The customer service here SUCKS! I went in for a service test and the lady name Mary with red locks in her head seem like she didn t want to help me. She chose to stand there and communicate side conversations with a customer . So she sent an elder man out to assist in something he never did . It only takes a second to run a diagnostic on a car and she to lazy to step out her and help . It was only one person in the store that she was having side conversations with . Need to do better with customer service . Place don t even deserve a one star with her working here .

Dennis was a great help. I went in for a battery issue and my car had to keep getting jumped in order to start and was told that I would need to get the part from the dealership. I was frustrated because it s as if one problem kept occurring after the next and this was before I got to O Reillys. I m so happy Dennis came out of his way to come help me because I was literally sitting in my vehicle trying to figure out my next move, stressed and pregnant . Thanks again Dennis, he got me running without having to get a jump. He did let me know that this is only temporary but this will buy me enough time until payday .

Hey I first would like to say the manager Jimmy really went above and beyond on his customer service! That guy right there help me and was very knowledgeable in the product I was looking for! His care and dedication for the his job has made me feel like good customer service still exist! Definitely will be coming back to see him! He s amazing ! Thanks a lot Jimmy!!

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! This store doesn t even deserve one star. The manager locked the doors on to man who arrived minutes before I did. All I need was sealant. Bad customer service equates to lost revenue. Auto Zone was further but at least they were helpful with solving my mechanical issues.

Very bad customer service, and rude. Please don t call them and ask about a part, they give you 2mins to talk then hang up on you.. This place is a joke!!!!!!!

This my second time showing up and they close early. It says they close at 10 but when I show up at 9 , they are locked and closed.

Your commercial manager by the name of Mary is extremely rude and condescending. I m bringing my business from another state and I currently use Autozone Commercial but was considering opening an account with O Reillys. This location is literally .3 miles away from my shop, AZ 2 miles away. This is my 3rd encounter with a commercial manager named Mary and each time has been a horrible customer service experience. Knowledgeable but extremely rude. Even explained that I was interested in opening an account but I don t want it to be an issue every-time we try to make a purchase with your company we are bothering you, I m trying to establish a real business relationship. Her response was I make this store $7k-$8k a day, you can shop someplace else for all I care I won t miss your business . It may not seem like a lot to her but another $2k-$4k a week from another local business normally makes your numbers look even better. Worst experience ever, would not recommend dealing with her.

I didn t get her name but she had the manager label on her shirt. Also, she currently have red hair and wears glasses. She was very loud and rude. No customer service skills and very bad attitude. As, a manager she didn t exemplify any leadership or professionalism skills.They gave me the run around about the hub caps size for my car because not 1 employee knew exactly what they was talking about literally. Then told me the hub caps they had in my size would not fit my car. I took a picture of the hub caps and went across the street to Pep Boys. Their mechanics told me that the manager and other staff members at O riellys was incorrect. The hub caps would have fitted my car. So, instead of purchasing my hub caps from you guys. I went to Auto Zone that had great costumer service and lower prices. Which was awesome! All to say is please train your employees.

i came to this store on oct/27/22 from the managers boss down to the clerk on duty were extremely helpful and went above and beyond what they needed to do they even went as far as to make sure i was good even after closing time id highly recommend this store

Mary, Mary, Mary!!! This lady knows her stuff and her customers. To go in and they call you by name is special and it means something. You're not just a face.Do what yall gott do to keep her cause SHE IS WORTH IT!

I went to get a battery charged and it wouldn't take a charge. I bought the battery Oct 2020 but when they looked up my number it wasn't there? They tried their best to find it. So I for got I used my company discount. They found it !! They were helpful and compassionate also professional. Thankyou!!

