policy is permitting customers to bring their own mechanics or take it to their personal mechanic, which is very beneficial prior to making the purchase. Over all their professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommended this dealership. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give them an outstanding 10.

My daughter wanted to get herself a newer car and we found this company online. We went and looked at some Nissans she was interested in. Ms. Sandee greeted us and walked my daughter through the process. She was so friendly, and a great help! She made us feel welcomed and even gave us both free gifts. Any questions and concerns we had she made sure to take care of. I will definitely do business again in the future.

Hello I went by speed auto sale today and I remembered Ms.Sandy I wish i would ve gotten a vehicle from her sooner. Instead of going to a larger dealership that I went to, I made the Worst decision by not coming back to buy a vehicle from speed auto sale. because I am very disappointed in their service. Ms sandy gave me the best advice that I could do to get to get out of the vehicle. She kept it honest and real so I genuinely appreciate her honesty and kindness and wisdom that she had shared to me. The lady in the office relates to you like she is everyone's favorite auntie. But the manager/owner, tall African guy, he will prejudge you and will let you know he doesn't want to do business with you. He blatantly didn't even want to take my son's application. Heck he works harder than some grown men I know and attend college. Taking his business elsewhere.

I was reading some reviews on this car dealership, and to be honest these reviews are bad. I did not want to go to this location to look at these cars at all. So i called and was honest and told MS. Sandy how I felt about reading the reviews. She was very honest and with and very patient. That is what you want in a used car dealership. Terrible experience! The sales experience with Dale took several hours after choosing the car to finalize. After waiting all day to get the keys, I put a large amount down on a burgundy Honda Element that I fell in love with. Two weeks later the car starts giving me problems. I take it to a mechanic and there s several things wrong with it. Now I can t even drive it without it sounding like it s going to fall apart. Stay far away from this place. They will sell you anything for a commission. Take heed to these reviews and go elsewhere before you waste your time and money.-Abryonna Williams

If I could give them more stars I would. I can't express how grateful I am to them all. They were so caring and willing to help me in every way possible , they are a fantastic staff that really value people's feelings when it comes to buying a car. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a dealer they can trust. Thank you Ms.Sandee and her wonderful co workers as well. I emailed twice and called twice in reference to a car on their website. I was told through both email and when I called the following day that the car was at this location. When I arrived a few minutes after I had called I looked over the lot and did not see the car. I went inside the office and was told that it was at a different location. I went directly to that location to see the car. When I saw that the front fender was attached with screws I turned around and left. They say their cars are top-quality but most of what I saw was top prices expected for faded paint, rust, dents and poor repair work. Go somewhere else if you want a nice car at a decent price.

The customer service was excellent. The prices are great. They have a really nice selection of cars. The mechanic changed the oil while I waited. One of the employees even washed the car while I was there. It already looked good, but left looking great. I will definitely be returning for another purchase in the future.

Sandi and Dale are very knowledgeable and personal. They were very attentive and helpful when making inquiries about their vehicles. I was also able take the vehicle for inspection by a mechanic. I would recommend Speed Auto Sales to others that I know when in search of a vehicle.

Cars are garbage and salesman was rude. Drove two hours and get there and cars look nothing like pictures they smell on the inside parts falling off and salesman didn't feel he needed to negotiate at all so drove 20 minutes north in marrietta purchased a car 7 cash out the door super clean in and out and kawia james was awesome Universal cars is the definitely the place to shop. I have no ties to this place I live 2 and half hours south of here never been there before just great cars and awesome guy .

My dealership purchased a vehicle from here. They are not familiar with the paperwork process. I received a title not signed nor with a title reassignment form. It s been over 30 days from purchase. I had to pay shipping cost to send the title back to get signature. Owner signed a title reassignment but not the title again. When I contacted him, I mentioned I would have to send it again but this time I am requesting $14.90 shipping fees reimbursed because it his mistake. His response was: We are not responsible for any shipping cost. That s all he responded.As a business owner if I make an error I would prefer being fair then losing a customer. I can take the loss, but definitely will never purchase a vehicle from this lot again. Bad business. Plus he isn t willing to fix his error.

Today I feel amazing because I get to walk away with a new car!!! I m so great full for Ms.Sandy and Dale for staying late to make sure that I was a happy customer and I and thankful for Mr.T for the kinds words of wisdom!!! If you need a car this is the place to come I ll stamp that any day any time. And also thank you Dale for the Lebron James key chain!!!

Just picked my title up on my 2008 Audi!!! Even though it was a used vehicle, maintenance was very low. But definitely worth it! During some of the tribulations of the pandemic, Ms. Sandy worked with us tremendously so that we could make it successfully to this day. I definitely would recommend my family and peers! Ask for Sandy!

My experience was great! Working with Sandee was pleasant and she's very organized. She remembers you by name. Dale and the Speed Auto Sales team was upfront and transparent about everything. Thanks. update: 5/26/20 Car been paid off....waiting on title getting run around for owner to sign it. If associates working cant get in contact with owner thats bad business. Owner should be more available .

Do not waste your time at this dealership. Unless you want to purchase, lease, or sale to crooks who could careless about the satisfaction of their customers. All they care is about getting your money; bribing you however the feel will get them a sale. Once you are out the door in your newly purchased vehicle.... You are old news to these guys. I know this from first hand experience. I just paid several thousand in cash for a Charger from speedy Auto sales on saturday. By Sunday am, it became apparent that the steering column, struts, and possibly the CV joint are all three going to need immediate attention. I reached out to the dealership asking if I had some options...not demanding money back but for the opportunity to switch vehicles to something more reliable. I was told absolutely no that there was nothing that can be done. I hate complaining however that is customer service at it's worst.my tires
