The mechanics, secretary and a lady, I don't know if she is the director or owner, were very friendly, however, the manager or owner was not, it is very strange because I went for a guarantee on the alignment of the rear wheel and they He seemed upset and after he finished he told me that there was no more guarantee. (Toyota Corolla 2023) perfect, no problem. A month before I had taken my 2003 Ford Escape for steering repair, that happened in October 2022, I took it home and parked it, it leaked a few drops of oil, I thought it was engine oil until I sold it in November 2023 and whoever bought it checked it before starting it and all the steering screws were loose and other problems that I couldn't see. I think it is important to indicate that professionalism is important and to highlight in a report the damages that are observed and the cost of the repair, it is very simple, so I can have more confidence. Overall, I have always paid for the service.

Horrible!!! They tear up your car and have you to come back in to have the damages replaced. Horrible establishment!!!! Customer was in while I was waiting states they messed up her vehicle while getting service and now have to have car towed due to having to get it repaired. My sisters vehicle was also damaged while getting an oil change. I went in to get an oil change, shop worker stripped drain plug now having to pay $500 to get it replaced. It s a franchise so you can t talk to anyone over the redneck manager!!!

They messed up the car for me to have to come back in to have repairs done. Tried to get oil change at different location but due to the extent of the damages by precesion tune, no one is willing to work on vehicle..would not recommend unless you want your car messed up.

This is the review is for the service I did not received, but the attitude and customer service I was given. I came in for an oil change gave all my information as usual. The elder gentleman confirmed everything for my car and then a mechanic behind him stated that a plate or something was on my car. I have been coming here for years and my oils change has never been $119 ooops $102 with a discount. With being said I said an after I asked for the total I declined service. While I was walking out with a very nasty tone the older gentleman said, Well if you go across the street or anywhere else it s going to be $150. I said, I know it s not thank you and have a nice Thanksgiving . He said something else and I ignored it and walked out. It seems that my price went up because I was a female, a lot of things were just added in miraculously. Although my husband usually get the car oils changed, I m sure I was single before and know cars services quite well to no be fooled.And to the gentleman my oil change was $77.67 and if it was $150 somewhere else I would have happily spent the money with them than you. This is just based off your customer service.

Went to get an oil change before a road trip. Good price. My only complaint was that my valve stems weren t replaced on my tires.

The location I went to is the one in Riverdale GA on highway 86. The tech was very nice and was able to show me the parts he took off my car and explained everything to me. He said that when he works on cars , he treat them as if it was his car. I like that , so I will be bringing my car their for future services. See ya soon!

Super fast service. I had only one person in front of me.However my daughter had an emergency with her car due the AC not working. They charge $1200 just to service it. You would think that they replaced the radiator but NO. I will look for another place to do my oil changes in the future. The charges are out of this world. Not a place to go for the average poor person.

Yesterday 4/19 I was told that the labor for replacing my condenser (2016 Tahoe) was $600 because it is a 4 hour job. The total for the invoice was $859 + tax. The part is only $259. I paid a $500 deposit yesterday and agreed to bring my car to the shop in the morning to get the work done.I was called by the location today, 4/20 to make sure I was still coming and to bring it as early as possible because it is a 4 hour job and will take a long time.I dropped my vehicle off at 9:15am and I was contacted by the shop at exactly 11:34am and told that work was done.I was still billed for 4 hours of labor ($600) and I was told that even though it only took 2 hours, I still have to pay for 4 hours. I was also told that the mechanic is just that good and experienced to do it 2 hours, so that's what I'm really paying for and not actual time + the shop called to make sure I came early because it's a tough job.The work (labor) was done in 2 hours. I should not be charged for 4 hours of labor when that is based on an estimate and not actual work done. It was not a tough job and it didn't take 4 hours.Service: Air conditioning

There s a very rude disrespectful thing that is in control of the phone lines up there, this thing is very unprofessional and according to her the owner was in agreement with the blatant disrespect she had for a paying customerSeveral times I asked for their corporate number, where she stated it s on the paperwork however I didn tAnd when I stated this she repeated it and hung up in my ear, she hung up on me no less than 10 times as I was trying to inquire about corporate info, her attitude matches the vibe of the buildingHorrible

Card machine went out for 20mins and the manager said that we would just have to wait or get cash no matter how long it took. The lady said she had to be at work he said you re gonna have to call ur boss and tell them you ll be late. No apologies, no compensation just told her it s your problem now when she told him it s their fault that the card machine wasn t working. I ve been here over 20 times and have seen Tim be mean to customers several times but this is the last time. I won t be returning.Service: Oil change

I took my car to get some work done on a Tuesday morning, they told me it would be a couple of hours. They called in a couple of hours. They did a great job, The lady at the front desk had awesome, customer service skills. No complaints. A job well done all the way around. I will recommend, and I will be back, if needed.