I had a horrible experience with who I think is the store manager Mary . She definitely needs a crash course on customer service and how to speak to people. Yesterday I brought my battery in to be charged and tested. They checked it and told me it was a bad battery. The battery was under warranty so i wanted to switch it out. The manager then tells me she doesn t have the battery In stock and that she has to order it. Which was no problem. She tells me that the battery will be in tomorrow. I said ok great and thank you very much. Today I went to do the warranty exchange and an older gentleman worked with me. I explained to him what was going on and he said ok cool. He went to locate the battery. He came back and said he didn t see it and who did I work with. I pointed to the manager and said she ordered it. The gentleman asked her did she order the battery and she replies yes i ordered it yesterday for some guy, I told him it would be here this afternoon . I jumped in and I said I am that guy from yesterday and you never specified a time. You just told me tomorrow. At this point I wasn t mad because it was an honest mistake on both ends because I should have asked for a time yesterday and she should have told me a time. She says no I did say this afternoon, I come back at her and say no you didn t but what time should I come back. She then gets smart and say this afternoon. And I looked at her and said is that 2? Is it after 3? And then she stated in a smart tone afternoon is 12 . I responded to her you don t have to get smart ma am . I work to hard for my money to spend at a company that has people working for it with no manners or customer service skills. After I get this battery I def will be using another company if this is how oriellys let it s managers talk to people. Not only what she said was smart , this conversation was taken place in front of the whole store, workers and other customers. I did not like the disrespect and I will not tolerate it.

Awesome experience for my first time there! Needed a battery and Lavendar was awesome customer service and skills! Quick and precise but accurate and knowledgeable. my kids loved him too! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and will come again! Thank you!

Thank you to the store mgr that assisted me with coolant while being furious after an oil change at Braxton Automotive that had my coolant tank on empty. They asked me to bring the vehicle back on Monday after stating they topped off my coolant but seemed more like engine sabotage to me. The O'Reilly's mgr was very knowledgeable of my vehicle and assisted in effort of avoiding a catastrophic situation from unfolding.

If you want to keep your inner peace. Dont not ever ever shop at o reilly s auto parts in Union City, GA they have the worst customer service ever. And of all people it is the manager so anyone working under her supervision is not properly trained. I guess she should have called in sick if she didn t want to work today. She should be a little more respectful to customers that are spending their money.

Arrived at this O'Reilly's in Union City, Georgia between 8:40pm & 8:50pm, the lights were on, but the door was locked. I called the curbside pickup number and no one answered. I checked with another location and online (see photo for verification), both confirming the same thing... That this location should be open until 10pm. But clearly it was not open and there isn't any postings to explain the closure. This is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.Less than 1 Star.

Good place to find what you need. They have helpful people. Exept in union city ga. They just put people they dont want to work and dont know what they doing

My vehicle is 20+ years old. Late oneTuesday night as I was returning home coming from an unfamiliar area with roads rainey and slick, my windshield wipers decide to act up and malfunction.Somehow they became ensnared around each other and could not function above 20 percent to clear the rain from the windshield.Driving, very, very slowly I made it home by God's AMAZING GRACE.The very next morning I was at O'Reilly's to get new wipers. BUT not only were the wipers damaged, the wiper mechanism was the root of the problem. Not only did I need new wipers (one had been replaced only a week prior) but the manager came out to assist in installing the blades because it was not performing correctly even after installing the new wipers.The manager, Mary, called for another person who was able to take the wiper arm apart and was able to see and fix the problem. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained exactly what happened and why.After all that, they only charged me for the replaced wipers.That was my third time to that store and each time has been very productive, friendly and service above and beyond I could ask or think.O'Reilly Auto Parts is now my "go to auto store."

I have visited Union City OReilly parts store several times.... and has always receive great service.. BUT TODAY!!!!!! The young black associate did not give the type of service I usually gets from this location.... WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!'

Worst service ever! Find another Oreillys, they are so rude and have no idea what they are talking about. I only go here because I own a business not even a mile away and need to get parts from here for my delivery trucks and they never want to help me. They always say their machine is down and that they can't check what is wrong with my truck. Don't shop at this Oreillys

Store has most car parts available on site and they can order a specific part for your vehicle if it's not there. Usually arrives in about 3 - 5 business days.

I was put on hold for 20min. I was looking for a part that said they had but when I get there I dont see it. They didn't have it to begin with what a waste of time.