I ve been a loyal customer for four years until today! My car started leaking antifreeze today on another side of town so I immediately went to precision with my two toddlers! They charged me 100 dollar diagnostic then they tell me I need a new radiator and the price would be 700! 700 dollars for a radiator for a Honda Element??? They re less than a hundred at most places! Watch these people because they saw a single mother and tried to get over! I m done! Crooks

I went in for a oil change and left with a oil leak. When I went back to inform them about the oil leak, they checked it out and said that the gasket inside the oil filter they put on needed adjustment. So they claim the oil filter has stopped leaking when they fixed the oil filter, but I realized a couple days later that it was still leaking. So I went to the dealership to get a second opinion and found out that the oil filter housing was broken by those no experience mechanic at precision tune. I went in for a $66 oil change and left with $1100 bill. The unprofessional manager said to me, oil filter leaks after oil changes so, take them to court because they didn t break the oil filter housing. When they acknowledged that I didn t have a oil leak when I came in their shop. So i will be taking legal action!

I came in on a Tuesday morning to get my ac recharged and also advised that my ac was making a weird noise. After he looked at it I was told the ac needed to be recharged and that was it. I waited with my car for over 3 hours even though my car was already pack. I was told my car takes a special freon that cost more. I paid $346 for the ac recharge, special freon and an inspection of my ac unit for leaks. Once I left the ac worked for maybe 20 minutes but I had to go back to work so I couldn't take it back immediately. I called the next morning and was told the technician that worked on my car wasn't in and to bring it the next day. I came in and was told there was a 2 hour wait because I had to wait behind people who were actually getting a service and that there may be a leak in my ac!!! But they were supposed to have checked all of that on my previous visit! Now I have to keep trying to come back on my lunch break and hope that there's not a long wait and that it's before my 30 day warranty is up. Payed over $800 for repairs and the check engine light was still on after picking the car up a third time. Nice manager but the mechanics were rude and disrespectful. Bad auto repair, car still had the same problem from the start after 3 + visits.

I was very disappointed with my experience attempting to get my check engine light diagnostic test done. I arrived at 9 am not thinking to ask how long it would take to get the test completed. After a two hour wait I asked about it and the receptionist told me it would be another hour before they even looked at my vehicle. I told her I should've asked how long the wait would be but I was in it then. Shortly after that conversation they did pull my vehicle into a bay. At 12:30 I asked again if they were anywhere near letting me know what the outcome was and the receptionist asked the owner I think her name was Donna telling her I really needed to leave by 1 pm. The owner got up from her desk walked into the bay area and next thing I know the receptionist is telling me they must be through with your vehicle she pulled it around front. When I went outside and asked about what they had discovered she told me they never did the diagnostic check just a pre-check they were still working on a vehicle that came in before mine. I said "after 3 1/2 hours" she then told me sarcastically "I'm not charging you". I guess I should feel blessed to have spent 3 1/2 hours trying to get a service done, not having it done and the owner of the shop not charging me for not getting it done. Good customer service would've been to inform me there was a vehicle ahead of mine that needed involved work and ask if I like to leave mine or come back another day for the test. Not a lot to ask

One of the worse auto care shops in the area. With the exception if the friendly, courteous and professional front desk person, the mechanics (younger and older taller male) who serviced my car is very rude and discourteous don't know why he's still there or hasn't madeany attitude adjustments. I remember when I took my car there last year to be serviced I asked him questions abd he just rudely ignored me. Very disrespectful, nasty, unhelpful, and unprofessional and obviously incompetent. Who acts like that to a woman? Clearly he has some personal issues. Arrived today at this shop over an hour ago to have my a/c recharged after it went out less than a year of having it serviced by the incompetent older, tall mechanic. At the time it was only two other people there. Gave the lady at the front counter my car key. They had just completed the work on the two individuals. So my would have automatically been next in line. One other car pulls ( older lady with a young child) about 30 mins or so after me. Instead of the young mechanic taking my car in the bay next he pulls the older lady's car in the garage to be serviced. They did the dame with another car that cane after hers. Then the mechanics had the nerve and audacity to look at me in a way as if to say yeah we just did that-- even though you were here before then we took there cars over yours. I guess this shop's owner has no regard for providing fair customer service with dignity and integrity to all. They damn sure seem to care about their reputation or repeat business or losing money. You're not going to disrespect in that manner and think I'm going to stick around and still give you my money. There are too many other auto shops in the area and I can give my business to. I immediately went back in the shop, got my key back and left. Never again.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto brake repair

Not begging these people to spend my money. Had an alignment done a year ago. Been trying the last few times to get it done again, they telling me they can't do it. I kept telling them they've done it before..told me they didn't. Came in this morning requesting the service and once again without even moving my truck told me they couldn't do it. Then when I showed a previous receipt now its "let me see if it'll fit"...nope business must be good to shew people away...

At the union city location some of the male staff are rude and disrespectful to women. I took my car in for a premium full synthetic oil change, they put water in my washer fluid, my coolant level were extremely low and they didn t even change the oil filter. The oil filter was dirty and causing the car to perform low. Another week my car could have ran hot and destroyed the motor. Never go to this location. Oh the female at the front is the only nice thing about this location.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I came here to get a port on the car battery fixed and also to plug up some leaks that I had in the car which they did, but when picking up my car the next day thinking it was fixed I started it and the check engine light came on and it was shaking mind you it is an 06 with 200+ miles but I never felt it start like that . . . after waiting for over 2 hours the supervisor came out looked at the car in the lot and told me that the person that worked on it the best he could fixing the oil leak and that I had a misfire due to sparkplug that would need changing. Me not trusting them took the car to Toyota and it turns out the mechanic left a hose lose on the car ! Replt to @Precision It should have been inspected during my 2 hour wait I would rather not come back for a refund.

Pretty good and honest service. This was my go to place as far as maintenance on my vehicle. The guy named Eric, tall bald head guy, is very knowledgeable about things when asked. He never gave any lip or even the suspense that he was lying. Straight up answers and quick service. The wait room is kind of small and it can get packed quick due to COVID-19. I just hang outside in the extra chairs they have.

This was and almost always the best service since coming here since 5 years ago. Stopped here when visiting here from Ft. Stewart, Ga. in 2014. After having breakfast at IHOP with my grandson, nearby. I saw this place so I decided to get an oil change. The mechanic saw that my brakes was dangerously low. He showed me visually the condition of them. I really appreciated the warning because I had to travel 250 miles back home. He charged me only $160.00 for brakes and an oil change. I thought that was a great bargain. Good people, professional service.

Crooks is the bottom line.800 dollars later after tune up lights are still on and it still won't pass emissions. They want 550 bucks now to fix the problem they should have fixed the first time.HELL NO.Do go there you like your carService: Auto engine tuning

Tried to charge me 529.00 for an ac compressor and it only cost 209.00 in the store. Also tried to charge me and extra 525.00 for labor. I bought the part myself and ask him to put it on and he said, oh I m not finna do that .

I will not ever return to this place! I went in for a tune up. Like $160. They re like it s going to be like an hour and a half I m like okay cool. This guy literally pulls my car in, and 12 mins later pulls it back out like it s finished. I had NO idea you can run a tune up in 12 mins. I mean no idea! So of course my car is still not running correctly. NO GOOD! NO GOOD! Or at least keep your car away from the older gentlemen with the silver hair.Service: Auto engine tuning

Yesterday I went to purchase a used vehicle and I found this location I'm from out of town I took advantage of prebuy auto inspection they offer. The mechanic SUPPOSEDLY checked everything and gave me an estimate on repairs of strut replacement and advised me I was getting a heck of a deal on this vehicle. I purchased the vehicle from dealer called my local mechanic back home ordered parts for repairs and dropped vehicle off when I got back. Woke up this morning with a call from mechanic saying struts were not bad but the motor mounts were bad and the repair price increased significantly!!! I called just few minutes ago talked to manger he immediately got on phone angry and told me that he cannot trust the mechanic I took it to he doesn't know their integrity and he became very ugly quickly. I'm left with hefty repairs I just requested my inspection fee I paid to be returned. DO NOT USE THEM DRIVE 100 MILES OUT OF THE WAY!! Lady at front desk was amazing sorry she works for such a dishonest company.Following up. I called corporate they contacted the owner and Donna did contact me. She was SUPER FRIENDLY since I'm from out of town she will accept documentation from my mechanic and discussed refunding prebuy inspection fee. I appreciate the follow up and integrity.

SINGLE LADIES RUN!!!! Do NOT come here. I came here for an oil change and they broke the stick where you check the oil. I don t touch my car at all so I didn t even notice until my father checked under my hood. He asked me where I got it done at and I told him. It was time for another oil change so we go back to the shop to tell them and get it taken care of. I tell the lady at the front desk and she says no problem. One of the mechanics come from the back and swears I ve been somewhere else. I tell him to check the sticker from the previous visit in my window. Then he say we normally notate when a stick has been broken and there are no notes I said that s because it wasn t broken when I brought it in here. Long story short they did NOT own up to breaking the stick and now I have to go somewhere else to get it removed and replaced. It s such and inconvenience and all they had to do was own up to the mistake and they would ve had a customer for life. DO NOT GO HERE LADIES it s not worth the money or frustration.
